Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the influence of asset and debt management on firm value in the technology sub-sector on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2020. In this study, in general, explaining the total assets and total debt of several companies turned out to be fluctuating which could harm the company. This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis tools with panel data. results Based on data that has been managed using the eviews 8 application. Total assets partially affect firm value, total debt partially has no effect on firm value, total assets and total debt have a simultaneous effect on firm value. Keywords: asset management, debt policy, and firm value. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengelolaan aktiva dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sub sektor teknologi di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Dalam penelitian ini secara umum menjelaskan Total aktiva dan total hutang dari beberapa perusahaan ternyata mengalami fluktuasi dimana dapat merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda dengan data panel, melakukan pengelolaan data dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang berjumlah 7 perusahaan papan utama yang menjadi sampel peneliti. Total aktiva secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, total utang secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, total aktiva dan total utang berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: pengelolaan aktiva, kebijakan hutang, dan nilai perusahaan

Abstract

Terjadinya global warming disebabkan oleh banyaknya sampah plastik karena sampah plastik sulit untuk terurai dari hari kehari penggunaan plastik semakin meningkat. Semakin meningkat jumlah sampah membuat masyarakat mulai sadar bahwa produk-produk yang mereka gunakan dapat menambah jumlah sampah. Beberapa konsumen mulai selektif dalam membeli produk. Perusahaan yang menerapkan isu peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup dalam aktivitas produksinya menimbulkan fonomena baru dalam dunia pemasaran berupa strategi pemasaran ramah lingkungan (green marketing). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green marketing terhadap minat beli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, karena instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk ecobag di Indomaret. Sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa : green marketing secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai diatas 0,492 artinya sebesar 49,2% green marketing dapat menjelaskan pengaruhnya tentang minat beli ecobag, sedangkan 50,8% lainnya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik Kinerja Keuangan Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa berdasarkan Rasio Efektivitas dan Rasio Pertumbuhan pada Kantor Desa Jati Mulyo Tanjung Jabung Timur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif karena data yang dikumpulkan dalam bentuk angka-angka dari laporan keuangan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) pada Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa dari tahun 2017-2021. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Teknik dokumen dan studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Teknik dokumen dengan cara mengcopy file laporan keuangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDesa) tahun 2017-2021 dan profil kantor Desa Jati Mulyo. Sedangkan studi kepustakaan dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data dari sumber pustaka, serta melakukan penelusuran terhadap dokumen-dokumen yang mendukung penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan rumus rasio efektivitas dan rasio pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Desa Jati Mulyo Tanjung Jabung Timur sudah baik dalam mengelola keuangan Alokasi Dana Desa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan Rasio Efektivitas dikategorikan sudah Efektif, karena rata-rata efektivitasnya diatas 90% yaitu 93%. Sedangkan Rasio Pertumbuhan tumbuh secara secara negative. Rata-rata Rasio Pertumbuhan Pendapatan dan Belanja Alokasi Dana Desa sebesar <50%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memilki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap minat beli Green Product pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif sampel yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa FEBI angkatan 2018, 2019, dan 2020 sebanyak 100 mahasiswa sebagai sampel. untuk memperoleh data peneliti melakukan penyebaran kuisioner skala likert kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya Green Marketing memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap minat beli Green Product untuk kemajuan teknologi juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli Green Product dan juga memiliki pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap variabel minat beli Green Product yang berdasarkan dari hasil uji F, untuk besar pengaruh dari variabel Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap variabel minat beli Green Product berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 38,4% dan 61,6% lainya dipengaruhi variabel yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Abstract

This research is based on the movement of Return on Assets (ROA) at PT BTPN Syariah Tbk. which experienced a variable movement between 2018 and 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ratios of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO) which are independent variables in this study. Return on Assets (ROA) which is the dependent variable at PT BTPN Syariah Tbk. The research method used is a quantitative technique using a purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is basic data using the documentary data collection method resulting from the use of quarterly financial report data published on the official website of PT BTPN Syariah Tbk. The results of this study indicate that CAR, NPF, simultaneously have no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while BOPO has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), with a significance of 0.164 < ? 0.05 and a calculated t value of -1.458 which shows a negative direction, then NPF has a significance value of 0.681 > ? 0.05 and a calculated t value of -0.419 which indicates a negative direction and BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA with a significance value of 0.000 BOPO < ? 0.05 and a calculated t value of -0.544 indicates a negative direction. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, it shows that as much as 67% of the variation in ROA which can be explained by variations of the three independent or independent variables, namely CAR, NPF and BOPO simultaneously, 33% is explained by other causes outside the model which are the contributions of other independent variables outside three variables.

