Abstract

The effectiveness of an inclusive learning approach in general education is the extent to which it succeeds in creating a fair and equitable learning environment for all students, regardless of their different abilities, backgrounds or special needs. Inclusive learning seeks to ensure that every student can actively participate and gain maximum benefit from the educational process. It involves adapting the curriculum, teaching methods and assessment to accommodate the different needs of students, including those with disabilities, cultural differences or socio-economic challenges. The effectiveness of this approach is measured through indicators such as increased student access and participation, better academic achievement and positive social-emotional development. Effective inclusive learning approaches not only improve individual student success but also create a more tolerant, supportive and diverse school environment. The review in this study used the literature method. The results show that this approach not only benefits students with special needs, but also positively impacts all students through improved academic and social skills. By using methods such as Universal Design for Learning (UDL), the inclusive approach creates a learning environment that is more responsive to individual differences. In addition, teacher involvement, adequate facilities, and parent and community participation play an important role in the successful implementation of inclusive learning. This study concludes that the integration of inclusive learning in the general education system is an important step towards a more equitable and comprehensive education.

Abstract

This study analyses strategies for optimising the readiness of educators and learners to utilise responsible artificial intelligence (AI) in the learning environment through a literature review, focusing on mitigating the risk of plagiarism, strengthening academic integrity, and improving data literacy capacity. Findings from two main discussions show that an integrated approach—covering strict institutional policies such as AI codes of honour, authentic task design, advanced plagiarism detection technology, and data literacy frameworks such as the AILit Framework and H-AI-H model—effectively reduces plagiarism incidents by up to 40% while building students' cognitive resilience through personalised ethical learning and interdisciplinary training. This study recommends a layered national Responsible AI Use Framework for Indonesia, including mass teacher training, standardised anti-plagiarism guidelines, and a mandatory data literacy curriculum, to realise an inclusive education ecosystem in line with the Merdeka Curriculum and the 2045 golden generation vision.

Abstract

This study examines branding and digital marketing strategies as effective solutions for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in bridging the market gap between urban and rural areas. Through a literature review, it was found that strengthening brand identity based on local wisdom, authentic storytelling and attractive visual packaging can enhance the competitiveness of rural MSME products in competitive urban markets. These branding strategies create unique differentiation through a unique selling proposition (USP) rooted in local cultural values and natural resources, building consumer trust and long-term loyalty. Meanwhile, digital marketing via social media (Instagram, TikTok), marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia), and simple data analytics enables MSMEs to overcome physical infrastructure limitations by gaining real-time access to the national market. The integration of local-modern content strategies, collaboration with local influencers, and the optimisation of digital payment methods such as QRIS have been shown to increase turnover by up to 300% for businesses in remote areas. The synergy between strong branding and digital distribution creates an inclusive ecosystem that empowers the rural economy. Research findings confirm that holistic digital transformation—supported by digital literacy, internet infrastructure, and stakeholder collaboration—not only reduces regional disparities but also contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through economic equality and the preservation of local culture. Recommendations include mass training programmes, subsidies for rural digital access, and certification of local products to accelerate the national adoption of these strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the impact of digitalisation on Indonesia’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) post-2025 in the context of the transformation of the national economic structure. It employs a literature review using a qualitative-descriptive approach. The results indicate that digitalisation has become a key determinant of GDP growth, with the contribution of the digital economy rising from 7.7 per cent in the 2010–2014 period to 8.4 per cent in 2024, and projected to reach 9–10 per cent by 2026 and 15.5–19.6 per cent by 2045. This impact operates through three macroeconomic channels: an increase in total factor productivity on the production side; accelerated household consumption and investment in digital infrastructure on the expenditure side; and the diversification of digital service exports, which strengthens the resilience of the current account. However, the optimisation of the benefits of digitalisation remains hampered by regional infrastructure disparities, the risk of labour market disruption due to automation, and the concentration of market power in dominant platforms. In conclusion, digitalisation has fundamentally transformed Indonesia’s economic structure from a natural resource-based economy to a knowledge and technology-based economy, thereby requiring comprehensive policies that integrate the acceleration of broadband infrastructure, large-scale workforce reskilling programmes, and the strengthening of competition regulations to ensure inclusive and sustainable growth.
