Abstract

Diet greatly affects a person's quality of life. The implementation of the wrong diet can have a negative impact on the body, one of which is obesity. Efforts to regulate diet in order to maintain health and control body weight are known as diets. As time goes by, diet methods are always undergoing updates. However, there are some dietary methods that contradict the Qur'an and hadith, such as diets by eating only vegetables, diets by not eating food at all and other extreme dietary methods. The method used is library research, data collection by searching for sources and reconstructing from various sources such as books, journals, and existing research. The diet of the Prophet Muhammad includes the correct diet method. So that by applying it in everyday life, it will make it easier not to overdo it in consuming food and drinks. Keywords: Diet, Diet, Hadith Abstrak Pola makan sangat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup seseorang. Penerapan pola makan yang salah dapat berdampak negatif pada tubuh, salah satunya adalah obesitas. Upaya mengatur pola makan agar dapat menjaga kesehatan dan mengontrol berat badan dikenal dengan istilah diet. Seiring berjalannya waktu, metode diet selalu mengalami pembaharuan. Namun ada beberapa metode diet yang bertentangan dengan al-Qur’an dan hadis, seperti diet dengan hanya memakan sayur-sayuran, diet dengan tidak makan makanan sama sekali dan metode diet ekstrim lainnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research), pengumpulan data dengan cara mencari sumber dan merkontruksi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan riset-riset yang sudah ada. Pola makan Rasulullah SAW termasuk metode diet yang benar. Sehingga dengan mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, maka akan memudahkan untuk tidak berlebihan dalam mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Community's Understanding About Taking anInch of Land in Pagar Agung Village, Pseksu District, Lahat Regency withthe Hadith Paradigm" The hadith of taking an inch of land is a hadith thatexplains the law for someone who commits unjust acts (land problems), such asthe hadith narrated by Shahih Bukhari, Rasulullah SAW said "whoever abuses apiece of land on this earth then later he will be burdened with land from sevenearths". But this hadith contradicts life in the community in Pagar Agung Village,Pseksu District, Lahat Regency. The problem is how the understanding of themuhadditsin scholars regarding the hadith of taking an inch of land and how theunderstanding of the people of Pagar Agung Village, Pseksu District, LahatRegency regarding the law of taking an inch of land is in accordance with thehadith of the Rasulullah Saw.This type of research uses field research, namely research that goes directlyto the location to make observations about a phenomenon that occurs in order toget answers to a problem. The type of data used is qualitative data and isdescriptive in nature. The data sources for this research are primary data sourcesand secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study were obtainedby observing, interviewing and documenting. Data analysis techniques carried outduring the research process used Scuthz's theory of action.The results of this study can be concluded that the muhaddittsin scholarsagree on the law of taking an inch of land, that is, on the day of the afterlife, it willbe worn with seven layers of earth and the understanding of the people in PagarAgung Village, Pseksu District, Lahat Regency is still lacking in the hadith abouttaking an inch of land. Some people do not know the hadith about taking an inchof land, while some people already know the hadiths about taking an inch of landand think that this hadith is very good because it reminds people about unjust actsand the punishment they will receive in the hereafter if the unjust acts arecommitted. In this study, there are various motives for someone deciding to takean inch of land, among others, because of past grudges and jealousy whensomeone else's land is larger than his own.

Abstract

This study concluded that the meanings of words Shidq Quraish Shihab always understood by people with any sense is always true and honest. They are not tainted by falsehood, nor does it take a position contrary to honesty, which looked dipelupuk their eyes only right, because it always gets divine guidance.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the understanding of tabarruj hadiths and their correlation with the Tik-Tok social media. This is motivated by the tabarruj phenomenon which is heavily influenced by up-to-date trends and styles, which often appear on social media, especially Tik-Tok. By using qualitative methods and the science approach of ma’ani al-hadith, this study concludes that: First, the hadiths that talk about tabarruj have forbidden tabarruj actions with the threat of not going to heaven, such as dressing naked because the clothes are too minimal, thin, and see-through, clothes that are too tight which stimulate men because some of their private parts are open, walking with waddling, tattooing and changing limbs to beautify themselves, and so on. Second, what this hadith says resonates with Tik-Tok social media users, especially women who often use thick make-up, contact lenses, false eyelashes, display beauty to make them look attractive, show off jewelry that should be hidden, wear tight clothes with excessive swaying so that showing curves. This kind of tabarruj actually exceeds the tabarruj that occurred in the era of ignorance which only showed the jewelry and neck when veiled.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study describes the existence of waking up from sleep taught by Rosulullah to wash hands first, this is done to avoid impurity and prudence in worship. The problem in this study is: How to understand the hadith of washing hands when waking up? This study generally aims to find out the understanding of the hadith of washing hands when waking up. The theory used in completing this research is ma'anil hadith. This research is literature research, which is all research based on searching for data in the literature, a type of qualitative research. This research is based on data collected from literature and then analyzed. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative descriptive, which is a data analysis that includes a general, systematic, and comprehensive description. So that the data is analyzed and a conclusion is drawn. This study resulted in findings that the understanding of hadith washes hands after waking up, to practice the sunnah of the Prophet and be careful in worship. Because when sleeping, of course, there is no known presence of feces on one's hands, the Prophet SAW recommended washing hands 3 times even though the feces are not necessarily there.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the law of the sunnah prayer before maghrib. This study uses a qualitative approach through descriptive-analytical methods. The results and discussion of this study indicate that praying sunnah before maghrib is sunnah, but this sunnah is not recommended based on the hadith of Imam Bukhari. This study concludes that performing sunnah prayers before maghrib is allowed but not recommended, scientifically the law is ghairu muakkad. This study recommends to the public and academics to review the mukhtalif of sunnah prayers before maghrib.

