Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) bidang kesehatan merupakan ketentuan mengenai jenis dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dasar yang berhak diterima setiap warga negara secara minimal. SPM merupakan ketentuan minimal yang harus dilaksanakan oleh Pemmerintah Daerah untuk rakyatnya, maka target SPM adalah 100% setiap tahunnya Tujuan: untuk mengetahui analisis tren pada standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) sebelum dan sesudah covid-19 di Puskesmas Nambo kota kendari. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuntitatif yang berguna untuk menganalisa data dan mendeskripsikan data yang telah terkumpul sebagaimana adanya tanpa bermaksud membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku untuk umum. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Standar pelayanan Minimal (SPM) ibu hamil mengalami kenaiakan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Ibu Bersalin mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Bayi Baru Lahir bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Balita bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Usia Pendidikan Dasar bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Usia Produktif mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Pada Usia Lanjut mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Penderita Hipertensi mengalami penurunan setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Penderita Diabetes Melitus bersifat fluktuatif setelah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa berat relatif sama sebelum dan sesudah adanya covid-19, Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Orang Terduga Tuberculosis mengalami penurunan, setelah adanya covid-19 dan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Terduga HIV relatif sama. Kesimpulan: Terdapat beberapa standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) yang berubah akibat covid-19. Seperti SPM ibu bersalin, SPM Bayi Baru Lahir, SPM Balita, SPM Usia Pendidikan Dasar, SPM Usia Produktif, SPM Usia Lanjut, SPM Penderita Hipertensi, SPM Penderita DM, dan SPM Terduga TB. Sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan pada Standar Pelayanan minimal indikator yang berdampak pada Covid-19. Abstract Background: Minimum Service Standards (Standar Pelayanan Minimum or SPM) in the health sector are provisions regarding the type and quality of basic health services that every citizen is entitled to receive at a minimum. SPM is a minimum provision that must be implemented by the regional government (Pemerintah Daerah) for its people, so the SPM target is 100% annually. Purpose: The purpose of this research was to find out trend analysis on Minimum Service Standards (SPM) before and after Covid-19 at the Nambo Health Center (Puskesmas) in Kendari City. Method: The research method is useful using a descriptive quantitative method to analyze data and describe the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make general conclusions. Result: The results of this study indicate that the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for pregnant women have increased after Covid-19, the minimum service standards (SPM) for maternity mothers have decreased after Covid-19, the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for newborns have fluctuated after Covid-19, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for toddlers is fluctuated after Covid-19, basic education age’s Minimum Service Standards (SPM) fluctuated after Covid-19, Minimum Standards (SPM) for productive age is decreased after Covid-19 , Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for the elderly have decreased after Covid-19, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for hypertension sufferers have decreased after Covid-19, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for diabetics mellitus is fluctuating after Covid-19 , Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for People with severe mental disorders is relatively the same before and after Covid -19, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for people suspected of having tuberculosis have decreased after the arrival of Covid-19 and the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for people suspected of having HIV is relatively the same. Conclusion: There are several minimum service standards (SPM) that have changed due to Covid-19. Such as the the minimum service standards (SPM) for maternity mothers, the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for newborns, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for toddlers, basic education age’s Minimum Service Standards (SPM), Minimum Standards (SPM) for productive age, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for the elderly, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for hypertension sufferers, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for diabetics mellitus, Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for people suspected of having tuberculosis. So it is necessary to increase the minimum Service Standards for indicators that have an impact on Covid-19.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Proses pengelolaan obat di Puskesmas akan berjalan efektif dan efisien bila ditunjang dengan pengelolaan manajemen logistik obat yang baik. Kegiatan pengelolaan obat meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, distribusi, penggunaan dan pengendalian obat yang dikelola, agar pengelolaan obat dapat berjalan dengan baik maka diatur dalam suatu manajemen yaitu manajemen logistik obat. Pada pelaksanaan manajemen logistik obat di UPTD Puskesmas Puuwatu masih ada beberapa kendala seperti stok obat yang melebihi kebutuhan, obat yang kehabisan stok sehingga pasien membeli obat diluar atau mengganti resep yang cara kerjanya hampir sama, obat yang kadaluarsa hanya disimpan didalam gudang dan penghapusan hanya sebatas pelaporan sehingga belum terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan: Mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen logistik obat di gudang obat UPTD Puskesmas Puuwatu Kota Kendari Tahun 2022. