Abstract

AbstractThe problems discussed in this research is how to improve learning activities dribble with plastic balls on the fifth grade students of SDN 26 Nanga Pinoh Melawi. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcome dribbling skills with a plastic ball on the class V students of SDN 26 Nanga Pinoh Melawi. This research uses research "Classroom Action Research" (Classroom Action Research) with variables: Increased dribble with plastic balls. Subjects in this study were fifth grade students of State Elementary School 26 Nanga Pinoh Melawi totaling 28 students, This research technique using test and measurement, a test with a grating instrument measuring learning outcomes dribbling skills. Analysis of data using percentages. These results indicate there is an increase in learning activities dribble with plastic balls on the fifth grade students of SDN 26 Nanga Pinoh Melawi. This is evidenced by the increased skills lead the game of football is pretty good, that in the first cycle with an average value of 74.31 so the increase of 8.45%. while the average value on the second cycle is 83.10, so the increase of 21.28%. Keywords: Modification, instructional media, learning outcomes, dribble.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to determined the influence of spiritual Attitudes on the self confidence of students participating in the munaqasyah triall during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is based on the backround of the covid-19 pandemic where the munaqasyah trial was carried out on a limited basis by implementing strict health protocols. The method used in this research is survey method with correlation technique sampling. The Population in this research were all students of the primary school teacher education study program at the Thawalib Islamic high school, Jakarta.  Research sample is taken by purposive sampling technique as many as 20 students who take munaqasyah triall. The Instruments in this study are non test questions on the  sipiritual attitudes and self confidence scale. The results showed that there was a positive influence between spiritual attitudes on the self confidence of student participating in munaqasyah triall, where spiritual attitudes influence of  57,9% to student  self confidence and 42,1% by other variable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know how much effectiveness of online learning during the pandemic 19 for the students of SMK Mandalla Entrepreneur School Karawang District. The study used quantitative models with survey methods. The sample of respondents of this study are the students of every level randomly amounted to 73 students. The results of this study showed that 8 students or about 10.96% of respondens have not felt the benefits of online learning. Students' responses to online learning are also less enthusiastic, as seen from the data of about 37 students or 50.68% of students feeling bored. Then the desire of students, learning is carried out face-to-face directly with data showed about 65 students from 73 respondents or about 89.04%, about 5 students or 6.85% learning in a block system, namely one day of online learning and one day face-to-face learning, and 3 students or 4.11% who want online learning so it could be concluded that continuous online learning during the pandemicera is very ineffective.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to determined the influence of resilience attitudes during the covid-19 pandemic on student academic abilities in Learning Evaluation course. This research is based on low academic achievement of students in evaluation of learning course. Students find difficulty and easily give up in solving the problem. The method used in this research is survey method with correlation technique sampling. Population in this research is all student in study program of Islamic Education, STAI Thawalib Jakarta. Research sample is taken by purposive sampling technique as many as 17 students who take learning evaluation course. The Instruments in this study are test description of academic ability questions and non test questions in the form of attitude of resilience scale. The results showed that there was a positive influence between resilience attitudes and student academic ability, with resilience attitudes influence of 59,4% to student  academic ability and 40,6% by other variable.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of organizational culture and job motivation as independent variables toward the teacher’s work productivity of state junior high school teachers as dependent variable, both individually and collectively. Among 60 senior high school  teachers were surveyed and 52 respondent were selected as samples for the research. Normality, homogenity,linearity, multiple regression,and multiple correlation are several data analysis method that were used in this research using the SPPS 21.0 program for Windows.The result of this research imply that: Firstl,  a positive and significant effect was found Teacher’s Work Productivity by Organizational Culture and Job Motivation collectivelly and expressed in coefficient correlation  ry1.2 = 0,672 (a = 0,05) and regression equation as Y = 43,0378 + 0,603 X1  +  0,273 X2 and  determination coefficient is  r2y1.2 = 0,451.Secondly, a positive and significant corelation was found Organizational Culture toward Teacher’s Work Productivity  can be found and  expressed in hypothesis testing that the value of Sig = 0.000 and t = 5.767, while t table = 2.021. Because the value of Sig <0.05 and tcount > ttable, H0 is rejected, it means that there is a significant effect of the independent variable X1 (organizational culture) on the dependent variable Y (Teacher’s Work Productivity). Thirdly, this research also found that there is a positive and significant corelation was found Job Motivation toward Teacher’s Work Productivity can be found and  expressed in  the hypothesis testing, it was obtained that the value of Sig = 0.000 and tcount = 3.881, while ttable = 2.021. The value of Sig <0.05 and tcount > ttable, so H0 is rejected, it means that there is a significant effect of the independent variable X2 (job motivation) toward the dependent variable Y (Teacher’s Work Productivity). According to result of this research that improvement of Teacher’s Work Productivity  can be in creased by Organizationalal Culture and Job Motivation interest.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah perlu melakukan supervisi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan dan menjaga mutu sekolah secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memberikan masukan strategi penggunaan teknik supervisi yang akan dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Metode penelitian dengan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil menunjukkan: strategi supervisi merupakan tahapan penentuan teknik supervisi yang terdiri dari: tahap analisis kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal supervisi, tahap perumusan strategi yaitu perumusan beberapa teknik supervisi, tahap pemilihan supervisi yang merupakan tahap pengambilan keputusan dan penentuan teknik supervisi, dan tahap penggunaan supervisi atau tahap pengaplikasian teknik supervisi yang terpilih. Kesimpulan, teknik supervisi pendidikan dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan karakteristik objek yang di supervisi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal in improving teacher performance in Izzatul Islam Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, Cengkong Village, Purwasari District, Karawang. The research method is qualitative, namely by describing, revealing, explaining, and analyzing phenomena, events and activities that occur at the research location. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed: the principal as a leader, namely directing teachers to carry out their duties and responsibilities. As educators, by conducting direct coaching (supervision) or coaching outside of school. As administrators and motivators, principals teach teachers to collaborate in creating and compiling school programs. The principal manages and empowers all human resources to optimize their abilities. As innovators, principals provide opportunities for teachers to be creative and innovate in schools. The results of the coaching and training carried out by principals for teachers can increase their performance abilities by 85%.

