Abstract

Introduction: Increasing stress control in mothers giving birth needs to be done to increase the success of safe and comfortable deliveries in an effort to improve safety for babies and mothers during the delivery process. Objectives: The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between sources of information, the role of the midwife and the role of the family in coping with the stress of mothers facing childbirth at Budhi Asih Hospital, East Jakarta. Method: The research method used was quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional approach using primary data, the number of samples was 50 birth mothers who visited Budhi Asih Hospital, East Jakarta. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who fit the inclusion criteria. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test. Results: The results showed that mothers giving birth at Budhi Asih Hospital in 2022 were influenced by sources of information with a p-value of 0.010, the role of midwives with a p-value of 0.006 and the role of the family with a p-value of 0.013. Conclusion: The conclusion of the study is that there is a significant relationship between sources of information, the role of the midwife and the role of the family in coping with the stress of mothers facing childbirth at Budhi Asih Hospital.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pemberian ASI secara eksklusif sampai saat ini mengalami persoalan dan masih sangat rendah dari jumlah ibu yang melahirkan. Persentase pola menyusui pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di Indonesia yang diberikan ASI eksklusif sebesar 15,3%. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan luaran publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal terindeks (ISSN) dengan ruang lingkup penelitian berskala nasional. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi kesehatan tentang ASI terhadap Pengetahuan dan sikap ibu yang memiliki bayi usia ASI Ekslusif di PMB Y tahun 2022. Metode: Penelitian metode kuntitatif dengan penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi experiment). Teknik pada pengambilan sampel ini adalah Purposive Sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan nonequivalent one group only. Sampel berjumlah 30 responden. Uji normalitas menggunakan Kolmogorov-Smirnov Hasil: Pada pre-test pengetahun 0,000, setelah post-test 0,000 sedangkan pada pre-test sikap didapatkan 0,000 dan setelah post-test sikap 0004, karena <0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan semua data berarti tidak berdistribusi normal, sehingga uji yang digunakan adalah uji stastik Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan output Test Statistik diketahui Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,000 dan < 0,005 Kesimpulan: Ada perbedaan antara promosi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap untuk pre-test dan post-test sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh promosi kesehatan tentang ASI terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu yang memiliki bayi usia ASI ekslusif.
