Abstract

This study addresses the lack of automation in government loan management systems, which has led to inefficiencies such as delayed service, data entry errors, and difficulties in tracking borrowed items. To overcome these challenges, this research aims to design and implement a web-based goods borrowing information system for the BKKBN Office of North Lampung. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology and adopts the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern. It includes key features such as inventory management, user authentication, borrowing request submission, administrative verification, transaction reporting, and real-time status notifications. System evaluation through Black Box and User Acceptance Testing demonstrated that all features operated effectively and reliably, handling 234 inventory records across eight active users. The results indicate that the proposed system enhances administrative efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy, making it suitable for practical implementation and future development with features such as email notifications or QR-code integration.

Abstract

Leave management at the BKPSDM of North Lampung Regency currently relies on manual procedures, risking recording errors and slow monitoring of leave balances. This research aims to design and implement an integrated digital employee leave information system. The system development follows the Waterfall model, spanning from analysis to implementation. Data collection involved workflow observations, staff interviews, and literature reviews. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure all features function as planned. The results demonstrate that the system successfully automates leave requests and approvals transparently. In conclusion, this system minimizes data errors, provides real-time access to leave balance information, and enhances the efficiency and professionalism of personnel administration at BKPSDM North Lampung.Keywords: Information System; Leave; BKPSDM; Waterfall  AbstrakPengelolaan cuti pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Lampung Utara saat ini masih bergantung pada prosedur manual, yang berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan dan lambatnya pemantauan saldo cuti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi cuti pegawai digital yang terintegrasi. Pengembangan sistem mengikuti model Waterfall, mulai dari tahap analisis hingga implementasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi alur kerja, wawancara staf, dan studi pustaka. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai rencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengotomatisasi pengajuan dan persetujuan cuti secara transparan. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini meminimalkan kesalahan data, menyediakan akses informasi saldo cuti secara real-time, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan profesionalisme administrasi kepegawaian di BKPSDM Lampung Utara.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of an Integrated Village Information System for Madukoro Baru Village, Kotabumi District, North Lampung Regency, aimed at enhancing public service efficiency and information dissemination. Despite the village's significant human and natural resources, current communication relies heavily on face-to-face meetings, leading to information gaps. To address these issues, a web-based system was designed using React, Express, Tailwind CSS, and MariaDB. The system was developed and tested using a comprehensive dataset comprising over 500 population records, 10+ village asset entries, and 12 months of historical administrative logs. It integrates six core modules: population administration, village asset management, news, event agendas, statistics, and complaints. Data collection utilized primary sources (interviews and observations) and secondary sources (official village documents). The development adopted a hybrid methodology combining Rapid Application Development (RAD) and Waterfall approaches. Black-box testing validated that all modules function correctly according to planned scenarios. Implementation results demonstrate that this system, capable of processing real-time data for over 1,000 residents, facilitates transparent access to information and streamlines administrative processes. This study presents a scalable digital platform that bridges the gap between manual processes and modern e-governance.

Abstract

This research is in the field of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, focusing on developing a real-time attack detection system for MariaDB databases. The research was motivated by the increasing threats of SQL injection (SQLi), brute-force attacks, and data exfiltration, which are increasingly difficult to detect using conventional rule-based methods. The objective of the research was to develop a hybrid architecture based on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Isolation Forest to improve detection accuracy while reducing false positives in modern database environments. The research method employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach through three main modules. The first module applies a bidirectional LSTM to detect SQLi based on query sequence analysis. The second module uses Isolation Forest and Rotated Isolation Forest to detect brute-force attacks through access behavior analysis. The third module applies Isolation Forest to detect data exfiltration based on traffic patterns and data transfer behavior. The entire dataset underwent preprocessing, feature engineering, tokenization, normalization, and performance evaluation using confusion matrices, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC. The results show that the Bi-LSTM model achieved 99.99% accuracy in detecting SQLi. In brute-force detection, the standard Isolation Forest provided the best performance with a recall of 99.94% and an F1-score of 99.61%. Meanwhile, the data exfiltration module achieved a 100% detection rate on simulated exfiltration traffic with a combined accuracy of 94.92%. This study proves that the hybrid LSTM–Isolation Forest architecture is capable of providing accurate, adaptive detection and is feasible to be implemented as a next-generation MariaDB database security system.
