Abstract

Pakcoy merupakan jenis sayuran yang sangat populer dan sangat digemari oleh masyarakat. Sayuran ini sangat populer di kawasan Tiongkok namun kemudian menyebar ke berbagai negara salah satunya Indonesia. Peningkatan dan potensi budidaya pakcoy menuntut adanya teknik budidaya yang efisien. Produksi tanaman dengan sistem hidroponik erat kaitanya dengan ketersediaan sumber nutrisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pertumbuhan dan hasil pakcoy (Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis.) dengan nutrisi yang berbeda secara hidroponik. Rancangan Percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial yaitu jenis larutan nutrisi yang terdiri dari larutan nutrisi AB mix 1, larutan nutrisi AB mix 2 dan pupuk organik cair POC NASA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa larutan dengan perbedaan sumber nutrisi memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata pada rasio tinggi tanaman dan berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah helai daun. Analisis pH dan TDS yang dilakukan untuk menggambarkan ketersediaan hara yang dapat terserap pada sumber nutrisi yang digunakan. Penggunaan larutan nutrisi AB mix 1 dan larutan nutrisi AB mix 2 dinilai lebih efisien dalam mempengaruhi produksi pakcoy dibandingkan penggunaan pupuk organik cair POC NASA.Keywords : Pakcoy, AB mix, Hydroponik, POC NASA

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the broiler chicken farming business in Blang Dalam Village, Bandar Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency, which has great potential in increasing farmers' income and meeting the increasing need for chicken meat. Broiler chicken farming in this area is promising due to the high market demand, both locally and more widely, as well as the relatively low costs of raising broiler chickens compared to other livestock. This research involved 110 broiler chicken breeders as a population, and 10 breeders were selected as samples using a purposive sampling method. Primary data was collected through direct interviews with breeders regarding personal characteristics and business profiles, while secondary data was obtained from various related agencies. The research results show that the average income of broiler chicken farmers in the research area reaches Rp. 38,938,444 per period with an R/C value of 1.48, which shows that this business is feasible and quite profitable. Apart from that, the broiler chicken marketing system in Gampong Blang Dalam is also considered efficient, which supports the sustainability of the broiler chicken farming business in the area. Thus, this business has bright prospects in improving the economic welfare of farmers and supporting the growth of the livestock sector in Bandar Dua District.

Abstract

Economic empowerment is an important tool in improving the community's economy. The Integrated System is basically an integrated agricultural system that is capable of being an important choice of strategy to increase resilience, security, food quality and improve the community's economy. One of the solutions in developing integrated agriculture is to utilize the Village Innovation and Local Potential Program. This community service program aims to increase people's knowledge of integrated agriculture by taking advantage of village innovation program offers in terms of supporting local potential to improve the economy. The method used in this activity is counseling on integrated agriculture in building food security by taking advantage of village innovation program offers and local potential. The partners for this activity are all the people of Gampong Capa Paloh, Padang Tiji District, Pidie Regency. From this activity it can be concluded that the partner community is very active during the implementation of activities in the context of empowering the community's economy in Gampong Capa Paloh

Abstract

Kue Bhoi sendiri biasanya diperoleh di pasar pasar tradisional ataupun dipesan langsung pada pembuatanya. Gampong Sukon merupakan salah satu desa di pidie yang menjalankan usaha kue bhoi, Untuk menganalisis rumusan masalah dalam penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Dalam hal pemasaran, usaha produksi kue bhoi di Gampong Sukon masjid sudah memasarakan hingga keluar Kabupaten. Strategi pemasaran kue bhoi ini yaitu dengan mempertahankan kualitas rasa, memperbanyak distributor penjualan serta mempertahankan kualitas produk.
