Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala desa dan pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan bidang layanan sipil di Desa Laban Kecamatan Menganti Kabupaten Gresik. Permasalahannya bahwa kepemimpinan kepala desa maupun kualitas pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan bidang layanan sipil di Desa Laban terlihat masih kurang efektif. Unit analisisnya adalah keseluruhan unsur yang terkait, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan bidang layanan sipil di Desa Laban. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan teknik angket dengan skala Likert 1-5. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 174 orang dansampel diambil sebanyak 64 orang. Analisis datanya dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi.             Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Desa terhadap Pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan bidang layanan sipil di Desa Laban Kecamatan Menganti cukup kuat dan signifikan. Berdasarkan uji F, diperoleh F hitung (19,046) > F tabel (7,08) > (4.00), maka jelas bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa koefisien itu berarti (r ≠ 0). Atau dengan kata lain, variabel kepemimpinan kepala desa dapat meningkatkan variabel pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan bidang layanan sipil di Desa Laban Kecamatan Menganti. Selain itu terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,485 antara kepemimpinan kepala desa dengan pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan bidang layanan sipil tersebut. Selanjutnya koefisien determinasinya sebesar 0,235. Hal ini menunjukkan 23,5% keragaman variabel pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan bidang layanan sipil di Desa Laban disebabkan oleh perbedaan variansi variabel kepemipinan kepala desa, sedangkan selebihnya 76,5% disebabkan oleh faktor lain, tetapi tidak diteliti. Faktor-faktor lain dimaksud seperti disiplin kerja aparat desa, perencanaan program kerja, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penyuluhan PBB (X1), Pelayanan Administrasi (X2) dan Tempat pendaftaran (X3) terhadap Pembayaran PBB (Y) di Desa Laban Kecamatan Menganti Kabupaten Gresik secara simultan maupun parsial, serta mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi pembayaran PBB. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sejumlah 120 orang. Keabsahan data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis adalah uji F dan uji t. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan semua item kuesioner valid dan uji reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa item kuesioner reliabel. Sedangkan analisis regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan kausalitas antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel penyuluhan PBB (X1), Pelayanan Administrasi (X2) dan Tempat pendaftaran (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pembayaran PBB (Y) dengan variabel tempat pembayaran PBB (X3) memiliki pengaruh paling dominan.

Abstract

Konflik, perselisihan, dan pertentangan dapat terjadi dimana saja, kapan saja, antar siapa saja dan menyangkut hal apa saja, sehingga konflik pun dapat terjadi ditempat kerja. Dalam lingkungan kerja, konflik antar karyawan yang terjadi sebaiknya diselesaikan dengan baik karena konflik yang dapat diselesaikan akan menurunkan tingkat stres dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dari latar belakang tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyelesaian konflik antar karyawan terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk Surabaya. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian maka teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program AMOS 4.01. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah penyelesaian konflik antar karyawan yang terdiri dari : variabel kerjasama, variabel bersaing, variabel menghindar, variabel akomodasi dan variabel kompromi, sedangkan variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah variabel stres kerja dan variabel kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan didasarkan pada hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden, responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk Surabaya. Analisis hasil pengujian Goodness-Of Fit Index, menunjukkan data mempunyai kecocokan yang baik dengan model penelitian dengan hasil Chi Square = 154,229 dan koefisien determinan ( R2 ) dalam model SEM ditunjukkan oleh nilai AGFI = 0,792 yang masih berada di bawah Cut Off Value, namun sudah dapat dikatakan bahwa model sudah Fit dalam uji model SEM. Model menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh langsung antara variabel kerjasama, bersaing, menghindar, akomodasi dan kompromi terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Karyawan PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk Surabaya lebih menyukai penyelesaian konflik dengan cara Kompromi hal ini didasarkan pada perhitungan dari data yang diolah bahwa penyelesaian konflik antar karyawan dengan cara ini memberikan kontribusi terbesar dalam menurunkan stres kerja, sedangkan penyelesaian konflik antar karyawan dengan cara bersaing memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap kinerja karyawan. Karyawan menganggap bahwa kedua cara ini dianggap sebagai cara yang efektif dalam menciptakan hubungan kerja dan terciptanya keharmonisan dalam berorganisasi.

Abstract

Purpose: The City of Surabaya's rescue and fire departments plays a crucial role in government administration in the areas of community protection for firefighters and public peace and order. The goal of this study was to evaluate how employee development and job motivation impacted the performance of firefighters and rescue workers in Surabaya. Design/methodology/approach: Descriptive quantitative and case study methodologies are the research methodology applied. Techniques for collecting data are questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in the analysis, and SPSS 26 is used to process the data. Findings: According to the study's findings, the variable Work Motivation (X2) is 4.079 > t table value of 1.684, while the variable Employee Development (X1) is partially positive and significant at 5.746 > t table value of 1.684. The concurrently determined F value of 103.004 > F table of 2.32 is positively and significantly impacted by the employee development factors (X1) and work motivation (X2), respectively. Practical Implication: The government will use the practical implications as a starting point for evaluating the Fire and Rescue Service employee ’s performance policies. Theoretical implications can be used as a guide for future studies on employee performance in the field of theory. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