Abstract

The research objective was to identify and describe the role of the principal in improving the quality of Al-Wafi Qur'an Integrated Elementary School, Depok. Research using qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques with reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validation techniques with transferability and dependability. The results of the study show: (1) The principal as an educator by fostering and guiding teachers and education. (2) The principal as a manager by managing the school. (3) The school principal acts as an administrator by managing school files. (4) The school principal acts as a supervisor with class, performance, and extracurricular supervision. (5) The principal as a leader by socializing the vision, and mission and creating a school climate (7) The principal as an entrepreneur by instilling an entrepreneurial spirit and marketing the school's flagship program.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to find out the public relation management in building the image of MTs “Andalusia” Boarding School Banjarnegara, 2) to find out the strategy of MTs “Andalusia” Boarding School in building the institution image. The approach used was qualitative and the type of research was descriptive qualitative. The subject of the research was the Leader of the Institution “Andalusia” Banjarnegara, the Headmaster, the employee/ school operator, the teachers/ academic advisors of the classes, the students, the parents/ the guardians of the students, and the people in the environment of MTs “Andalusia” Boarding School Banjarnegara. The data collecting techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. The data analyses used were data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the data analyses, the research results are: 1) MTs “Andalusia” Boarding School Banjarnegara has carried out the function of public relation management well even though there has not been the division of public relation in the structure of the organization, 2) The public relation activity is carried out by all civitas academia in MTs “Andalusia” Boarding School Banjarnegara by the management including planning, organizing, implementation, and controlling the public relation activity well, 3) MTs “Andalusia” Boarding School Banjarnegara is building the image of the institution as in the fact by focusing the achievements of the school along with the quality improvement, 4) The efforts of MTs “Andalusia” Boarding School Banjarnegara in building the image of the institution include the activity of the opinion building, the school publication, and the education marketing.

Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu tujuan pendidikan adalah menyiapkan peserta didik untuk mampu berkontribusi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Siswa menerapkan apa yang dipelajari di sekolah yang memberikan pengalaman belajar terencana ke masyarakat dan memanfaatkan masyarakat sebagai sumber belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan analisis Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model PBL diawali dengan pemberian masalah. Hal ini untuk merangsang siswa agar mampu berpikir kritis dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan menemukan solusi yang tepat. PBL ditandai dengan siswa yang bekerjasama dengan siswa lain dalam kelompok yang mendatangkan motivasi untuk keterlibatan berkelanjutan dalam tugas-tugas kompleks dan memperkaya kesempatan berdiskusi, serta untuk pengembangan keterampilan-keterampilan sosial. Berdasarkan pemaparan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PBL dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan sosial siswa.Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Keterampilan Sosial Abstract: One of the aims of education is for preparing students to contribute in social life. School is part of society that provides planned learning experience, students apply what is learned in the school to society and utilize society as a source of learning. The purpose of this research is to describe the analysis of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in developing critical thinking ability and social skills. This research uses library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The result of this research shows that PBL model begins with giving a problem. It stimulates students to think critically in solving problems and find the right solution. PBL is characterized by students who collaborate with the other students in groups that increase their motivation for ongoing involvement in complex tasks and enrich discussion opportunities, moreover for the development of social skills. Based on that, it can be concluded that PBL learning model can be used to develop students' critical thinking ability and social skills.Keywords: Problem-Based Learning, Critical thinking ability, Social skill
