Abstract

The focus of this research is how the implementation of the education Integrated Management Information Systems. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research design. The source of research is interview, observation, and documentation. The results are: (1) Information has not fully on time, but already complete, relevant, and comprehensive. (2) Resources in information processing, synergy with one another to help in the management process. (3) Implementation is support the daily performance of the organization. (4) Implementation is able to improve the quality of management information, provide access to factual information, giving positive feedback to the standardized quality of service, and can manage and be effective and efficient.Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Terpadu Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber Penelitian berasal dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) Informasi yang diterima belum sepenuhnya tepat waktu, namun sudah lengkap, relevan, dan komprehensif. (2) Sumber Daya dalam proses pengolahan data menjadi informasi saling bersinergi satu dengan yang lain membantu dalam proses manajemen. (3) Implementasi mendukung kinerja harian organisasi, mendukung kinerja manajemen, serta mampu mempengaruhi pemenuhan kewajiban yang berhubungan dengan aset organisasi. (4) Implementasi mampu meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan informasi, memberikan akses informasi yang faktual, memberikan timbal balik yang positif terhadap pelayanan mutu terstandarisasi, serta dapat mengelola dan menjadi media komunikasi efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci: pengambilan keputusan, sistem informasi manajemen pendidikan, teknologi informasi

Abstract

The research objective was to identify and describe the role of the principal in improving the quality of Al-Wafi Qur'an Integrated Elementary School, Depok. Research using qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques with reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validation techniques with transferability and dependability. The results of the study show: (1) The principal as an educator by fostering and guiding teachers and education. (2) The principal as a manager by managing the school. (3) The school principal acts as an administrator by managing school files. (4) The school principal acts as a supervisor with class, performance, and extracurricular supervision. (5) The principal as a leader by socializing the vision, and mission and creating a school climate (7) The principal as an entrepreneur by instilling an entrepreneurial spirit and marketing the school's flagship program.

Abstract

The research aims to explain and describe curriculum management and community participation in the management of the curriculum of Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School Bogor Junior High School. The research method used is qualitative through a case study. Data collection is conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validity is ensured through triangulation and confirmability, while data management is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings explain that curriculum management is carried out through several stages: school-specific curriculum planning through meetings attended by stakeholders and the education department, organizing by grouping national and school-specific curricula, implementation through effective and active learning, and curriculum evaluation through daily assessments, self-assessment tests, mid-semester exams, and school exams. Meanwhile, community participation in the curriculum takes the form of providing suggestions and supporting the implementation of school programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the parenting patterns of middle childhood children who have personality disorders in Sobih Hamlet, Waru Village, Pamekasan. This type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and interviews with parents, children, and their closest family and teachers. The analytical techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed: 1) the parenting style applied by the first parent was authoritarian parenting by limiting the child and giving punishment when the child made a mistake that was not in accordance with the will of the parents. The second parenting style is permissive, that is, children are given any freedom without parental supervision. 2) authoritarian parenting style applied by parents has a negative impact, namely not confident, aggressive, difficult to socialize, and has selfishness. Permissive parenting applied by parents will have an impact on learning achievement, children may become lazy and spoiled, and do not care about the learning outcomes achieved due to lack of attention from parents.

Abstract

Children are a trust that require father-mother parenting aligned with the times, to prevent the impacts of fatherlessness and shape the character of today’s generation. This study explores the implementation of the fathering concept in child-rearing during the pandemic. It employs a qualitative method using a literature study approach. The research sources include the Qur'an (tafsir), books, and school documents. Findings: The phenomenon of fatherlessness has negative effects on children, such as the loss of security, increased school absenteeism, cognitive decline, a higher risk of depression, antisocial behavior, and both physical and psychological distress. To address this, the father's role must be strengthened by implementing positive fatherly values, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. These values include being a role model, applying consistent parenting habits, giving loving advice, creating a supportive environment, showing wisdom, and always praying for the child's well-being and development. Conclusion: The father's active role is essential in child-rearing to prevent the negative impact of fatherlessness, particularly during the pandemic
