Abstract

Ethics is an important requirement for all existing professions so as not to take actions that deviate from the law. Ethics are life values and norms and laws that govern human behavior. The rationale underlying the preparation of professional ethics is the need for the profession regarding public trust in the quality of services provided by the profession, regardless of the members of the profession who provide the service. The application of professional ethics which is part of professional ethics relates to how they must carry out their profession in a professional manner so that accepted by society. With the application of professional ethics it is expected that professionals can work as well as possible, and can be accountable for the tasks carried out in terms of job demands. The school principal as a leader is directly a real example in the activities of his subordinates. If you want good subordinates/employees, then the principal the school first sets a good example too. A good school principal should always comply with the code of ethics of the profession. As an educated human being, of course the principal is expected to always uphold the dignity of the principal's good name.

Abstract

Di tengah memburuknya kerusakan lingkungan dan tantangan sosial, Pendidikan untuk Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Education for Sustainable Development - ESD) menjadi sarana untuk memberdayakan peserta didik dalam menghadapi isu-isu yang saling terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar yang berjudul “Aku Generasi Peduli Bumi: Modul Ajar IPAS Fase C Materi Letak Geografis Indonesia Berbasis ESD untuk menunjang ketercapaian SDGs 15 Life on Land”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development (D&D) dengan tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengisi work log dan melalui validasi ahli serta analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan modul ajar yang memfasilitasi domain kognitif, sosial, dan perilaku. Selain itu, modul ajar ini juga memfasilitasi pembelajaran berbasis ESD dengan mengintegrasikan SDGs 15 Life on Land. Modul ajar ini telah divalidasi dengan hasil dalam kategori sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul ajar “Aku Generasi Peduli Bumi Berbasis ESD untuk Menunjang Ketercapaian SDGs 15 Life on Land” dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran IPAS Fase C dalam kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

In 2023, pregnant women in the working area of Puskesmas Martapura Timur mostly experienced anxiety in the face of childbirth. A total of 10 pregnant women with more than 20 weeks of pregnancy experienced mild anxiety 30%, moderate anxiety 50% and severe anxiety 20%. All pregnant women experienced low back pain and never received material about prenatal yoga during pregnancy. This community service expects pregnant women to increase knowledge and skills about Antenatal Care and yoga exercises to reduce anxiety during pregnancy. The method used is health counseling along with the game Ibu Hamil Ceria (MILRIA) with a peer group approach through pregnant women's classes. This activity was carried out 3 times a meeting of each prenatal class, totaling 9 meetings. When measuring anxiety levels in Pekauman village and Melayu Tengah village, it was found that 13 (61.9%) pregnant women experienced mild anxiety and the knowledge of pregnant women was lacking regarding ANC as many as 15 (71.4%) out of 21 people. So that health counseling and yoga exercises are carried out to reduce anxiety and increase knowledge in pregnant women. The results showed a decrease in anxiety levels to 31.2% and the knowledge of pregnant women increased to 81.2%.
