Abstract

 The rapid development of technology and the high needs of society demand a better curriculum reorientation. The independent curriculum is the answer to human needs in the world of education. The implementation of the independent curriculum in early 2022 has a positive impact on the development of the world of education because it answers the community's need for high-quality education. However, in its implementation, the independent curriculum needs acceleration in its implementation, currently, only the driving school facilitators are the spearhead of the independent curriculum socialization activities. With this, the school still feels confused about implementing the independent curriculum. The purpose of this activity program is to provide training and mentoring for teachers who are required to implement an independent curriculum in order to improve the quality of education in elementary schools. The method used in this Community Service is through a workshop, lecture, question and answer approach, and mentoring in implementing the independent curriculum, with the mentoring process expected to provide opportunities for teachers according to the training theme. This community service activity can provide direct benefits to partners in improving understanding and skills related to independent curriculum implementation activities, indicators of the success of community service activities are marked by the enthusiasm of the teachers in participating in training activities.

Abstract

Ecotourism development through increasing the ability of outbound facilitators is to provide education in improving welfare around ecotourism areas, increasing community productivity in order to form independent villages, and increasing village original income (PAD) through the ecotourism sector. Community Service Activities (PKM) are carried out using an outdoor activity approach, including: (1) Lecture Method, (2) Question and Answer Method, (3) Field Introduction, (4) Field practice and mentoring, and (5) Reflection. The results of Ecotourism Development Through Improving the Capability of Outbound Facilitators in Cihaur Village, Maja District, Majalengka Regency, namely: (1) The insight, knowledge, experience and motivation of outbound facilitators at tourist attractions in developing ecotourism in Cihaur village is increasing. (2) Provide a significant impact on welfare around ecotourism areas, increase community productivity in forming independent villages, and increase village original income (PAD) through the Cihaur Village Pine Forest ecotourism sector

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh latar belakang motivasi belajar yang rendah bisa memengaruhi kesiapan belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa dan menjelaskan korelasi antara motivasi belajar dan kesiapan belajar siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Sindangpanji III pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri Sindangpanji III yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen non-tes seperti observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Validitas instrumen diuji menggunakan metode Expert Judgment, sementara reliabilitasnya diuji menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan kesiapan belajar siswa. Uji korelasi determinasi regresi juga digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kesiapan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, yakni sebesar 25,3%. Korelasi antara motivasi belajar dan kesiapan belajar siswa sebesar 0,503 dengan rtabel sebesar 0,361. Karena terhitung > rtabel, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi belajar dan kesiapan belajar siswa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and describe the differences in the ability to throw, catch and hit the ball in the basic techniques of playing rounders as manipulative movement abilities before and after learning rhythmic gymnastics. This research includes quantitative research with a pre-experimental approach, with a one group pre-test post-test design. The subjects of this research were 29 class IV students at SD Negri 1 Ranbatan, Ciniru, Kuningan. In carrying out the research, it started by giving a test in the form of test items in the pretest, then providing treatment by applying rhythmic gymnastics learning in 5 meetings, then ending by giving the test items again at the posttest. Based on the results of data analysis, the average throwing test score increased from 19 to 32, then the average catching score increased from 10 to 14 and the average hitting score increased from 21 to 27 so it can be concluded: (1) there are differences in throwing and catching abilities. and hitting the ball in the game of rounders before learning rhythmic gymnastics with the ability to throw, catch and hit the ball in the game of rounders after learning rhythmic gymnastics. (2) there is an increase in basic manipulative movement abilities in the game of rounders by using rhythmic gymnastics learning.

Abstract

Permasalahan sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat, khususnya di kabupaten majalengka berdasarkan pemaparan Kapolres Majalengka, Ajun Komisaris Besar Edwin Affandi dalam konfrensi pers yang dipublikasi oleh Pikiran Rakyat menunjukan angka kriminalitas di kabupaten majalengka pada tahun 2022 meningkat 58 persen dibanding tahun 2021, itu dari 282 kasus menjadi 444 kasus. Angka tersebut didominasi oleh kasus pencurian disertai kekerasan. untuk meningkatkan peran karang taruna berdasarkan pasal 4 permensos 25 tahun 2019 yaitu mewujudkan kesadaran tanggung jawab sosial setiap generasi muda dalam mengantisipasi, mencegah, dan menangkal berbagai permasalahan sosial khususnya dikalangan generasi muda. Metode yang dilakukan pengusul yaitu menggunakan Teknik pembinaan kelompok, kegiatan pembinaan berfokus pada berkembangnya keterampilan kepemimpinan atau sosial atau mengembangkan karakter seseorang. Karang taruna sebagai mitra perannya sebagai peserta kegiatan. Kemudian peran pengusul menjadi narasumber dalam kegiatan pembinaan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan 2 kali pertemuan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan hal yang positif, dilihat dari antuasisme anggota karang taruna dibersamai oleh pemerintah desa mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik, proses analisis permasalahan sosial dan perumusan solusi untuk permasalahannya didiskusikan dengan baik melalui proses yang matang.
