Abstract

Terminal merupakan salah satu komponen dari sistem transportasi yang mempunyai fungsi utama sebagai tempat pemberhentian sementara kendaraan umum untuk menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang dan barang hingga sampai ke tujuan akhir suatu perjalanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas terminal, volume kendaraan penumpang, dan lokasi terminal dengan kinerja operasional terminal Ir. Soekarno Kab. Klaten. Populasi pada penelitian ini semua masyarakat yang menggunakan terminal Ir. Soekarno Kab. Klaten dan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Dengan teknik non-probability sampling, jenis sampling kuota. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa model persamaan linier berganda : Y = -0,331 + 0,538X1 + 0,222X2 + 0,245X3 + µ menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif secara parsial Fasilitas Terminal (X1), Volume Kendaraan Penumpang (X2), dan Lokasi Terminal (X3) terhadap Kinerja Operasional Terminal (Y). pengaruh variabel independen dalam penelitian ini nilai korelasi koefisien determinasi (adjuster R2) sebesar = 0,607, yang artinya 60,7% variasi variabel terikat kinerja operasional terminal dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel fasiliitas terminal, volume kendaraan penumpamg, dan lokasi terminal. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu 39,3%, dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain diluar variabel yang diteliti. Kata Kunci : Fasilitas Terminal, Volume Kendaraan, Lokasi Terminal, dan Kinerja Operasional Terminal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran online Bahasa Inggris Transportasi melalui media Google site yang diterapkan pada Mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Transportasi Universitas Maritim AMNI Semarang. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Standar Proses Pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi  dengan model Countenace Stake dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran daring bahasa Inggris menggunakan Google site termasuk kategori baik (80%), ditemukan belum adanya kesesuaian antara RPS dengan standar proses pembelajaran; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajarannya termasuk kategori baik (80%), meskipun belum adanya kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan standar proses pelaksanan pembelajaran; dan (3) hasil belajar mahasiswa belum memenuhi standar kompentensi dengan aktualitas ketercapaian 85% kategori sangat baik. 4) terdapat contingency antara pelaksanaan dengan hasil  belajar  mahasiswa, dalam hal pelaksanaan pembelajaran dimana kegiatan copy-paste pada pembelajaran writing dan reading masih terjadi sehingga menyebabkan kemungkinan hasil assessment  tidak begitu valid apabila diadakan assessment yang lebih komprehensif terhadap kompetensi yang sedang dipelajari. Selain itu mahasiswa beranggapan bahwa penggunaan Google site dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Transportasi menjadi pilihan pertama mereka dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menambah pemahaman dan memberikan motivasi tentang kewirausahaan bagi warga RW XV Tambak Lorok, Tanjung Emas, Semarang Utara. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh Sebagian warga Tambak Lorok yang berprofesi sebagai nelayan sebanyak 42 orang, dan 10 orang pelaku UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah). Permasalahan yang dihadapi para nelayan di wilayah ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan nilai tambah dari hasil tangkapannya, sehingga taraf hidup nelayan menjadi lebih baik. Nelayan yang pulang dari melaut, akan membawa hasil tangkapannya ke rumah, atau ada juga yang langsung menjual hasil tangkapan tersebut di pasar ikan. Selain itu, sebagian ibu-ibu nelayan akan melakukan penanganan lebih lanjut terhadap hasil tangkapan para bapak nelayan. Proses lebih lanjut yang dilakukan dalam penanganan hasil tangkapan, misalnya pengasapan ikan, pemasakan ikan, perebusan ikan, pengasinan ikan, pembuatan terasi dan lain-lain. Selain proses penanganan ikan, permasalahan lain yang dihadapi para pelaku UKM adalah masalah pengemasan dan pemasaran, hal ini akan dilanjutkan pada pengabdian selanjutnya.

