Abstract

Perilaku asertif adalah kemampuan mengkomunikasikan apa yang diinginkan, dirasakan dan dipikirkan yang menjadi haknya secara jelas dan tegas kepada orang lain tanpa menyalahi, menghina dan meremehkan hak pribadinya dan orang lain. Fenomena kecenderungan seseorang melakukan kenakalan atau perilaku negatif bersumber dari lemahnya perilaku asertif yang dimilikinya. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, individu harus mampu dan jujur mengatakan “iya” ketika mau mengatakannya dan mampu mengatakan “tidak” ketika tidak mau. Tanpa merasa diintimidasi oleh rasa tidak nyaman setelah melakukannya. Dewasa ini menjadi asertif adalah tuntutan, meskipun pengaruh lingungan, budaya, dan teman sebaya sangat kuat. Seseorang dituntut memiliki perilaku asertif dalam kehidupan sehari- hari agar mampu berkomunikasi dengan efektif, jujur, dan tegas tanpa merasa diintimidasi dan berada di bawah kekuasaan orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perilaku asertif dalam perspektif Islam dengan menggunakan kajian studi literature. Data bersumber dari buku dan artikel jurnal ilmiah. Dalam perspektif Islam, perilaku asertif menuntut individu untuk berkata jujur dan lugas (qaulan sadida), tegas sebagai pembelaan hak pribadi, berani mengutarakan pendapat, dan menghargai hak orang lain.

Abstract

A mother has a significant role in minimizing the adverse effects of smartphone usage for children, including the risk of Phubbing. Dependence on smartphones can make children lazier and not interested in physically interacting with their playmates. In fact, social beings must be able to interact and care about their environment. Phubbing in early childhood can occur if there is no parental role in controlling smartphone use.  This study focuses on the mother’s role in minimizing Phubbing behavior since early childhood. This is descriptive research with qualitative approach. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with the characteristics of mothers who have children aged 2-6 years who are lightly addicted to smartphone. This study found that the way mothers deal with smartphone addiction in early childhood are by; observing carefully the children's activities, teach a good habit, discipline practice, make good communication. Dependence on smartphones and phubbing behavior is one of the pathological behaviors, as one of the consequences of human maladjustment on modernization that occurs quickly. Therefore, a mother needs to control the use of smartphones for her children, so that the potential for phubbing in children can be minimized.

Abstract

Isu banyaknya kasus kekerasan dan bullying di kalangan anak menandai semakin merosotnya jati diri pada generasi muda. Kondisi ini mencerminkan lemahnya pendidikan karakter yang diberikan kepada anak dalam setting pendidikan maupun keluarga.Peran keluarga sebagai garda pertama dalam merangsang pembentukan karakter anak dinilai masih lemah, terlebih pada era perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang kian pesat dan cepat.Karakter merupakan aspek penting jati diri seseorang dalam bentuk tindakan yang dinilai berdasarkan nilai yang berlaku di masyarakat.Yates dan Yates mengungkapkan bahwa karakter adalah kualitas dalam diri individu yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk tingkah laku yang menyebabkan seseorang dapat dihormati.Tujuan penelitian ini merespon fenomena dekadensi karakter pada anak yang menjadi isu penting dalam perkembangan moral anak di era disrupsi.Data kualitatif didapatkan dari hasil analisis guna mendapatkan solusi dalam menentukan strategi yang tepat dalam mengembangkan karakter dalam setting keluarga era disrupsi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, penulis menemukan dua temuan utama. Pertama, strategi pendidikan karakter dalam setting keluarga. Kedua, peran orang tua dalam pembentukan karakter anak di era disrupsi.Hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada orang tua, guru, dan pihak terkait yang terlibat aktif dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter pada anak pada era disrupsi.

