Abstract

The goal to be achieved through this research is to find direct and indirect effects between leadership steal and motivation on employee performance both directly and through the interveing ​​variables of employee job satisfaction at PT BPR (Perseroda) Serang district. The research design is structural equation modeling (SEM) which places the variables of leadership style and work motivation as exogenous variables, performance as endogenous variables, and job satisfaction as intervening variables. The research population was 221 people. The sampling technique uses a proportional stratification random sampling technique. The sample size is 200 respondents. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire. Secondary data was collected using the documentation method. Data were analyzed using smart PLS software. The results of the analysis show that there are four significant hypotheses, and one hypothesis that is not significant. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing the majority of the hypotheses were accepted, there was only one hypothesis, namely the third hypothesis which was rejected. Thus the theoretical model is actually proven empirically, although there is one hypothesis that is rejected

Abstract

This paper is intended to present a comparative analysis of the implementation of a community empowerment based Kampung Climate's Leading Program (ProKim) in Pekijing Village, Serang City The result of this research indicates that both in Pekijing Village have emphasized aspects of community empowerment in the implementation of ProKlim mainly in climate change adaptation and mitigation activities. Empowerment and participation of communities in Pekijing Village is considered improperly managed. However, in substance, ProKlim has been well implemented in each locus. Further in practice, ProKlim, with a persistent management, is perceived to be able to manage a microclimate which gives a wider impact on temperature deterioration in the capital city

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Rezeki adalah kurangnya produktifitas, sehingga organisasi belum dapat memberikan kontribusi banyak kepada para anggota kelompok untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga mereka. Selain itu, belum adanya administrasi dan pembukuan yang rapi baik dari aspek keuangan maupun inventarisasi barang. Masalah lainnya yakni manajemen organisasi yang belum tertib sehingga anggota belum mengetahui secara pasti tugas dan tanggungjawabnya. Tujuan pelaksanaan KKM Kelompok 40 dalam bidang pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah untuk mendorong ketertiban organisasi Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Rezeki dari segi manajemen dan organisasi. Dengan menjadikan KWT Sri Rezeki sebagai subjek pelaksana, maka pendampingan secara partisipatif dilakukan. Sesuai dengan jenis masalah yang dihadapi organisasi, pendampingan difokuskan pada tiga bidang: administrasi keuangan, administrasi inventarisasi barang, dan manajemen organisasi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah: (1) Pelatihan administrasi dan manajemen organisasi; (2) Pendampingan administrasi keuangan; (3) Pendampingan administrasi inventarisasi barang; dan (4) Pendampingan manajemen organisasi. Melalui pendampingan ini, anggota KWT Sri Rezeki telah memperoleh pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan keterampilan dalam membuat administrasi dan mengelola organisasi. Mereka memiliki program kerja untuk tiga tahun ke depan mulai dari penanaman, perawatan, pemanenan dan penjualan yang terdokumentasi dengan baik
