Abstract

Based on a preliminary survey conducted by researchers of 100 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi using a questionnaire distributed online via Google Form, it was found that 78 students agreed that paylater affects consumptive behavior. And the results of a research study conducted by researchers also show that 97 students use Shopee PayLater with the slogan "pay later with payments in 3-6 months". This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to Jambi University FEB students online via the Google form. A sample of 100 people using the slovin formula was taken by random sampling method with non-probability sampling. The data analysis used was a simple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS version 29. The results of this study indicate that the variable use of the Shopee PayLater pay later payment system has a significant effect on the consumption behavior of Jambi University FEB students. From a sharia business perspective, the paylater system is actually a paylater system using a qardh contract or payment note, where no interest and only rational administration are legally permitted.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Islamic Branding, personal selling, dan kualitas produk terhadap pembelian produk rabbani di Kota Jambi. Metode yang di gunakan penulis dalam penelitan ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskritif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen produk rabbani di kota jambi,Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen rabbani di kota jambi, penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin, penelitian ini juga menggunakan data primer, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rumus, diperoleh jumlah 243,348084 dibulatkan menjadi 243 dikarenakan untuk mempermudah perhitungan dan mendapatkan data yang lebih akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan setiap unsur (anggota) populasi dasar dengan kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel. Dalam hal ini digunakan teknik simple random sampling, yaitu mengambil anggota sampel secara acak dari populasi, tanpa memperhatikan strata populasi yang ada. Data yang di peroleh peneliti kemudian diolah menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian, terdapat pengaruh antara Islamic Branding, Personal Selling dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Rabbani. Kata Kunci: Islamic Branding, Personal Selling, Kualitas Produk, dan Keputusan Pembelian Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic branding, personal selling, and product quality on the purchase of rabbani products in Jambi City. The method used by the author in this research is a quantitative approach, and uses a type of descriptive research. The location of this research was conducted on consumers of rabbani products in the city of Jambi. The population of this study were all consumers of rabbani in the city of Jambi. The research used the slovin formula. simplify calculations and get more accurate data. This study uses a probability sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that provides each element (member) of the basic population with the same opportunity to be selected as a member of the sample. In this case, a simple random sampling technique was used, namely taking random sample members from the population, regardless of the existing population strata. The data obtained by the researcher was then processed using the SPSS application tool. Based on the results of the study, there is an influence between Islamic Branding, Personal Selling and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of Rabbani Products. Abstract

The definition of Social Sciences (IPS) in Indonesia refers to the integrative study of human life in various dimensions of space and time and its activities. In the education sector, social studies refers to knowledge about the relationship between humans and their social environment. Character education, on the other hand, refers to a system of instilling character values ​​that includes the components of knowledge, awareness, and action to apply these values ​​in various contexts. The importance of character education in developing responsible, caring and empathetic individuals is emphasized in the culture and social environment concerned. The importance of integrated social studies includes several in-depth aspects, including a holistic understanding of the relationship between social science disciplines, development of critical and analytical thinking skills, development of social and emotional skills, and a broader understanding of human values, justice and democracy. Through various learning methods such as introduction to material, project-based learning, group discussions, case studies, simulations, and field visits, students can get to know integrated social studies well. After studying integrated social studies, students can show improvements in characteristics such as courtesy and responsibility. Through integrated social studies learning, students learn to respect cultural differences and be tolerant towards other people.

Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas tentang strategi pengembangan usaha batik dan kain songket di Toko Cik Mia Songket Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami alternative strategi pengembangan usaha batik dan songket Cik Mia, kemudian juga untuk mengetahui kendala perkembangan usaha batik dan songket Cik Mia. Adapun metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah metode peelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Objek dalam penelitian adalah toko batik dan songket cik mia. Ada beberapa tekin pengumpulan data yang digunakandalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data-data yang sudah dikumpulkan kemdian dianalisi dengan beberapa teknik yaitu reduksi data, penyajian, kemudian verifikasi data. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya ada banyal strategi yang telah dilakukan oleh cik Mia untuk mengembangkan usaha batik dan kain songket cik mia salah satunya yaitu dengan rajin mempromosikan jualan baikitu melalui media social, serta sering mengikuti beberapa even. Diketahui bahwasanya even-even yang telah diikuti sudah sampai ke mancanegara. Kemudian aktif dalam kegiatan pengembangan UMKM bersama bank 9 Jambi. Untuk kendalanya didapati bahwasanya ada beberapa kendla pada pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia khususnya dalam pengelolaan tenun. Ci mia masih kewalaan untuk memproduksi kain tenun dalam skala besar karena sumber daya manusia yang bisa menenun hanya seidikit.

Abstract

This research aimed at finding out the effect of Pop-Up Book learning media toward student learning motivation in Social Science learning at Islamic Junior High School of Al-Muttaqin Pekanbaru. This research was instigated with the low of student learning motivation such as students who were less enthusiastic in learning and the lack of learning encouragement. Quantitative approach was used in this research with quasi-experiment method. 255 the seventh-grade students were the population of this research. Purposive sampling was used in this research. The samples used in this research were 68 students. The techniques of collecting data were observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The techniques of analyzing data were quantitative descriptive test, normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test, effect size test, and N-gain score test. Based on the research findings and data analyses, Pop-Up Book learning media could affect student learning motivation. It could be proven with the calculation results that the score of fobserved 4.335 was higher than tobe 1.668, and the score of significance 0.000 was lower than 0.05, so He was accepted, and Ho was rejected. The percentage of the effect of Pop-Up Book learning media toward student learning motivation from effect size calculation was 0.53 (0.53%) with moderate effect category.