Organizational culture is something that needs to be considered by assigning employees according to their workload and responsibilities. Employee treatment is equivalent to respect for employees where lack of appreciation will reduce employee job satisfaction. The problem is that job satisfaction and performance of employees of Tandes Subdistrict, Surabaya City are closely related to the livelihood of employees. The approach used in this study is a type of quantitative research, namely in data collection, research using quantitative methods where research is based on the philosophy of positivism. the size of the sample is determined as a whole from the total population so that the size of the sample in this study is 37 ASN employees (100%) in Tandes District, Surabaya City. In this study used multiple linear regression analysis model (Multiple Linear RegressionAnalysis). In accordance with the results of this study, it can be concluded several things including: The factors of organizational culture and organizational climate have a real influence simultaneously (together) on employee job satisfaction of Tandes Subdistrict, Surabaya City (Y), The factors of organizational culture and organizational climate have a real influence partially (individually) on employee job satisfaction of Tandes Subdistrict, Surabaya City (Y), Among the factors of organizational culture and organizational climate, it turns out that organizational climate has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction of Tandes Subdistrict, Surabaya City (Y), with a partial influence of 63.8%. Constructive input suggestions, which we can contribute to the progress of the agency, namely in accordance with the wishes of the central government, in this case the President of the Republic of Indonesia, so that the government provides convenience in community services and investors, so that Indonesia's economic growth accelerates amid the onslaught of the pandemic and the war crisis in Europe, it is necessary to strive for increasingly high-quality and high-performance community services.

Abstract

The purpose of present research was to asses the impact of the style of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at the Sarana Lintas Company in Surabaya. The method used in this research is quantitative and explanatory survey methods. In present research, population was the entire staff employees with a total 120 people in Sarana Lintas Company and a random sample of 55 people was taken. Several linear regression analysis techniques are used as the data analysis technique in present research. The findings of present research show that the leadership style variable (X1) obtained a coefficient of 0.410, t-count 3.148, also a significance value of 0.003, while organizational culture variable (X2) obtained a coefficient of 0.532, t-count was 4.107, and a meaning value of 0.000, and a leadership style variable (X1) and a cultural organization (X2) obtained a count value F of 64.967 and a meaning value of 0.000. The present research concludes that there is a meaningful and positive impact on the style of leadership and organizational culture variables on employee performance at the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between mutations and career development. This research method uses descriptive method. The population in this study were 30 employees with a sample of 30 respondents, while the sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire using a Likert scale model. Data processing was carried out by a test drive of the questionnaire in order to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of mutation on employee career development. The practical implication of this research is to measure the mutation variable that has an influence on career development, it turns out to have a significant influence between the two variables, the mutation variable makes a major contribution to the employee career development variable.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dari dosen STIE YAPAN Surabaya ini diadakan di YPAY Al Bisri Surabaya dengan memberi penyuluhan materi tentang pengembangan potensi diri dan kreativitas pada para santri di Yayasan tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para santri tentang pengembangan potensi diri dan kreativitas serta untuk menjalin kerjasama yang saling memberi manfaat antara kedua belah pihak ini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam empat sesi dalam satu bulan dengan mengundang pimpinan dan para santri kelas VII sampai kelas XII (setingkat SMP sampai SMA/SMK) YPAY Al Bisri Surabaya. Kegiatan pengabdian dosen telah berjalan dengan baik karena didukung sepenuhnya oleh STIE YAPAN dan YPAY Al Bisri yang menjadi rekan atau mitra pengabdian. Semua santri di YPAY Al Bisri sesuai kelasnya telah mengikuti semua sesi dan juga memperhatikan dengan baik semua materi yang dipaparkan oleh para dosen. Berdasarkan hasil pengisian kuesioner, rata – rata santri menyatakan sangat baik dalam hal manfaat materi dan keramahan dosen, serta baik dalam kejelasan materi.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi biaya produksi, dan memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha mikro melalui penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) pada UMKM anggota Asosiasi Unggul Terampil Jaya (UTJ). Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan SIM, pelatihan, implementasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi operasional UMKM, pengurangan biaya produksi melalui pengelolaan bahan baku yang lebih efisien, dan peningkatan keberlanjutan usaha melalui pengurangan limbah. Selain itu, penerapan SIM juga mendorong penguatan kapasitas anggota UTJ dalam menggunakan teknologi dan pemanfaatan data untuk pengambilan keputusan. Kesimpulannya, penerapan SIM tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan profitabilitas, tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan usaha secara ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of the present research is to outline the impact of compensation, leadership and encouragement for staff efficiency at CV. Arthenis Travel. Design/Methodology/Approach: Descriptive quantitative methods is used in this study. The research instrument was a questionnaire distributed to participantss. The All of the participants in the current research were CV staff members. Arthenis Travel, with thirty-three individuals. The entire sample is the method used for sampling. A multiple linear regression technique was used for the data analysis, while SPSS software was used for the data processing. Findings: According to the study's t-test results, the compensation variable (X1) has a computed t value that is less than the t table, specifically -2.011 < 2.045. This indicates that, to some extent, the compensation variables has no discernible and favorable impact on the performance of employees (Y) at CV. Arthenis Travel. Performance of employees (Y) at CV. Arthenis Travel is positively and significantly impacted by the leadership variable (X2), in light of the determined t quantity of 20.445 > 2.045, which is higher than the t table. The calculated t value for the motivation variable (X3) is higher than the t table, specifically 4.943 > 2.045. This indicates that the motivational variable exerts a considerable and advantageous effect on the performance of workers (Y) at CV. Arthenis Travel. The computed F value was determined to be bigger than the F table, specifically 122.093 > 2.93, due to the F test findings. This demonstrates how, all at once, the variables of motivation (X3), leadership (X2), and compensation (X1) have a favorable and noteworthy impact on the performance of employees (Y) at CV. Arthenis Travel. Research limitations/implications: The findings of this study are expected to be used as a reference by subsequent researchers. Practical implications: With the findings of this study, it is expected that CV. Arthenis Travel can create a supportive work environment, improving optimal employee performance.
