Abstract

Website is one of the important components that can be used to support the marketing activities of products and services of an organization or company. However, in developing a website there are many aspects that need to be considered, one of which is the usability aspect. The purpose of this project is to evaluate the usability of the Joox Website. Research on this project uses the Website Analysis and Measurement Inventory (WAMMI) method to evaluate the website. The components of WAMMI are Attractiveness (Attractiveness), Controllability (Control), Efficiency (Efficiency), Helpfulness (Useful) and Learnability (Easy to learn). The results of this project indicate that based on the WAMMI questionnaire, the Joox website has a good usability level.

Abstract

Nowadays watches have become important items that are effective in telling time and complementing your appearance. Along with the rapid development of information technology, watches with various brands, specifications and prices have emerged. As a result, people become confused in choosing due to various considerations, so a calculation method that produces a ranking assessment to help in choosing a watch is needed. Therefore, research was carried out using the SAW and SMART methods, both of which are included in the Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) which can calculate various alternatives and attributes. Based on the research results, it was found that the SAW and SMART methods showed similar top rankings with the suitability level of the SAW method with 99.53033% and the SMART method with 99.42684%.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a private company engaged in the production and sale of wire materials. The employee payroll process in this company is still conducted manually using paper records, leading to inefficiencies and a high risk of errors in payroll and attendance data recording. To address this issue, a computerized payroll system was developed using the waterfall development methodology. A structured analysis and programming approach was chosen to support the system’s accuracy and consistency. In the analysis phase, a flow of document (FOD) was used to map the existing workflow, while a data flow diagram (DFD) was applied in the design phase to illustrate the data flow. This system was built using Microsoft Visual Basic.NET for the interface development, Microsoft Office Access 2007 for the database, and Crystal Report 13 for generating reports. In addition to development, training and socialization sessions were conducted for PT XYZ employees to ensure effective system use. By implementing this system, the payroll process is expected to become faster, more accurate, and transparent, thereby enhancing work efficiency and effectiveness. This development is also part of a community service partnership program that aims to contribute positively to administrative management at PT XYZ.

Abstract

Telemedicine is an online medical service that allows users to receive treatment or health consultations without needing to visit healthcare facilities in person. One of the popular platforms providing this service is Halodoc. On this platform, users can consult with doctors via chat, make hospital appointments with partner facilities, purchase medications, check lab results, and receive health updates. This study aims to evaluate the user experience of the Halodoc application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to facilitate participation. A total of 200 participants were involved in this study. The evaluation was based on six UEQ dimensions: Attractiveness, Efficiency, Perspicuity, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The evaluation results show that the Halodoc application received a score of -1.04 on the Attractiveness dimension (negative), 1.29 on Efficiency (positive), 0.28 on Perspicuity (positive), -1.10 on Dependability (negative), 1.51 on Stimulation (positive), and 0.92 on Novelty (positive). Based on these results, it can be concluded that overall, Halodoc provides a "Good" user experience, although there are some areas for improvement, particularly in the Attractiveness and Dependability dimensions.