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang, yang terdiri dari 2 informan kunci dan 2 informan biasa. Hasil: Perencanaan di Gudang Obat UPTD Puskesmas Puuwatu didasarkan pada metode konsumsi yang digunakan pada tahun sebelumnya, pengadaan di Gudang Obat UPTD Puskesmas Puuwatu menggunakan Laporan Pemakaian dan Lembar Permintaan Obat setiap bulan, pendistribusian di dilakukan kapan saja apabila obat di Gudang Obat tersedia, penyimpanan di Gudang Obat dilakukan dengan baik, hanya ada beberapa dos yang menumpuk dikarenakan kondisi ruangan Gudang Obat yang sempit dan penghapusan di Gudang Obat UPTD Puskesmas Puuwatu dilakukan dengan cara memisahkan obat yang sudah rusak atau kadaluarsa kemudian dimasukkan di dos dan dilabeli obat rusak atau kadaluarsa. Kesimpulan: Perencanaan obat yang dilakukan menggunakan metode konsumsi, pengadaan obat berdasarkan Laporan Pemakaian dan Lembar Permintaan Obat dan pendistribusian obat ke masing – masing unit sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Penyimpanan obat masih kurang baik karena terdapat banyak dos – dos obat yang menumpuk dilantai dikarenakan ruangan gudang obat yang sempit dan penghapusan yang dilakukan hanya memasukkan obat rusak/kadaluarsa kedalam dos dan dilabeli obat rusak/kadalursa. Sehingga pihak puskesmas diharapkan untuk meningkatkan sarana prasarana pada penyimpanan obat. Abstract Background Behind : Management process medicine at the Health Center will walk effective And efficient when supported with management management logistics good medicine. Activity management drug covers planning , procurement , storage , distribution , use And control managed drugs , order management drug can walk with Good so arranged in something management that is management logistics medicine . In the implementation of drug logistics management at the UPTD Puuwatu Health Center there are still a number of obstacles such as stock excess drug _ needs , drugs that are out of stock so patients buy drugs outside or change prescriptions that work almost the same way, drugs that are expired only saved in the warehouse And deletion only limited reporting so it's not done well. Objective : Know the implementation of drug logistics management at the Puuwatu Health Center Kendari City UPTD drug warehouse in 2022. Method : The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interviews. There were 4 informants in this study, consisting of 2 key informants and 2 casual informants. Results : Planning in the Warehouse Medicines UPTD Puskesmas Puuwatu based on method consumption used in the previous year , procurement in Warehouse Medicines UPTD Puskesmas Puuwatu use Report usage And Sheet Request Drug every month , when will the distribution take place ? just if medicine in Warehouse Drug available , storage in Warehouse Drug done with well , only There is a few piles of dos because condition room Warehouse Narrow medicine _ And deletion in Warehouse Medicines UPTD Puskesmas Puuwatu done with method separate medicine already _ damaged or expired Then put in dos and labeled drug damaged or expired . Conclusion : Drug planning is carried out using the consumption method, drug procurement based on Usage Reports and Drug Request Sheets and drug distribution to each unit have been carried out properly. Drug storage is still not good because there are lots of boxes of medicines piled up on the floor due to the narrow space in the medicine warehouse and the removal is done only putting damaged/expired drugs into boxes and labeled damaged/expired drugs. So that the puskesmas is expected to improve the infrastructure for drug storage.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Gangguan jiwa merupakan masalah kesehatan yang penting untuk diatasi. Pada umumnya gangguan mental yang terjadi adalah gangguan kecemasan, skizofrenia, dan gangguan depresi. Dalam memberikan perawatan, transaksi terapeutik di rumah sakit jiwa sangat penting bagi pasien gangguan jiwa karena transaksi terapeutik berlaku sebagai undang-undang baik bagi pasien maupun dokter, dimana undang-undang mewajibkan para pihak memenuhi hak dan kewajiban masing-masing sesuai dengan hal yang diperjanjikan. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat implementasi transaksi terapeutikpasien  dengan gangguan jiwa di RSJ Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dilihat dari aspek implementasi pencatatan rekam medis rawat inap, pencatatan rekam medis rawat jalan, dan pencatatan informed consent. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi transaksi terapeutik berdasarkan pencatatan rekam medis rawat inap di rumah sakit jiwa belum terlaksana dengan baik. Hal tersebut di sebabkan karena kegiatan mengolah datarekam medis belum sesuai dengan StandarOperasional Prosedur (SOP) dan masih ditemukan adanya berkas rekam medis pasien yang pengisiannya tidak lengkap dan tidak sesuai dengan PERMENKES nomor 269 tahun 2008 tentang rekam medis. Implementasi transaksi terapeutik di ruang rawat jalan sudah terlaksana dengan baik, dimana pada pengisian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan sudah lengkap dan berjalan sesuai dengan SOP. Implementasi transaksi terapeutikberdasarkan pada pencatatan informed consentdi rumah sakit jiwa sudah berjalan sesuai dengan SOP. