Abstract

This study aims to build a hypothesis for further research, namely to formulate: a) impact from transformational leadership to employee engagement; b) impact from transformational leadership to employee performance; c) impact from empowerment to employee engagement; d) impact from empowerment to employee performance; e) impact from employee engagement to employee performance. The research method used is literature review by studying previous research which  examine the impact of transformational leadership, empowerment on employee engagement and performance. From this systematic literature review study, it is concluded that hypotheses can be formulated for further research are: a) H1: there is positive impact from transformational leadership to employee engagement; b) H2: there is positive impact from transformational leadership to employee performance; c) H3: there is positive impact from empowerment to employee engagement; d) H4: there is positive impact from empowerment to employee performance; e) H5: there is positive impact from employee engagement to employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence between variables and analyze the factors that cause personal aviation security performance. This research uses a literature review study to systematically review previous articles to see their correlation with current research. The results show that there is an influence between all independent variables on the dependent variable. This finding could be something new in qualitative research, aviation security performance can improve with competency appropriate to their field of work, work discipline while on duty, and self-efficacy at all levels, thereby creating good work achievements according to management's expectations. In human resource management research, there is no research framework like this article and the hypotheses in this research are very rarely found in previous research. Purpose – This research builds a theory of whether there is an influence between independent variables on the dependent variable. Design/methodology/approach – The method used is library research which analyzes previous articles as a literature review. Findings – There is a significant influence between variable X1 on Y, variable X2 on Y, and variable X3 on Y. Research limitations/implications – Many other factors influence performance, including remuneration, motivation, leadership style, and job satisfaction. Practical implications – The depth of this research reviews the performance of personal aviation security who are tasked with checking the luggage of passengers entering the airport area. Originality/value – Researchers have tried to look for the same research model but have not found it, there has never been previous research that discusses the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.

Abstract

  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan serta adopsi teknologi terhadap produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan. Di era digital, adopsi teknologi telah menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional perusahaan, terutama ketika dikombinasikan dengan pelatihan yang relevan dan terstruktur. Melalui metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis jalur berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS), penelitian ini menguji hipotesis mengenai hubungan positif antara pelatihan, adopsi teknologi, produktivitas, dan kinerja karyawan di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan. Adopsi teknologi juga memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap produktivitas dan kinerja, yang dimediasi oleh peningkatan produktivitas. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa investasi dalam pelatihan serta teknologi digital merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan performa karyawan dalam menghadapi perubahan cepat di dunia kerja. Namun, temuan menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas tidak memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja secara signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan memberikan dampak langsung terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Lazada menerapkan konsep Business to Consumer (B2C), di mana mereka langsung menjual produk kepada pelanggan. Seiring waktu, model bisnisnya berkembang menjadi Customer to Customer (C2C), memungkinkan pihak ketiga untuk menjual produk mereka di platform ini. Dalam konteks persaingan E-Commerce yang semakin ketat di Indonesia, Lazada telah menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam hal penurunan jumlah pengunjung sehingga terjadi penurunya loyalitas pelanggan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik dan promosi penjualan online terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan di platform Lazada. metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 114 responden masyarakat kota bekasi utara diolah menggunakan Smart PLS 0.4. hasil dari penelitian ini dimana  H1:Promosi penjualan online (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y1), H2: kualitas pelayanan Elektronik (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y1), H3: promosi penjualan online (X1) tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan (Y2), H4: kualitas pelayanan elektronik (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y2), H5: kepuasan pelanggan (Y1)  tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifika terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan (Y2), H6: Promosi Penjualan Online (X1) Tidak  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y2) melalui kepuasan pelanggan (Y1)sebagai variabel mediasi, H7: kualitas pelayanan elektronik(X2) tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y2)melalui kepuasan pelanggan (Y1) sebagai variabel mediasi.
