Abstract

ABSTRAKAnak yang memiliki gangguan kesehatan atau penyimpangan dalam perkembangannya harus dideteksi sejak dini untuk penanganan sedini mungkin. Penanganan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pemantauan dan pemeriksaan melalui kegiatan Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu). Pada Posyandu Kartini VII Desa Cimuning Kabupaten Bekasi pengambilan data pasien posyandu masih manual karena belum adanya sistem informasi yang terintegrasi secara digital. Hal ini menyebabkan para Ibu mengalami kesulitan untuk mengetahui penyimpangan perkembangan kesehatan pada anak karena catatan hasil posyandu yang tidak rapi. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang aplikasi Mobile Kesehatan Ibu Anak (m-KIA). Aplikasi m-KIA dapat memberikan jadwal Posyandu, konsultasi dan catatan kesehatan pengguna, dan memperlihatkan data pengguna. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar dan diikuti oleh 25 orang. Para ibu yang hadir mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang cara menggunakan aplikasi m-KIA. Para ibu juga bersemangat untuk mulai menggunakan aplikasi tersebut guna memantau kesehatan ibu dan anak agar lebih mudah dan efisien. Ketercapaian kegiatan ini dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya nilai tes sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi tentang aplikasi m-KIA yaitu dari 48% menjadi 96%. Kata kunci: m-KIA; pemantauan kesehatan; posyandu. ABSTRACTChildren who have health problems or deviations in their development must be detected early for treatment as early as possible. This handling can be done by monitoring and checking through Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) activities. At Posyandu Kartini VII, Cimuning Village, Bekasi Regency, data collection for Posyandu patients is still manual because there is no digitally integrated information system. This causes mothers to experience difficulties in knowing deviations in the development of health in children because the results of the Posyandu are not neat. The solution to this problem is to provide socialization about the Mobile Maternal and Child Health (m-KIA) application. The m-KIA application can provide Posyandu schedules, consultations and user health records, and show user data. This community service activity went smoothly and was attended by 25 people. The mothers who attended gained knowledge and understanding on how to use the m-KIA application. Mothers are also excited to start using the application to monitor the health of mothers and children to make it easier and more efficient. The achievement of this activity can be seen from the increase in test scores before and after the socialization of m-KIA application, from 48% to 96%. Keywords: m-KIA; health monitoring; posyandu.

Abstract

Abstrak Kehadiran limbah organik dari kegiatan domestik dan limbah cangkang kerang merupakan salah satu persoalan yang ada di masyarakat Desa Tambaksari yang berada di daerah pesisir. Persoalan ini menimbulkan dampak negatif pada masyarakat seperti timbulnya bau busuk dan lingkungan menjadi kurang bersih. Perlu dilakukan solusi yang tepat untuk mengurangi masalah tersebut dengan membuat eco-enzym dari limbah organik dan membuat kerajinan dari limbah cangkang kerang. Pelaksanaan terdiri dari 3 tahap dalam setiap kegiatan yaitu persiapan, sosialisasi, dan pelatihan. Persiapan dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan desa, sosialisasi untuk memberikan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan pelatihan untuk memberikan ketrampilan bagi warga desa. Pembuatan eco-enzym telah sukses meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mencapai 91,66% dan keterampilan pelatihan mencapai 87,5%. Kegiatan pembuatan kerajinan limbah cangkang kerang peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat mencapai 90,56% dan keterampilan pelatihan mencapai 85,71%. Warga desa telah berhasil secara mandiri membuat eco-enzym dan kerajinan kerang sebagai wujud pengolahan sampah secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci:  eco-enzym; kerajinan kerang; pengolahan sampah. Abstract The presence of organic waste from domestic activities and shellfish shells is one of the issues faced by the community of Tambaksari Village, which is located in the coastal area. This issue has negative impacts on the community, such as the emergence of foul odors and a decrease in environmental cleanliness. It is necessary to implement the right solutions to reduce the problem by creating eco-enzymes from organic waste and making crafts from marine debris. The implementation consists of 3 stages in each activity, namely preparation, socialization, and training. Preparation to find out village problems, socialization to provide and improve knowledge, and training to provide skills for villagers. The production of eco-enzymes has successfully increased community knowledge to 91.66% and training skills to 87.5%. The activity of making crafts from shell waste has seen an average increase in community knowledge to 90.56% and training skills to 85.71%. The villagers have independently produced Ecoenzymes and shell crafts as a form of sustainable waste management. Keywords: eco-enzym; shell craft; waste management.

Abstract

Waste management in the industrial sector presents a serious challenge that requires effective and sustainable strategies. This study aims to analyze the waste generation, composition, as well as the potential and effectiveness of waste reduction activities at PT Asmin Bara Bronang. Data were collected based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-3964-1994 as a reference for measuring waste generation and composition. The measurements showed an average waste generation of 263.67 kg/day, with the dominant components being food waste (44.02%), paper (14.55%), and plastic (12.04%). Waste reduction efforts carried out include the cultivation of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae and the processing of plastic into paving blocks and plastic sheets. However, the current effectiveness is still low, reaching only 6.75%. Through optimization analysis, food waste reduction has the potential to increase to 35.80%, and plastic waste reduction to 17.07%. Therefore, the total potential waste reduction after optimization could increase to 52.87% of the total daily waste generation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate biogas production from a mixture of food waste and garden waste using a fixed dome biodigester with GP-7 activator. Observed parameters include initial pH, temperature, and carbon-to-nitrogen (C/N) ratio. The fermentation was carried out for 30 days under anaerobic conditions. Results showed an initial pH of 7.00, temperature of 37.70 °C, and a C/N ratio of 24.41, which are within the optimal range. However, storage for ±15 days increased the C/N ratio to 33.31 due to nitrogen loss. Biogas volume increased sharply, peaking at 4.85 m³ on day 20, then declined to 0 m³ by the end of the fermentation period. This pattern reflects the microbial growth phases and the efficiency of organic matter conversion into gas. The study confirms that initial substrate characteristics and retention time play crucial roles in optimizing biogas production from organic waste in industrial environments.