Abstract

This study explores the use of AI technology in the Google Read Along application as a tool to improve English pronunciation, particularly for students who struggle with English pronunciation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the Google Read Along app's effectiveness in improving English pronunciation, analyze the students' responses to using Google Read Along, and discover the factors that help students succeed in improving their pronunciation. Read Aloud is used in conjunction with AI technology to help children learn by listening to and precisely repeating new words and phrases. A quasi-experimental method was used to collect data, with 35 students in the experimental group and 35 in the control group. A questionnaire was presented to the experimental group regarding how they responded to Google Read Along, and interviews were conducted as further information to identify the factors affecting their pronunciation improvement. The results of the N-Gain test show that the Google Read Along is efficient in helping students improve their English pronunciation when used in combined with the Read Aloud approach by an average of 65.73 percent. As a result, a teaching strategy that combines the Read Aloud method and AI Google Read Along can be an effective alternative. Additionally, the instant feedback offered by this application gives students a chance to recognize their errors directly, and the convenience of using the application for learning anytime anywhere has a significant impact on their success in improving their pronunciation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the partial and simultaneous influence of four factors—Publication (X_1), Access Convenience (X_2), Perceived Ease of Use (X_3), and Trust (X_4)—on the dependent variable, Intention to Use/Purchase (Y) Tiket.com for airline ticket purchases in Semarang City.1 Using an associative quantitative method, data were collected from 100 Tiket.com users (N=100) and analyzed via Multiple Linear Regression (SPSS 25.0).1 The analysis confirmed that all four independent variables positively and significantly influence the Intention to Use (all t_{hitung} > t_{tabel} 1.98498).1 The variable Perceived Ease of Use (X_3) was identified as the most dominant factor, showing the highest regression coefficient (\beta = 0.375), suggesting that the intuitive and effort-free experience of the application is the primary psychological driver for adoption among Semarang users.1, The overall model demonstrated a very strong explanatory capability, with an Adjusted R^2 of 0.792. This means 79.2\% of the variation in Intention to Use Tiket.com is jointly explained by these four variables, with 20.8\% attributed to factors outside the model.1 Managerial implications suggest prioritizing user experience design, clear information presentation, and maintaining transaction security to convert high interest into committed use.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of helmet use behavior, vehicle condition, and traffic discipline on driving safety levels on the Pandanaran Road Section, Boyolali Regency. High motorcycle usage in Indonesia contributes significantly to high accident rates, where human, vehicle, and regulatory factors are crucial elements that need in-depth assessment. The study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 100 motorcycle riders crossing the road using the Incidental Sampling technique. Data was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results indicate that all three independent variables (helmet use behavior, vehicle condition, and traffic discipline) have a positive and significant influence on driving safety. The vehicle condition variable was identified as the most dominant factor affecting driving safety, with a regression coefficient of 0.397. Overall, these three variables contribute 47.4% to driving safety. The implication of this finding emphasizes the importance of policy intervention that focuses not only on behavior but also on the supervision of vehicle technical roadworthiness.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Service Quality, Facilities, Supervision, and Effectiveness on Parking Levies (Retribusi Parkir) in Blitar City. Motivated by the Blitar City Transportation Agency's failure to meet its 2022 Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) target from parking levies, this quantitative study employs Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) on a sample of 100 parking service users. Classical assumption tests confirm the regression model is normally distributed and free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity issues. Partially, all independent variables Service Quality (\beta=0.38), Facilities (\beta=0.200), Supervision (\beta=0.331), and Effectiveness (\beta=0.329) were found to have a positive and significant effect on Parking Levies. The Adjusted R Square value of 86.8% indicates a high predictive power of the model. Crucially, the findings highlight that Supervision and Effectiveness factors, reflecting internal governance and regulatory enforcement, are the primary determinants of successful parking levy collection, surpassing the influence of direct Facilities and Service Quality. The implications suggest a need for governance reform focusing on strict supervision and digitalization to mitigate revenue leakage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on passenger satisfaction at Tingkir Bus Terminal, Salatiga City. Service quality is an essential factor in achieving customer satisfaction, especially in public transportation services that cater to the needs of the community. The study underscores the importance of efficient and reliable services in improving the overall passenger experience. This research uses a quantitative approach, employing a survey method with 100 respondents who are passengers at the terminal. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire, designed to measure various aspects of service quality such as timeliness, comfort, and customer support. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26, with procedures including validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction, suggesting that higher service quality leads to increased satisfaction. This finding emphasizes the critical role of service quality in enhancing the operational success of public transportation services. The study’s findings are expected to serve as valuable evaluation material for improving service quality and provide practical insights for terminal management to enhance passenger satisfaction in the future.