Abstract

In managing family management, the one who acts as the manager is usually the housewife. To be able to manage family finances professionally. Research with the title: "Family Economic Management After the Increase in Prices of Basic Materials (Case Study of Housewives in Betung Bedarah Timur Village, Tebo Ilir District). This research uses qualitative research methods. The types and sources of data needed are primary data and secondary data. With 9 informants who were interviewed, namely housewives. The research results show that housewives' understanding of family economic management is very simple. The absence of a housewife regulates the family economy after the increase in prices of basic commodities. There are no income posts and expenditure posts, and expenses often exceed income. There is no influence of internalization on family financial management. And the impact of rising prices of basic commodities has a big impact on housewives' purchasing power.

Abstract

In general, men fulfill the family's needs, but because the husband's income is limited, the wife plays a role in helping to improve the family's economy by trading vegetables from market to market. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the role of housewives who sell vegetables in improving the family economy at Mayang Mangurai Market, what is the Islamic economic view of the role of wives in improving the family economy at Mayang Mangurai Market. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data was taken from in-depth interviews and observations. The research results show that housewives' understanding of family economic management is very simple. Women's involvement in family economic activities is to help their husbands in meeting family needs. Women at work certainly have an impact on the order of life. Then the Position of Women in Supporting the Family. Islam does not burden women to earn a living. There are also Islamic and state policies in providing protection for working women.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the procedure for depositing waqf and knowing the management strategy of cash waqf funds at the Baitul Ma'mur Grand Mosque, Pematang Kandis Village, Bangko District, Merangin Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with observation, interview, and documentation collection techniques, using data analysis techniques in the form of reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of the data is carried out by triangulation. The results showed that 1) The procedure for receiving Waqf at the Baitul Ma'mur Grand Mosque, Pematang Kandis Village, Bangko District, Merangin Regency through buying and selling transactions based on the Qur'an, namely buying and selling between Allah and His servants based on or the basis used in buying and selling at the Baitul Ma'mur Great Mosque is Ali Imron verse 92 and At-Taubah verse 111, the sale made is the type described in the Qur'an as buying and selling between the servants of Allah and Allah which is generally categorized in the form of worship rather than muamalah. 2) Cash Waqf Fund Management Strategy at Baitul Ma'mur Great Mosque Pematang Kandis Village, Bangko District, Merangin Regency with the way of wakif relinquishing ownership of the property that was originally owned, to be used for the benefit of the people/mauquf 'alaih. With the release of the ownership, the waqf property becomes "belongs to Allah". To maintain the continuity of the benefits of the waqf property, the management of the waqf property is entrusted to the Wali/Nadzir with a cash waqf period, namely waqf muabbad or waqf forever, which from its use for the construction of the Great Baitul Ma'mur mosque, the funds have been allocated and realized in the physical form of the Baitul Ma'mur Grand Mosque building.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of demographic factors consisting of a person's income level, education level and age on the financial literacy level of MSME actors in Sarolangun district. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, and the data analysis method used is the coefficient of determination test. The sample in this study was ninety-five respondents by distributing a Likert scale questionnaire. The research results show that 51.6% of respondents fall into the high level of financial literacy category, and 48.4% of respondents fall into the moderate financial literacy category. There is a positive and significant influence between income level (X1) on financial literacy (Y). This is proven by the t value of 2,543 t table > 1.986 and the Sig value of 0.013 < 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Education level (X2) shows that it has a positive and significant influence on financial literacy (Y). This is proven by the calculated t value of 8.932 t table > 1.986 and the Sig value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Age (X3) shows that it has a positive and significant influence on financial literacy (Y). Proven by the calculated t value of 2.216 t table > 1.986 and the Sig value of 0.029 < 0.05 which means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Income level, education and age simultaneously influence financial literacy. It is known that the significance value of X1, so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The influence of these three variables is 62% and the remaining 28% is influenced by other variables outside this research.
