Abstract

Limbah industri tahu merupakan masalah yang menjadi agenda di Margoagung, Seyegan, Sleman. Daerah ini merupakan sentra industri tahu di DIY. Melalui program Pengabdian Masyarakat (Abdimas) yang berkelanjutan sejak 2020 hingga sekarang Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa (UST) memberikan edukasi lewat Kuliah Kerja Nyata dua tahun berturut-turut (2020-2021) dilanjutkan dengan penelitian dosen yang didanai Bappeda Sleman berhasil membentuk Rumah Maggot Barepan Bangkit (RMBB). Hal ini dilanjutkan dengan membentuk Kelompok Kampung Bangkit dengan program Program Insentif Pengabdian Masyarakat Terintegrasi dengan MBKM Berbasis IKU bagi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta tahun 2022 kerja sama Direktorat Riset, Teknologi, dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Kemdikbudristek, Fakultas Pertanian, Fakultas Teknik Industri, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan UST. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah peningkatan kapasitas RMBB menjadi sentra pengolahan limbah tahu mandiri berbasis masyarakat, dengan mengajarkan dan pendampingan dalam pengolahan maggot menjadi pellet apung, pengolahan dan pengemasan kasgot menjadi pupuk dan media tanam, serta literasi numerasi bagi anak-anak dengan tujuan mencintai lingkungan dengan olah limbah mandiri. Pengabdian ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahap. Tahap pertama adalah sosialisasi tentang pemasaran digital dan kebun bergizi pada 16 Desember 2022 yang diikuti oleh warga RMBB dan anak-anak.Tahap kedua adalah workshop pengolahan maggot menjadi pellet dan pengolahan kasgot menjadi pupuk serta media tanam.Tahap ketiga adalah field trip ke Ombak Karangawang untuk belajar langsung Teknik pengolahan maggot menjadi pellet. Hasil akhirnya adalah dihasilkan produk yang bernilai jual, antara lain pupuk, maggot kering, dan pellet, serta kebun bergizi sebagai wahana literasi dan numerasi untuk meningkatan pengetahuan pengelolaan kebun bergizi sebagai sarana ketahanan pangan tingkat desa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of social media specialists in vasectomy campaigns through the Instagram account @kemendukbanggabkkbnjatim. The low participation of men in the Family Planning program due to stigma and limited health literacy underlines the need for an effective digital communication strategy. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected through campaign posts and in-depth interviews with the social media specialist at BKKBN East Java. The results show that the social media specialist plays a role in the pre-production stage (message design and audience analysis), the implementation stage (production and distribution of educational content based on positive narratives), and the evaluation stage (insight analysis for strategic decision-making). The findings of this study emphasize that the success of digital health campaigns is determined not only by metrics such as engagement and reach, but also by the ability of communication actors to perform their roles strategically, creatively, and reflectively, thereby contributing to the development of digital health communication studies based on professional roles.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how sentiment on tempo.co Instagram after the announcement of the winner of the presidential election by the General Election Committee (KPU). Presidential and Vice-Presidential elections are one of the important moments in the political life of a country. Data was collected from Instagram posts on tempo.co from March to April 2024. This research uses a sentiment classification method using Support Vector Machines (SVM) and classifies into three categories, namely: positive, neutral and negative. The analysis was conducted by describing the phrases that appeared specifically related to the couple. The results showed that comments on the @tempodotco Instagram account related to the news about Prabowo-Gibran, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD, Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, neutral sentiments tend to be higher than positive and negative sentiments.  This suggests that the dominance of neutral sentiments in social media comments reflects the complex dynamics of digital interaction, where audiences collectively choose a moderate tone to avoid conflict. Comments that are positive or negative often come from a particular camp of supporters, while neutral comments reflect the voices of audiences trying to take a moderate position. Neutral audiences are often the silent majority who do not engage in violent discussions but still play a role in shaping opinions collectively.
