Abstract

The prolonged COVID-19 pandemic requires humans to limit their movements and activities, in this case office activities. This is a new challenge for workers in fulfilling their jobs who have to work remotely with limited facilities. These conditions require employees to remain motivated in fulfilling their responsibilities, maintain commitment to the organization while continuing to carry out dual roles at home as individuals and workers during the implementation of the telework scheme or known as Working from Home (WFH). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work commitment, telework, and information technology on work productivity. In addition, to determine the effect of technology on work motivation, work commitment and changes in the work environment in decreasing work productivity. This research is quantitative research with survey method. The time for conducting the research is July 1, 2020 to December 30, 2020 at the office of the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture, which is also the population of this research. The sample used proportioned stratified random sampling and obtained 166 respondents according to the criteria. The data analysis technique used SEM software PLS. The results show that motivation has a significant effect on work productivity, commitment has a significant negative effect on work productivity, telework has a significant effect on work productivity, information technology has no significant effect on the relationship between motivation and work productivity. Information technology has no significant effect on the relationship between work commitment and work productivity. Information technology has a significant effect on the relationship between telework and work productivity. technology has a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari komitmen organisasi, work engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui motivasi. Subjek penelitian adalah pengurus Pokdarwis di Desa Wisata Sermo, Kalibiru dan Jatimulyo yang berjumlah 40 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiasi kausal. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang terdiri dari wawancara (interview), pengamatan langsung (observation), dan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara tidak langsung komitmen organisasi dan work engagement berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui motivasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, budaya organisasi serta Kepuasan kerja pada lingkungan kerja Direktorat Jenderal Aplikasi Informatika Kementerian KOMINFO yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Kesuksesan Kinerja organisasi bergantung dari banyak faktor, baik dari dalam maupun dari luar organisasi. Dari dalam seperti, komitmen organisasi yang memiliki kaitan yang positif dengan hasil kerja, budaya organisasi yang baik yang dianut dan di yakini dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai serta kepuasan kerja yang pada dasarnya merupakan tanggapan emosional terhadap situasi kerja. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Aplikasi Informatika Kementerian Kominfo sebanyak 200 Pegawai PNS, dimana kesemua populasi ini dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh komitmen, budaya organisasi serta kepuasan kerja Pegawai terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap workforce agility pegawai. Subjek penelitian adalah pegawai di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Aptika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiasi kausal. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang terdiri dari wawancara (interview), pengamatan langsung (observation), dan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan workforce agility pegawai. Sedangkan budaya organisasi tidak mempengaruhi motivasi terhadap kemampuan workforce agility pegawai.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan teknologi, bertransaksi di e-commerce banyak diminati meskipun membutuhkan kepercayaan karena tidak melihat produk secara langsung. Sebelum pengambilan keputusan pembelian, konsumen dapat melihat informasi produk pada tampilan atau fitur yang tersedia seperti harga, online customer review, dan rating. Namun demikian, tidak dapat sepenuhnya dipercayai dan dipastikan bahwa informasi tersebut menjamin produk yang dibeli ataupun pelayanan yang didapat akan sesuai dengan harapan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh harga, online customer review dan rating terhadap kepercayaan dan keputusan pembelian suplemen kesehatan pada e-commerce. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 285 responden di DKI Jakarta, berusia lebih dari 17 tahun, dan pernah membeli suplemen kesehatan di e-commerce. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan program LISREL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, online customer review, dan rating berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepercayaan. Harga, online customer review, rating dan kepercayaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kepercayaan sebagai intervening tidak memperkuat hubungan antara variable independen (harga, online customer review, rating) terhadap variable dependen (keputusan pembelian). Untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan serta keputusan pembelian konsumen di e-commerce, setiap penjual di e-commerce perlu menetapkan harga jual yang relevan dengan produknya serta responsif terhadap online customer review maupun rating dari konsumen

In the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD X there are a number of complaint from power pharmacy related burden perceived work Enough height and complaints from patient related time Wait drug so that need done analysis burden work in the unit For know description burden impactful work to quality service pharmacy as well as amount power appropriate pharmacy with burden existing work moment this . Research This use method quantitative descriptive with technique data collection through observation all over activity power pharmacy use method work sampling For count amount need power pharmacy as well as use questionnaire satisfaction customer to patient For know description quality service . Result data observation in analysis use Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) and for results questionnaire analyzed use S ERVQUAL method . From the results study show that amount need power pharmacy at RSUD X is 4,684 people and obtained ratio of 1.07 which means that power pharmacy considered overstaffing Because ratio >1. Meanwhile For quality services received from results questionnaire Then analyzed use method SERVQUAL state that there is difference between reality and hope Where patient Still want better service Good from what exists moment This is for know influence burden Work moment This to quality service analyzed use linear regression and its results is 46.3% which means that quality service is affected by load Work by 46.3%.
