Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of service quality toword consumer buying interest in Toko Imelda Ponsel Telukdalam In South Nias. The type of research used is a quantitative type of causal nature. The data source is from consumers, with the population and sample in the study being as many as 40 people. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed there is an influence on the quality of service toword consumer buying interest in Toko Imelda Ponsel Telukdalam in South Nias.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor camat Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan, yang menjadi objek penelitian ini yakni seluruh pegawai di kantor camat Telukdalam, jenis penelitian yakni penelitian kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif sedangkan sumber data yaitu data primer dengan membagikan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial variabel displin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel semangat kerja sedangkan variabel semangat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kienrja pegawai akan tetapi secara bersama-sama atau secara simultan variabel displin kerja dan semangat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kombinasi yang baik antara disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja yang tinggi dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif, dan berkontribusi pada kesuksesan perusahaan atau organisasi. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk mendorong dan mendukung kedisiplinan dan semangat kerja yang positif di antara para pegawai. Abstract

This research significance of technological innovation in the context of post-pandemic economic expansion and transformation is conducted. The research methodology involves a literature study and quantitative. The literature study focuses on the theory of technological innovation and empirical findings related to its impact on post-pandemic economic expansion and transformation. The results of the validity test indicate that the measurement instruments for technological innovation variables and economic expansion and transformation are statistically valid. Reliability tests using Cronbach's Alpha show an acceptable level of reliability for both variables. Simple regression analysis indicates a positive relationship between technological innovation and economic expansion and transformation of MSMEs. Hypothesis testing with the t-test confirms the significance of this relationship. Descriptive hypothesis testing indicates that technological innovation and economic expansion and transformation of MSMEs operate effectively, with agreement and strong agreement percentages reaching 94% for both variables. Normality testing shows that the residual values are normally distributed. This research provides a significant contribution to understanding the role of technological innovation in supporting the post-pandemic economic expansion and transformation of MSMEs. The practical implications of this research can assist entrepreneurs and policymakers in enhancing the implementation of technological innovation to support sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Mineral downstreaming is a strategic policy aimed at increasing the value-added of mineral products and optimizing the utilization of natural resources. This policy aims to reduce the export of raw ore and increase the production of finished goods domestically, which has significant potential to secure national foreign exchange reserves and strengthen Indonesia's competitiveness in the global market. This study aims to analyze the implications and impacts of mineral downstreaming policy on the Indonesian economy. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research findings indicate that by promoting further processing and innovation in technology development, nickel downstreaming not only has positive economic impacts through increased revenues in the non-oil and gas sector and corporate contributions to government revenues but also significantly contributes to environmental sustainability. The development of nickel downstream industries not only creates new job opportunities and reduces unemployment rates but also stimulates growth in related industries and enhances the demand for domestic technology.

Abstract

This research presents a novel examination of the dual impacts of digital transformation and AI risks on the quality of financial services, with a particular focus on their interplay and the role of external regulatory factors. Unlike previous studies, this research offers a detailed quantitative analysis while integrating regulatory challenges and financial literacy as critical moderating factors. A survey of 84 respondents, including risk managers, IT managers, and executives from financial institutions, was conducted to analyze the specific effects of digital transformation and AI-related risks. The findings indicate that digital transformation negatively affects service quality, while AI risks positively impact operational efficiency and data analysis accuracy. However, these two variables explain only a small portion of the variance in service quality, suggesting that other factors, such as regulatory frameworks and financial literacy, play a significant role. The study recommends enhancing technological preparedness, implementing AI risk mitigation strategies, and addressing external factors to optimize service quality in the digital era.

Abstract

Real-time data processing in Internet of Things (IoT) systems requires efficient sorting algorithms to handle large and ever-increasing volumes of data. The QuickSort algorithm is often used due to its speed and efficiency, but on large pre-sorted datasets, this algorithm can experience performance degradation due to poor pivot selection and the use of regular recursion. This study aims to optimize the QuickSort algorithm through random pivot selection and the application of tail recursion to improve sorting efficiency on IoT datasets. Experiments were conducted by comparing the standard QuickSort version and the optimized version, using synthetic and real-time IoT datasets from temperature and humidity sensors. Performance evaluation was based on execution time and memory usage metrics. The results show that QuickSort with random pivot and tail recursion can reduce execution time by up to 27% and memory usage by up to 18% compared to the standard QuickSort implementation. These findings indicate that the proposed algorithm is more efficient for IoT applications that require real-time data processing, and has the potential to be applied in distributed data systems and parallel processing for large-scale scenarios.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kemampuan, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Kecamatan Aramo, Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan 31 responden yang mengisi angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Semakin tinggi kemampuan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai cenderung lebih baik. Analisis varians (ANOVA) juga mengonfirmasi pengaruh bersama-sama dari ketiga faktor ini terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai Fhitung (51,481) lebih besar dari Ftabel (3,354) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Koefisien determinasi (R^2) sebesar 0,851 menunjukkan bahwa 85,1% variasi dalam kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga faktor tersebut. Dalam kesimpulan, peningkatan kemampuan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja dapat secara positif memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Kecamatan Aramo, Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Hasil ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan strategi manajemen yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan kantor tersebut.