Abstract

“Healing" has become a popular trend in Indonesia. Although it differs from the actual meaning of "healing" in a psychological perspective, "healing" describes recovery and healing in general, including the activities one does during the holidays to recover from the physical and mental boredom and fatigue one is experiencing. The literature on "healing" as a stress coping strategy in the tourism frame has not been discussed in detail in previous studies. This article aims to discuss the trend of "healing" as a stress coping strategy in the tourism context that can be practiced in tourism development in Indonesia. Coping stress is an individual response as an effort that can be made to obtain peace and inner peace against the type of stress experienced. This study uses a systematic literature review approach. There are two important findings in this study, first, coping with stress through the trend of "healing" is included in the type of emotion focused coping, which is a conscious adjustment. Second, "healing" activities which are carried out in the form of fun and calming activities such as nature tourism, culinary tourism, cultural tourism and special interest tourism. Optimizing stress coping strategies through tourism is an important step that can be taken to support the achievement of individual well-being which can develop interest in tourism visits in Indonesia

Abstract

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the tourism sector was the strongest sector in the world economy. The great strength of the tourism sector is proven by the rapid recovery of the sector after the COVID-19 pandemic. The tourism sector includes several things, including exhibitions, expos, and festivals. The purpose of this study was to find out how the rational thinking process of the Bener Meriah Regency government was used in choosing a sector for marketing Gayo coffee. This study used a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques. The results of this study show that the tourism sector is one of the choices for the Bener Meriah Regency government in marketing Gayo coffee products. The tourism sector, in this case, is exhibition, expo, and festival activities. This activity is considered beneficial for Gayo coffee marketing because it can directly bring together coffee producers with tourists who are potential customers. Therefore, the Bener Meriah Regency government, taking into account (rational) resources and profits, chose the tourism sector to market Gayo coffee.

Abstract

21st-century learning requires students to have many skills that support their academic achievement in school. One of the predictors of student learning achievement in school is self-regulated learning. Self-regulated learning assists students not only in establishing an efficient learning approach, but also in identifying a lack of knowledge and determining the help required to aid their learning process. Low student motivation, the adoption of inefficient tactics, and low self-regulation can all have an impact on student academic achievement. The purpose of this study is to define the role of school counselors in removing impediments to students' success, improving students' learning environments, and supporting students' academic progress as implications for school counselors. The method used in this study is a systematic literature review. Data were obtained from various research or non-research scientific articles and books relevant to the research title. The study results stated that school counselor services support students' academic achievement, namely self-regulated learning. The focus of services for self-regulated learning students is related to increasing metacognitive, motivational, and behavioral. This study explained several approaches to help students have self-regulated learning that supports academic achievement.

Abstract

Analisis Perasaan Bersalah pada Residen Narkoba di Lembaga Rehabilitasi Permata Atjeh Peduli. Residen narkoba memiliki permasalahan mental yang sangat serius dan mempengaruhi keberlangsungan hidupnya. Salah satu masalah besar yang dihadapi adalah perasaan bersalah sehingga menurunkan semangat dan motivasi residen untuk untuk pulih dan melanjutkan hidup. Rumusan penelitian ini terbagi dua yaitu, bagaimana gambaran perasaan bersalah dan cara mengatasi perasaan bersalah pada residen narkoba Jenis penelitian kualitatif. Informan penelitian berinisial DE, RF, dan RZ. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rasa bersalah aspek internal terbagi lima yaitu: a. merasa gagal, b. depresi; c. berputus asa, d. menyesal,  dan e. berfikir negatif. Sedangkan rasa bersalah aspek eksternal ada dua yaitu a. trauma, adalah takut terhadap orang lain yang dikhawatirkan akan kembali menjerumuskan residen ke narkoba atau membawa pengaruh buruk dengan mengacaukan diri pada kesenangan yang berdampak negatif seperti menonton porno dan bolos sekolah.  b. pengaruh lingkungan, yaitu disebabkan ajakan teman untuk menenangkan diri melalui narkoba dan mengedarkannya. Kedua, cara mengatasi perasaan bersalah yaitu melalui program-program yang membangun kualitas diri dan semangat residen seperti pelatihan keterampilan, kegiatan rohani, olahraga, interaksi positif antara residen dan petugas, serta adanya motivasi dari konselor dan keluarga.