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan implementasi transaksi terapeutik berdasarkan pencatatan rekam medis rawat inap di rumah sakit jiwa belum terlaksana dengan baik dan belum sesuai dengan SOP. Implementasi transaksi terapeutik berdasarkan pencatatan RM rawat jalan dan informed consent sudah terlaksana dengan baik, dimana pada pengisian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan sudah lengkap dan berjalan sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku                                                                                                                                               Abstract Background: Mental disorders are important health problems to overcome. In general, mental disorders that occur are anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and depressive disorders. In providing treatment, therapeutic transactions in mental hospitals are very important for mental patients because therapeutic transactions act as law for both patients and doctors, where the law requires the parties to fulfill their respective rights and obligations in accordance with what was agreed. Objectives: The aim of the study was to see the implementation of therapeutic transactions for patients with mental disorders in RSJ Southeast Sulawesi Province in terms of the implementation aspects of recording inpatient medical records, recording outpatient medical records, and recording informed consent. Methods:This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. Results:The results showed that the implementation of therapeutic transactions based on recording inpatient medical records in mental hospitals has not been implemented properly. This is because the activities of processing medical record data are not in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and there are still patient medical record files whose filling is incomplete and not in accordance with PERMENKES number 269 of 2008 concerning medical records. The implementation of therapeutic transactions in outpatient rooms has been carried out well, where the filling of outpatient medical record files is complete and runs according to the SOP. The implementation of therapeutic transactions based on recording informed consent in a mental hospital has been running according to the SOP. Conclusion:The conclusion is that the implementation of therapeutic transactions based on the recording of inpatient medical records in mental hospitals has not been implemented properly and is not in accordance with the SOP. The implementation of therapeutic transactions based on outpatient RM records and informed consent has been carried out well, where the outpatient medical record file filling is complete and runs according to the applicable SOP

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Cakupan Antenatal care di Sulawesi Tenggara mencapai 74,7% atau menduduki enam terbawah. Puskesmas Nambo merupakan salah satu Puskesmas dengan jumlah pemanfaatan Antenatal care tinggi namun belum mencapai target pemanfaatan Antenatal care. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap ibu hamil dan dukungan suami dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan antenatal care di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Nambo Kota Kendari Tahun 2023. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif bersifat analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportional random sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi square. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Nambo yang berjumlah 173 ibu hamil ditahun 2022 dan ibu yang telah melahirkan minimal 12 bulan kelahiran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 63 responden. Hasil: ada hubungan antara dukungan suami (p value = 0,034 < 0,05) dengan pemanfaatan antenatal care, sebaliknya tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan (p value = 0,097 > 0,05) dan sikap ibu hamil (p value = 0, 110> 0,05) dengan pemanfaatan antenatal care. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan pelayanan antenatal care sedangkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tidak berhubungan. Sehingga suami harus terlibat dalam kegiatan penyuluhan sehingga meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran suami untuk memberikan dukungan kepada ibu hamil untuk memeriksakan kehamilannya guna untuk mengetahui perkembangan calon anak mereka. Abstract Background:. Antenatal care coverage in Southeast Sulawesi reached 74.7% or occupied the bottom six. Nambo Health Center is one of the Health Centers with a high number of antenatal care utilization but has not yet reached the target of antenatal care utilization. Objective: To find out the relationship between knowledge, attitudes of pregnant women and husband's support with the utilization of antenatal care services in the working area of the Nambo Health Center, Kendari City, in 2023. Purpose: Quantitative research is analytic in nature with a crosssectional study design with a proportional random sampling technique. Statistical test using the Chi square test. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the working area of the Nambo Health Center, totaling 173 pregnant women in 2022 and women who had given birth at least 12 months after birth. The sample in this study amounted to 63 respondents. Results: there is a relationship between husband's support (p value = 0.034 0.05) and attitudes of pregnant women (p value = 0.110 > 0.05 ) with the use of antenatal care. Conclusion: There is a relationship between husband's support and antenatal care services, while knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women are not related. So that the husband must be involved in counseling activities so as to increase the husband's knowledge and awareness to provide support to pregnant women to check their pregnancies in order to find out the development of their future child
