Abstract

Salah satu produk pangan tradisional yang aslinya berasal dari Jawa Tengah dan Yogyakarta yaitu Rempeyek. Produk ini sebagai pelengkap makanan yang menambah makanan menjadi gurih. Dan rempeyek ini dapat dimakan oleh berbagai kalangan mulai dari anak-anak hingga lansia. Dibalik gurihnya rempeyek terdapat khasiat yang baik bagi tubuh. Pelaku usaha UMKM yang dijadikan mitra adalah Ibu Sulasih selaku pelaku usaha Rempeyek. Pemilihan lokasi di Desa Jawa Tengah Kecamatan Sungai Ambawang Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Produk pangan UMKM ini umumnya melalui proses produksi yang sederhana, dari sisi kemasan dinilai cukup baik (hampir memenuhi standar sanitasi dan kesehatan sesuai ketentuan undang-undang). Namun, Disamping itu, tingkat pengetahuan yang minim membuat pelaku usaha kecil kurang memperhatikan produk pangan yang dihasilkan ini, pengolahan yang dilakukan pun masih sederhana dan manual. Berdasarkan kendala yang dihadapi, maka akan dilakukan kegiatan bertahap mulai dari diskusi mengenai pentingnya pelabelan produk pangan, pembinaan pelabelan pangan, hingga bantuan peralatan sebagai penunjang produksi pangan. Indikator capaian yaitu Peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat baik dasar hukum dalam memproduksi pangan, pentingnya desain merek dagang maupun teknis produksi dari hasil pangan, kemudian melakukan penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan keahlian sivitas akademika yang relevan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna.

Abstract

Based on Law of The Republic of Indonesia Number 33 Year 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance, the Halal Product Guarantee Organizer (BPJPH) is one of the supporting elements in the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia which is under and responsible to the Minister of Religion who oversees implementing halal product guarantees in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. BPJPH is assisted by the Halal Task Force (Satgas Halal) in carrying out its role as a halal guarantor in each region. Not spared also in the West Kalimantan area. This research is entitled The Role of the Halal Task Force (Satgas Halal) in the West Kalimantan Province Region with the aim of knowing the Role of the Halal Task Force (Satgas Halal) in Guaranteeing Halal Products in the West Kalimantan Province. The method used in this research is a juridical sociological approach method. The results of this study show that the role carried out by the Halal Product Guarantee Organizer (BPJPH) of the Ministry of Religion in Guaranteeing Halal Products in the West Kalimantan Province Region has carried out its functions, but there are still obstacles, firstly the lack of human resources, secondly a minimal budget and the third inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The efforts made by the Halal Task Force (Satgas Halal) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, West Kalimantan Representative, to optimize product services are in synergy with all stakeholders and coordination with related agencies.

Abstract

The aim of this research is tosystem of oil palm fresh fruit bunches (FFB) between plasma farmers and palm oil companies in Kalimantan Province. This research is socio-legal legal research that was carried out at PT. Ichtiar Gusti Pudi in South Amboyo Village, Ngabang Subdistrict, Landak Regency, West Kalimantan Province. Primary legal materials are the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law Number 39 of 2014 concerning Plantations and the Civil Code, as well as various regulations related to oil palm plantation activities. Secondary legal materials involved legal books, especially those related to oil palm plantations included various articles and journals related to the problems in the research. Tertiary legal materials are the Law Dictionary and the Big Indonesian Dictionary, both printed and online versions. A data collection tool was in the form of interviews. Interviews were conducted with respondents and resource persons consisting of plasma farmers, managers of PT. Ichtiar Gusti Pudi in South Amboyo Village, Ngabang Subdistrict, Landak Regency, and administrators of the Maju Mandiri Cooperative, as well as Head of the Landak Regency Plantation Service. Data analysis consists of a flow of activities that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The urgency of contracts or agreements in the oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) production sharing system between plasma farmers and palm oil companies is required to clarify the rights and obligations of each party, including the oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) profit sharing system between plasma farmers and palm oil plantation companies.
