Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan deskripsi mengenai strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT. PELNI Cabang Surabaya dalam membangun brand awareness melalui event  ”Tour Let’s Go To”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Dalam melakukan teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi pada saat event dan data-data lain (dokumentasi, data dari PT. PELNI Cabang Surabaya). Peneliti menemukan bahwa PT. PELNI Cabang Surabaya telah melakukan delapan tahapan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif, yakni mengidentifikasi audiens sasaran, menentukan tujuan komunikasi, merancang pesan, memilih saluran komunikasi, menentukan total anggaran komunikasi, menetapkan bauran promosi, mengukur hasil promosi, serta mengelola dan mengkoordinasikan proses komunikasi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa divisi Pemasaran dan Penjualan Jasa PT. PELNI Cabang Surabaya melakukan riset secara terstruktur dalam mengukur hasil promosi. Selain itu, evaluasi event juga dilakukan secara formal setelah pelaksanaan program wisata bahari. Dalam hal ini, evaluasi menjadi poin penting bagi divisi Pemasaran dan Penjualan Jasa PT. PELNI Cabang Surabaya untuk dijadikan acuan bagi perbaikan event ”Tour Let’s Go To” yang akan dilaksanakan di tujuan wisata berikutnya.

Abstract

PT. Aerofood ACS Surabaya memiliki berbagai dimensi yang satu dengan lainnya saling berkaitan dan menentukan, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu koordinasi tim yang efektif dan efisiendari jenjang jabatan yang paling atas sampai jenjang yang paling bawah. Keterkaitan standart kerja pegawai (tetap), standart kerja pegawai (Outsoucing), tempat kerja, sarana prasarana, dan ketersediaan bahan merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi komplain karyawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh standart kerja pegawai (tetap), standart kerja pegawai (Outsoucing), tempat kerja, sarana prasarana, dan ketersediaan bahan terhadap komplain karyawan PT. Aerofood ACS Surabaya. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data maka diperoleh, hipotesis yang menduga bahwa variabel bebas berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap variabel terikat dapat terbukti kebenarannya. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari nilai thitung masing-masing variabel > nilai ttabel = 2,009. Secara simultan variabel bebas berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap variabel terikat dapat dibuktikan kebenarannya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai F hitung = 5,462 > F tabel.= 2,400. Hasil uji hipotesis selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa pada dasarnya Standart kerja (pegawai outsourcing) yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi komplain karyawan PT. Aerofood ACS Surabaya dari pada variabel lain. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan, dimana nilai thitung variabel Standart kerja (pegawai outsourcing) > nilai thitung variabel lainnya. 4,128 > 2,047; 2.678; 2,367; 2,627. Kata kunci : Kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi, komunikasi, pengalaman kerja, regresi linier berganda

Abstract

Change management is a structured approach that is used to help employees individually and in teams in transition to new and better conditions. Likewise with the application of flexible management, which is adaptive to drastic changes in socio-economic conditions that directly affect the management of the company. For this reason, human resources transformation is a critical step to be implemented immediately to secure the company in times of crisis due to the Pandemic. Quantitative research that takes a sampling of employees of the food company PT. Aerofood Indonesia examines the process of human resources transformation through a change approach and flexibility. Through cluster analysis, employees can be grouped into five characteristics which at the same time describe the condition of human resources transformation. The clustering analysis that tested the correlation through chi square analysis obtained a probability value of less than five percent, thereby proving that the change management and management flexibility implemented by the company during the Pandemic had a correlation with human transformation in all groups who had the same perspective on changes and flexibility of company management.

Abstract

Outsourced employees as workers do not have competency guarantees, so that various unfavorable conditions may affect work behavior. The strategy of spirituality absorbed in work behavior is seen as effective in supporting the company's vision. The purpose of this research is to analyze the spirituality strategy that is integrated as a strategy to improve the quality of work of life of outsourced employees. This research method used a survey method with a total sample of 124 outsourced employees at PT Aerofood Aerowisata Catering Service (ACS). Data were collected through questionnaires and a Likert scale, and data were analyzed using non-parametric bivariate statistics. The results of Kendall's tau_b correlation obtained a coefficient value of 0.812 at p = 0.000 (p <0.05) proving that there is a positive correlation between the implementation of the company's spiritual strategy and the quality of employee work life; and the Spearman rho test obtained a value of rxy = 0.846 at p = 0.000 (p <0.05) proving the existence of a company's spiritual integrity with the quality of employee work life. The existence of integrity between spirituality and quality of work of life reaches 71.6%, which means that the two variables have a relatively high close relationship.

Abstract

Organizational culture is something that needs to be considered by assigning employees according to their workload and responsibilities. Employee treatment is equivalent to respect for employees where lack of appreciation will reduce employee job satisfaction. The problem is that job satisfaction and performance of employees of Tandes Subdistrict, Surabaya City are closely related to the livelihood of employees. The approach used in this study is a type of quantitative research, namely in data collection, research using quantitative methods where research is based on the philosophy of positivism. the size of the sample is determined as a whole from the total population so that the size of the sample in this study is 37 ASN employees (100%) in Tandes District, Surabaya City. In this study used multiple linear regression analysis model (Multiple Linear RegressionAnalysis). In accordance with the results of this study, it can be concluded several things including: The factors of organizational culture and organizational climate have a real influence simultaneously (together) on employee job satisfaction of Tandes Subdistrict, Surabaya City (Y), The factors of organizational culture and organizational climate have a real influence partially (individually) on employee job satisfaction of Tandes Subdistrict, Surabaya City (Y), Among the factors of organizational culture and organizational climate, it turns out that organizational climate has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction of Tandes Subdistrict, Surabaya City (Y), with a partial influence of 63.8%. Constructive input suggestions, which we can contribute to the progress of the agency, namely in accordance with the wishes of the central government, in this case the President of the Republic of Indonesia, so that the government provides convenience in community services and investors, so that Indonesia's economic growth accelerates amid the onslaught of the pandemic and the war crisis in Europe, it is necessary to strive for increasingly high-quality and high-performance community services.

Abstract

Online learning is an alternative for the world of education during a pandemic. Changes in the learning process require a set of behaviors to support learning achievement so that learning achievement does not decline. Online learning self- efficacy and self-esteem can help students improve learning success during the pandemic. This study examines the effect of online learning self-efficacy and self-esteem on academic achievement of STIE YAPAN Surabaya students using quantitative methods. The data of this study consisted of 87 respondents who were active students of the undergraduate program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that online learning self-efficacy and self-esteem have a positive and significant effect on academic achievement of STIE YAPAN Surabaya students, either partially or simultaneously. The respondents' online learning self-efficacy and self- esteem contributed 37.2% to the academic achievement of STIE YAPAN Surabaya students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the direct influence of optimizing innovative learning strategies on employee development and to test whether the organizational environment mediates optimizing innovative learning strategies on employee development in manufacturing companies in Central Java. The total population of manufacturing company employees in Central Java in 2022 is approximately 43,975,786. Using the Slovin's formula, a sample of 348 employees is obtained with a confidence level of 5%. Stratified random sampling techniques are applied to select employee samples, ensuring a good representation of various manufacturing companies in Central Java. To analyze the data and test research hypotheses, the Multiple Linear Regression method with the assistance of SPSS software will be utilized. The results of this research are that innovative learning strategies have a significant effect on employee development and the organizational environment has a significant effect on employee development.
