Abstract

The purpose of this study is to propose the management of BAZNAS which could become one of the role models of digital zakat because it is quite successful in managing zakat and the use of digital technology to create the interests of the people. Literature studies are used to reveal the use of digital technology in BAZNAS and how to develop digital entrepreneurship in the future. Findings from the results of the study revealed that the BAZNAS digital zakat program can reduce poverty due to empowering mustahik through digital entrepreneurship and digital technology innovation in the form of rice atm. Other digital technology implementations are digitizing zakat payments, application-based digital information technology services for muzzaki, and blockchain (i-zakat) in managing digital zakat. For the development of digital entrepreneurship, the role of government, universities, and BAZNAS must be able to work well together. The BAZNAS Model digital zakat program can be a useful reference for global zakat managers in improving digital entrepreneurial practices and zakat distribution innovation. The implications of this research are the results of observations on the practice of using BAZNAS digital zakat technology in the management of zakat based on a theoretical basis using an Islamic economic approach.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan empat pilar kebangsaan yang meliputi Pancasila, undang-undang Dasar 1945, NKRI, dan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Metode yang digunakan yaitu ceramah, tanya jawab, dan webinar. Pengabian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2020 bertempat di Kantor DPD Partan Nasdem Pakupatan Serang Banten. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman empat pilar kebangsaan yang berarti antara sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi. Peningkatan yang terjadi sebesar 35% dari rata-rata nilai 42% menjadi rata-rata 77%. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, dapat dilakukan tindak lanjut, sehingga empat pilar kebangsaan tersebut dapat terlaksana dengan baik

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru dan sertifikasi terhadap kinerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pertukaran pemimpin-anggota guru SMK swasta di Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian merupakan 20% dari populasi yang terdiri dari 17 sekolah dan 183 guru berdasarkan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian dalam kuesioner menggunakan dimensi dan indikator yang dikembangkan ahli. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan: (1) Terdapat hubungan langsung yang kuat antara kompetensi guru dan leader-member exchange; (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dan leader-member exchange; (3) Terdapat hubungan langsung yang signifikan antara kompetensi guru dengan kinerja guru; (4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru; (5) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara leader-member exchange terhadap kinerja guru; (6) Melalui leader-member exchange terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru; serta (7) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dengan kinerja guru ditinjau dari leader-member exchange. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi dan sertifikasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui leader-member exchange

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Faktor pendorong munculnya penambang emas Tanpa Izin (Gurandil), 2) Menganalisis sejauh mana dampak kerusakan dari pertambangan emas ilegal (PETI) pada lingkungan, 3) Menganalisis dampak sosial ekonomi penambangan emas tanpa ijin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnometologi. Penelitian dimbil pada bulan Juni 2021, lokasi yang diambil adalah lokasi pertambangan yang berada di Desa Citorek Kidul Kecamatan Cibeber Kabupaten Lebak. Informan peneliti meliputi Kepala Desa, 5 orang perangkat Desa, 25 Orang penambang ilegal, dan berbagai pihak yang relevan dan terkait dengan tema peneliti. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data di analisis menggunakan empat langkah penelitian kualitatif, meliputi pengumpulan data, rumusan masalah, penyaringan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitin menunjukan bahwa kegiatan penambangan emas tanpa ijin berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan yaitu pencemaran udara, penurunan kualitas sungai Cimari, konversi hutan, pendangkalan sungai munculnya lubang-lubang besar, abrasi tanah, hilangnya tanaman Rasamala dan Damar.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk a) dampak pandemic Covid-19 bagi driver ojek online di tengan persaingan dengan ojek online lainnya, b) motivasi driver ojek online. Metode yang diunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini dipilih secara random di Wilayah Kota Serang Banten. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2021 yang melibatkan 15 informan driver ojek online dari berbagai aplikasi ojek online. Proses pemilihan informan kunci dan informan lainnya menggelinding seperti bola salju (snowball) Agar validitas data meningkat, peneliti melakukan cek, recek dan crosscek serta memperlama waktu wawancara dengan informan. Metode penambilan data menggunakan pengamatan partisipatif, wawancara secara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan langkah penelitian kualitatif antara lain pengumpulan data, klasifikasi data sesuai dengan tema, penyaringan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan; a) Driver ojek online di Kota Serang, Banten merasakan dampak buruk dari pandemic Covid-19 ini dengan menurunnya pendapatannya; b) Penurunan pendapatan ojek di kota Serang pada masa pandemic Covid-19 ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa factor antara lain; jam kerja, bonus insentif, area hotspots, kebijakan pemerintah dan persaingan dengan ojek online dari perusahaan lain; c) motivasi kerja ojek online karena kebutuhan keluarga yang semakin tinggi.

