Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of service quality toword consumer buying interest in Toko Imelda Ponsel Telukdalam In South Nias. The type of research used is a quantitative type of causal nature. The data source is from consumers, with the population and sample in the study being as many as 40 people. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed there is an influence on the quality of service toword consumer buying interest in Toko Imelda Ponsel Telukdalam in South Nias.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between achievement motivation and student learning outcomes. The method used is the correlation method. The research data collection technique used the Liliefors test, regression linearity test, product moment correlation and z test. Based on the results of the Liliefors test, it was stated that the sample was normally distributed, so it was continued with a simple regression test and obtained F_count = 2.21 < F_table = 2.98 so that the X variable to the Y variable was linear. Furthermore, a correlation test was conducted and the value of r_xy=0.944 with r_xy>0 means that there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and student learning outcomes and is in the very strong category. For the z test (significance test) the results obtained z_count = 5.171 > Z_Table = 1.96 with = 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant relationship between achievement motivation and student economic learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Nias Regency. The researcher found that: 1) the staff needs do not meet the job competency standards; 2) academic backgrounds are not relevant to roles or job functions; 3) the implementation of main duties and functions is not optimal; and 4) there are delays in staff attendance and departure times. The objectives of this research are to explain the effect of work competence on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Nias Regency, to explain the effect of time discipline on employee performance at the same office, and to investigate the synergistic relationship between work competence and time discipline in the context of improving employee performance. Data collection techniques included observation and the distribution of questionnaires to 52 employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Nias Regency. Based on the coefficient of determination (R Squared) test, work competence (X1) and time discipline (X2) account for 44.3% of the effect on the dependent variable (Y). The remaining influence is due to other factors not discussed in the study. The F-test value is 19.458, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.19, indicating that the regression model as a whole has a significant effect on the dependent variable. The model is considered fit since the significance value (Sig) is less than 0.05, with a significant value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. It can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant simultaneous (combined) effect on the dependent variable and that there is a synergistic relationship between work competence (X1), time discipline (X2), and employee performance (Y) at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Nias Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi regulasi pendidikan serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Swasta Sasmi Gunungsitoli. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan di SLB Sasmi masih jauh dari standar regulasi yang ditetapkan pemerintah. Dari aspek kompetensi guru, sebagian besar pendidik tidak memiliki latar belakang Pendidikan Luar Biasa (PLB), sehingga pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menangani anak berkebutuhan khusus masih terbatas. Dari aspek pembagian kelas, siswa dikelompokkan berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan, bukan berdasarkan kebutuhan individual, sehingga layanan pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prinsip pendidikan inklusif. Selain itu, keterbatasan sarana prasarana, seperti ruang terapi dan media pembelajaran khusus, turut menjadi hambatan signifikan dalam menunjang proses belajar. Meskipun demikian, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa program terapi yang diterapkan memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan keterampilan komunikasi, sosial, dan kemandirian siswa. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di SLB Sasmi membutuhkan penguatan kompetensi guru, penyediaan sarana prasarana yang memadai, serta penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis kebutuhan individual.