Abstract

This research examines contextualization of hadith al-ḥamwu al-mawt in an effort to prevent household conflicts in the digital era. The method used is qualitative research based on library research (literature), with primary data sources taken from the book of Sahih Bukhari. The results showed that the hadith of al-ḥamwu al-mawt listed in Shahih Bukhari number 5232 is often used to prevent household conflicts in the digital era. Shahih Bukhari number 5232 is often quoted in the context of domestic relations, especially relationships with in-laws, father and mother-in-law, and other close relatives of the couple. The phrase al- al-ḥamwu al-mawt in this hadith is a strong warning against potential dangers that can arise from uncontrolled interactions with in-laws and other family members, such as a rift between the in-laws. The study also found that the transformation of forms of interaction in the digital era has also increases the risk of household conflicts, especially through infidelity, which is now easier to easier to occur because it is supported by technological advances.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas lifestyle creep dalam tinjauan hadis perintah hidup sederhana. Lifestyle creep merupakan suatu kecenderungan individu untuk meningkatkan gaya hidup seiring dengan meningkatnya pendapatan. Dalam perspektif hadis ajaran tentang hidup sederhana menjadi landasan penting dalam mengatasi masalah ini dengan menekankan bahwa kesederhanaan dalam hidup membawa kebahagiaan, ketenangan jiwa, dan mendorong fokus pada nilai-nilai spiritual dan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian library research untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lifestyle creep dan ajaran hadis mengenai hidup sederhana. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lifestyle creep tidak sepenuhnya dilarang. Karena perubahan gaya hidup yang dipengaruhi oleh kebutuhan teknologi dan perkembangan sosial budaya akan terus meningkat mengikuti zaman. Namun jika perubahan gaya hidup sudah melebihi batas kemampuan dan membawa pada gaya hidup konsumtif maka akan menimbulkan dampak negatif. Oleh karena itu prinsip hidup sederhana dalam Islam tetap penting diterapkan untuk membantu individu mengelola keuangan dengan bijak. Kesederhanaan dalam hadis bukan perintah yang mutlak akan tetapi ajaran supaya dapat menyesuaikan diri dari lingkungan sosial dan budaya. Perintah berpakaian sederhana dalam hadis bertujuan untuk menjaga kesederhanaan sebagai bentuk syukur atas kenikmatan Allah Swt serta sebagai bentuk toleransi sosial bukan untuk menunjukkan kemiskinan atau perilaku berlebihan.AbstractThis research aims to discuss lifestyle creep in the review of the hadith command to live simply. Lifestyle creep is an individual's tendency to improve their lifestyle along with increasing income. In the perspective of the hadith, the teachings about living simply become an important foundation in overcoming this problem by emphasizing that simplicity in life brings happiness, peace of mind, and encourages focus on spiritual and social values. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research type to analyze the relationship between lifestyle creep and the teachings of the hadith about living simply. The findings in this study indicate that lifestyle creep is not completely prohibited. Because lifestyle changes influenced by technological needs and socio-cultural developments will continue to increase with the times. However, if lifestyle changes exceed the limits of ability and lead to a consumptive lifestyle, it will have a negative impact. Therefore, the principle of living simply in Islam remains important to apply to help individuals manage their finances wisely. Simplicity in the hadith is not an absolute command but a teaching to adapt to the social and cultural environment. The command to dress simply in the hadith aims to maintain simplicity as a form of gratitude for the blessings of Allah SWT and as a form of social tolerance, not to show poverty or excessive behavior
