Abstract

Abstract. The formal opening of women’s access to practical politics in Indonesia reflects the government’s commitment to fostering gender-sensitive public policy. However, women’s representation in parliament remains significantly below the expected threshold. In Cirebon Regency, only 13 out of 50 seats (26%) were held by women in the 2014 local election, increasing slightly to 28% in 2019, but declining to 12% in 2024. This study aims to explore women’s political representation in the Cirebon elections through the lens of social relations and Islamic perspectives. This research employs a literature study method, utilizing data from reputable national and international journals, books, media sources, and statistics from the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency. Keywords include: Gender, Women’s Politics, National Legislation, Women’s Electability, Social and Islamic Relations.The findings indicate that the limited representation of women is rooted in two main factors: patriarchal social norms and religious interpretations of leadership. To address these challenges, the study proposes five strategic alternatives: (1) fostering women’s political awareness through direct service actions such as social assistance; (2) promoting political education via religious platforms; (3) transforming patriarchal mindsets through basic leadership training in schools and madrasahs; (4) strengthening female leadership in youth and civic organizations; and (5) embedding religious study groups (jamíyah) as a social subculture to foster public trust in female leadership. These strategies are designed to enhance women’s political electability while harmonizing Islamic values with inclusive democratic practices.Abstrak. Representasi perempuan dalam politik praktis secara formal telah dibuka dan diatur oleh pemerintah untuk mendorong pengambilan kebijakan publik yang sensitif gender. Namun, realitas menunjukkan bahwa keterwakilan perempuan di parlemen masih jauh dari harapan. Di Kabupaten Cirebon, hanya 13 dari 50 kursi (26%) ditempati perempuan pada Pilkada 2014, meningkat menjadi 28% pada 2019, namun turun drastis menjadi 12% pada 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterwakilan politik perempuan dalam Pilkada Cirebon melalui tinjauan relasi sosial dan nilai-nilai keislaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan sumber dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, media massa, dan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Cirebon. Kata kunci mencakup: Gender, Politik Perempuan, Legislasi Nasional, Elektabilitas, serta Relasi Sosial dan Keislaman.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya keterwakilan perempuan dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor utama: norma sosial yang mengakar dan pemahaman keislaman tentang kepemimpinan. Untuk mengatasinya, peneliti menawarkan lima alternatif strategis: (1) Membangkitkan kesadaran politik melalui layanan nyata seperti bantuan sosial; (2) Menguatkan pendidikan politik melalui forum keagamaan; (3) Mengubah pola pikir patriarkal lewat pelatihan dasar kepemimpinan di sekolah dan madrasah; (4) Mendorong kepemimpinan perempuan dalam organisasi pemuda dan masyarakat; dan (5) Membumikan pengajian sebagai subkultur sosial untuk membangun kepercayaan publik terhadap kepemimpinan perempuan. Strategi ini bertujuan memperkuat legitimasi dan elektabilitas politik perempuan secara berkelanjutan dalam bingkai nilai-nilai Islam

Abstract

Early childhood is a very important period in the development of children's character and personality, which is often referred to as the golden age. At this age, children tend to imitate the behavior of adults around them, so the role of parents and educators is very crucial in providing good examples. Early childhood education (PAUD) covers the age range of 0-8 years and involves various educational institutions such as Kindergartens (TK) and Child Care Centers (TPA). One important aspect in PAUD is moral development, which is the basis for forming children's character. The development of religious morals in early childhood includes the introduction of God, good and bad behavior, and religious values ​​that are adhered to. This study aims to identify learning strategies that can improve moral aspects in early childhood, with a focus on habituation through daily activities such as prayer, reading short letters, and storytelling. The data collection technique used was through the process of observation and interviews, and the approach used in this study was a qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that the habituation method, including the use of audiovisual media, can be effective in instilling religious moral values ​​in children. In addition, collaboration between teachers and parents is very important in strengthening religious moral education at home and school.

Abstract

Human civilization today cannot be separated from the development of information and communication technology. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the impact of the use of information and communication technology on the development of early childhood religious and moral values. The results of this study indicate that the use of ICT has a positive and negative impact, especially the psychological impact on children's development. In addition, the use of ICT, if it can be used wisely, can lead to a) the right to education through the use of ICT under parental supervision, b) the role of parents in education, supervision, and control of children in the use of ICT, c) facilitate parents and children in learning and communication, d) can grow aspects of child development comprehensively, e) as a media for children to learn characters in a game/video, f) helping children listen to murotal or g) as a reminder (alarm) when worshiping/doing essential activities. The findings of the adverse effects of this study caused: a) children sometimes spoke harshly, b) children became quiet and lacked socialization with the surrounding environment, and c) lost track of time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penerapan model pembelajaran konstruktivisme sebagai upaya peningkatan nilai moral dan agama pada anak serta mengetahui hasil dari penerapan model pembelajaran kontruktivisme dalam meningkatkan nilai moral dan agama pada anak. Nilai moral dan agama merupakan satu aspek terpenting dalam kehidupan seorang anak, karena aspek ini akan menentukan baik buruknya tigkah laku anak. Model pembelajaran kontruktisvitik perlu di terapkan, agar nilai moral dan agama pada diri anak dapat tertanam dengan baik. Pendekatan konstruktivisme merupakan pendekatan yang menjelaskan bahwa pengetahuan seseorang dibangun oleh dirinya sendiri, pendekatan ini mengutamakan pengalaman langsung dan keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuallitatif. Adapun teknik pengumuplan datanya yaitu menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Observasi dilakukan disekolah selama kegiatan berlangsung, sementara wawancara dilakukan kepada guru kelas A TK PKBM Melati Kec.Rimba Melintang, Riau. Berdasarkan penelitian didapat hasil bahwa perkembangan nilai agama moral anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK PKBM Melati Kec. Rimba Meling, Riau memperoleh hasil 75% dengan kategori BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan).