Abstract

Purpose – Psychological problems that occur can be caused by the inability to understand and accept themselves properly. The purpose of this study is to describe descriptively the strategy of increasing students’ self-acceptance through group counseling with cognitive restructuring techniques.Method - Using a qualitative approach, with observation and interviews as data collection techniques. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling method with a total of 8 students. Analysis was carried out using the interaction method.Result  -  The results showed that the researcher as the key instrument applied group counseling through cognitive restructuring techniques consisting of six stages: rationalization strategies; identifying negative thoughts; introducing and practicing positive thoughts; diverting negative thoughts to positive thoughts; practice strengthening self-statements (homework); reflection and follow-up. Group counseling seeks to build connections based on trust, eliminate worries, and anxiety and increase the active involvement of the client from one stage to the next.Implication – The implications of this study indicate that cognitive restructuring techniques has an impact on the development of guidance and counseling programs in educational units and can be used as an effort to increase santri self-acceptance. This technique can be used by teachers as caregivers in developing students' self-acceptance in achieving adolescent well-being.Originality - This study strengthens adolescent competence through group counseling that is able to form self-acceptance in students.***Tujuan – Masalah psikologis yang terjadi dapat disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan untuk memahami dan menerima diri sendiri dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan secara deskriptif strategi peningkatan penerimaan diri siswa melalui konseling kelompok dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitifMetode - Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan observasi dan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Subjek dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah 8 orang mahasiswa. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode interaksi.Hasil  -  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci menerapkan konseling kelompok melalui teknik restrukturisasi kognitif yang terdiri dari enam tahap: strategi rasionalisasi; mengidentifikasi pikiran negatif; mengenalkan dan melatih pikiran positif; mengalihkan pikiran negatif ke pikiran positif; berlatih memperkuat pernyataan diri (PR); refleksi dan tindak lanjut. Konseling kelompok berusaha membangun hubungan berdasarkan kepercayaan, menghilangkan kekhawatiran, dan kecemasan, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif klien dari satu tahap ke tahap berikutnya.Implikasi – Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik restrukturisasi kognitif berdampak pada pengembangan program bimbingan dan konseling di satuan pendidikan dan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan penerimaan diri santri. Teknik ini dapat digunakan oleh guru sebagai pengasuh dalam mengembangkan penerimaan diri dan well-being santri.Originalitas – Penelitian ini memperkuat kompetensi remaja melalui konseling kelompok dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif yang mampu membentuk penerimaan diri pada siswa.

Abstract

Aceh Province is one of the provinces that has significant characteristics and these characteristics are the pride of the community. One of the most distinctive in the life of the Acehnese people is a lifestyle that has the nuances of Islamic religion. Moreover, in Lhokseumawe City, which has the origins of the Islamic kingdom of Samudera Pasai, it still upholds religious values. This Community Service uses a direct approach method to the village head and the community. The activities carried out are; (1) guidance of Tahsinul Qur'an, (2) practical guidance a dzan to children, (3) m engadakan recitation of the Qur'an, Iqra', tajwid science, and other religious sciences to children in meunasah, (4) g otong royong in the geuchik office environment, ronda and meunasah posts, also in the street area of Gampong Blang Teue, (5) organizing religious competitions for children. After implementing the Community Service program from mid-January to the end of February 2022, it is hoped that the community in Blang Teueuu Village, especially children, will be more enthusiastic in maintaining socio-cultural values in the frame of routine religious activities. To maintain the socio-cultural values of society, comprehensive efforts are needed so that citizens can wisely filter out new cultures that have the potential to undermine socio-cultural values. Likewise, the public must still be open to new information and technology so as not to be left behind in the development process in general.

Abstract

Students who are working on their final thesis tend to experience anxiety; as the final project is considered a determinant of graduation within a limited timeframe. Concerns about not being able to complete the thesis on time, limited references, and fear of criticism from lecturers can increase anxiety among students. The level of anxiety felt also varies. One essential skill that final-year students must have to manage anxiety is maintaining a strong belief in their ability to accomplish tasks, this belief is known as self-efficacy. The higher a student’s level of self-efficacy, the lower their level of anxiety will be. This study aims to analyze the anxiety experienced by students and the efforts that can be made to improve self-efficacy. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with six respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that final-year students experience symptoms of anxiety such as sleep disorders, eating disorders, nausea, dizziness, rapid heartbeat, emotional instability, negative thoughts, overthinking, lack of motivation, and procrastination. Efforts that can be made to increase students’ self-efficacy in overcoming the anxiety of completing their thesis include: recalling past successful experiences, managing emotions effectively, maintaining motivation, observing the success of peers, and increasing worship to Allah SWT to gain inner peace.