Abstract

Human resources in a company greatly affect the performance of the company, this can be seen from the performance produced by employees in the company. Providing appropriate compensation for their work can spur employees' enthusiasm to work better from time to time. Work discipline greatly affects employee performance, this is because discipline is a form of training for employees in implementing company rules, the more disciplined employees are, the more disciplined employees will be. also high employee work productivity and performance at the company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bakrie Construction Bojonegara either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. With the total population used in this study were 34 employees of the engineering division. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique with a sample of 34 employees of the engineering division. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is an influence between compensation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bakrie Construction Bojonegara partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership of the Islamic boarding school principal and motivation on discipline and its implications for the performance of ustadz in Islamic boarding schools in the city of Serang. The research method used is descriptive, (descriptive method definition). This study prioritizes in-depth analysis of the data and facts found. This type of research is intended to raise facts, circumstances, variables, and phenomena that are happening now and present what they are. The population in this study were all teachers/ustadz or teaching staff in boarding school-based educational institutions in the city of Serang as many as 444 people. The samples used were 215 people. So the author made the decision to use a sampling technique, namely the analytical method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study are as follows. Hypothesis testing is carried out based on the results of testing the Inner Model (structural model) which includes r-square output, parameter coefficients and t-statistics. To see whether a hypothesis can be accepted or rejected, among others, by paying attention to the significance value between constructs, t-statistics, and p-values. The hypothesis testing of this research was carried out with the help of the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 software. These values ​​can be seen from the bootstrapping results. The rule of thumb used in this study is t-statistic > 1.96 with a significance level of p-value 0.05 (5%) and a positive beta coefficient. The value of this research hypothesis testing can be shown in the table and the results of this research model can be described as shown in the hypothesis testing carried out on all samples that have been obtained from the questionnaire

Abstract

This research is a systematic mapping in the topic of Customer Loyalty (CL) studies based on bibliometric analysis. The purpose of this study was to find out how the development of citations, publication trends, collaboration of authors, trends in title terms, trends in keyword terms in Customer Loyalty (CL) articles during the last ten years 2013-2022. Data collection using publish or perish (PoP) software in bibliographic search as the initial database on Google Schoolar and Scopus. The results showed that from 500 papers, the number of citations reached 38813 citations, with an average annual citation of 4312.56 citations, 77.63 citations per paper, and an average h-index of 113. The highest fifteen citations with authors from various countries collaborate, the top three are; P Martínez, IR Del Bosque (1059 citations) publisher Elsevier; J Kandampully, TC Zhang, A Bilgihan (664 citations) emerald publisher, and A Bilgihan (635 citations) emerald publisher. Of the top fifteen articles dominated by publisher elsevier, emerald, and springer. More deeply, the results of the VOSviewer analysis found that there were 39 items with 10 (ten) clusters related to the field of consumer loyalty. Cluster 1 (6 items) are Airline industry, Case study, Customer loyalty, Customer loyalty program, Customer relationship, and customer retention. Cluster 2 (4 items) consists of Corporate reputation, CSR, Customer trust, and Moderating role. Cluster 3 (3 items) includes Brand, Intention Moderating Effect, and Relationship quality. Cluster 4 (2 items) consists of Customer engagement and Customer experience. Cluster 5 (2 items) are Loyalty program and Relationship marketing. Cluster 7 (2 items) namely Empirical study and Reputation. Cluster 8 (2 items) namely Commitment and Customer value. Cluster 9 (2 items) namely Factor and Importance. It can be concluded that the study of the science of loyalty is connected with other additional factors that are taken into account. Therefore, it is very important for future studies to develop 10 (ten) clusters related to consumer loyalty to understand consumer behavior as the key to business success in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi dan perilaku kewarga-organisasian terhadap efektivitas tim kerja serta implikasinya pada produktivitas kerja karyawan industry petrokimia di Kota Cilegon. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif serta pendekatan survei. Penelitian ini populasi  berjumlah 1.500 karyawan, dan sampel sebanyak 160 karyawan dari berbagai perusahaan petrokimia di seluruh Kota Cilegon, diambil menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument yang dikembangkan peneliti serta berpedoman pada beberapa dimensi dan indikator yang relevan dengan penelitin terdahulu . Data yang didapat dianalisa mengguakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), dan menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0. Dari hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan: 1) Dengan R2 sebesar 0,285 dan t hitung sebesar 2,293 > 1,96, terdapat pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi terhadap efektivitas tim kerja. 2) Dengan R2 sebesar 0,597 dan t hitung 11,998 > 1,96, terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara perilaku kewarga-organisasian terhadap efektivitas tim kerja. 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan efektivitas komunikasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dengan R2 sebesar 0,080 dan t hitung sebesar 1,931 1,96, 4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang cukup besar antara perilaku kewarga-organisasian terhadap efektivitas tim kerja, dengan R2 sebesar 0,738 dan pada hitungan 8.990 > 1,96.5) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efektivitas tim kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan R2 sebesar 0,611 dan t hitung 3,611 > 1,96, 6) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara efektivitas komunikasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan variabel intervening efektivitas tim, didapatkan R2 sebesar 0,338 dan t hitung 3,888 > 1,96, dan 7) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan antara perilaku kewarga-organisasian terhadap produktivitas karyawan melalui efektivitas tim kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan R2 sebesar 0,754 dengan t hitung sebesar25.248  > 1,96.

Abstract

The work environment is everything that is around workers and is able to influence workers in doing work. The work environment is one of the main factors in an organizational ecosystem. Therefore, companies must create a comfortable working environment so that workers can work optimally. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact that occurs in the working environment on the performance and satisfaction of employees in the production department. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with an ethnomethodological approach. This approach seeks to understand the daily behavior of employees by conducting in-depth observations and interviews, where the subjects in this study are employees of the production department. Based on the research results obtained that the physical work environment in the production area with temperature parameters, light intensity is below the standard. A bad physical work environment has an impact on employee performance in the form of dehydration, fatigue, decreased focus, comfort, increased emotions, and reduced hearing and has an impact on company performance, productivity is not optimal, affects employee work effectiveness and increases costs. Meanwhile, the impact that arises as a result of a bad physical work environment on employee satisfaction is that work is not optimal, complaints and protests arise, and morale decreases
