Abstract

Futsal sebagai salah satu cabang olahraga yang diminati di hampir seluruh wilayah Indonesia dari berbagai kalangan usia, salah satunya Kota Batam. Banyaknya peminat olahraga ini, membuat penyewaan lapangan futsal menjadi salah salah usaha yang cukup menjanjikan. Akan tetapi saat ini, pemesanan lapangan futsal masih dilakukan secara manual, pelanggan yang ingin melakukan pemesanan lapangan futsal diharuskan untuk langsung mendatangi lokasi lapangan futsal dalam melakukan pembayaran dan pemesanan lapangan futsal. Penelitian ini berupaya memberikan solusi dalam memfasilitasi pelanggan saat melakukan pemesanan lapangan futsal, yang dimana akan dirancang sebuah aplikasi E-Futsal Sports berbasis android. Aplikasi yang dirancang akan membantu pelanggan dalam melihat secara langsung ketersediaan lapangan, fasilitas lapangan, harga lapangan, lokasi lapangan serta dapat melakukan pembayaran dengan menggunakan beberapa metode pembayaran yang tersedia, salah satunya pembayaran melalui Go-Pay. Selain itu, penyedia lapangan futsal juga dapat mengelola informasi lapangan futsalnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah aplikasi yang dapat diakses melalui smartphone android. Dengan bantuan aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi peminat olahraga futsal dan penyedia lapangan futsal khususnya Di Kota Batam.

Abstract

Cloud computing is one of the hottest topics that exist today, in the era of the continuous development of information and communication technology. The emergence of cloud computing technology is an effort to access resources and applications from anywhere via the internet, with this being able to overcome the limitations in utilizing the previous ICT infrastructure. Cloud computing is defined as a convenient network access model to unify the configuration of computing resources such as networks, servers, storage media, applications, and services, and can be configured quickly with minimal administrative effort or interactively. The discussion begins with a description of some opinions or points of view from previous studies on cloud computing technology, then reviewing the possible advantages and disadvantages of implementing cloud computing. Then it ends with a conclusion whether cloud computing is an ICT solution and recommendations that users can consider when implementing cloud computing.

Abstract

Currently, the tourism sector is one of the sectors affected in terms of income caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the things that can help the tourism sector at this time is, with information media carried out to promote the tourism sector. To overcome the problems above, tools are needed to help the process mentioned above, and the tool recommended by the author is to make an Android-based virtual reality application, so it is hoped that by using the virtual reality application, people will become more interested because they can feel the situation around them. which is similar to the real situation before visiting a tourist place. In this study the authors took a case study in one of the tourism places in Banten, especially in Lebak Regency, namely Waterboom XYZ. In the development of this virtual reality application, the method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) and the tools used in the development of this virtual reality application use the C# programming language provided in Unity 3D and the Blender application in making 3D modeling. From the test results on the system that has been built, it is found that the system has had a performance that is in accordance with the user's needs along with the results of the User Acceptance Test which received a positive response with a percentage of 82.80%.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi Android yang dapat membantu mengoptimalkan proses pemesanan makanan dan minuman pada restoran dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Penelitian disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan restoran untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan terhadap pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini, proses pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan model prototype, sebagai salah satu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang sistematis dan terstruktur. Alur atau sistem kerja aplikasi digambarkan dengan diagram UML, serta menggunakan firebase sebagai layanan yang dapat menyimpan dan menyinkronkan data antarpengguna secara real time. Aplikasi Android yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur seperti daftar menu, gambar dan harga menu yang tersedia, sistem pemesanan, sistem manajemen meja, dan beberapa fitur lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian berupa aplikasi Restoran yang dapat dioperasikan pada smartphone Android, serta menyajikan berbagai menu yang dapat mempermudah pelanggan dapat memesan makanan atau minuman dengan lebih cepat dan efisien, sementara restoran dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan dan meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pesanan.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Banjar City or referred to as Datel (Daerah Telkom) Banjar is one part of Telkom Tasikmalaya which directly communicates with consumers in the Banjar City area, both in terms of maintenance and installation of new telecommunications services. Datel Banjar is a place that is usually chosen by students majoring in IT to conduct internship programs (PKL). The application of technology in monitoring the internship program is considered necessary, because previously all internship activities were carried out manually, such as when filling out attendance and other things. However, there are several obstacles, including that the supervisor cannot check the attendance of participants every day and the participants' daily activities become uncontrolled. The research outlined in this Final Project aims to correct the shortcomings of the internship program management system at Datel Banjar. The method used in this study is the waterfall method from the System Development Life Cycle. This website-based application using Laravel was created to facilitate the process of running the internship program at Datel Banjar, where supervisors can easily monitor the attendance and daily activities of each participant. In addition, participants are also facilitated in reporting attendance and daily activities to the supervisor.

Abstract

A Geographic Information System (GIS) application based on Android is used for the purpose of data collection and monitoring of telecommunication towers, with a case study conducted at the Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Cimahi City. The aim of this research is to optimize the process of data collection and monitoring of telecommunication towers through the utilization of Android-based technology and geographic information. The hope is that the developed application will provide efficient support for Diskominfo in data management, accurate monitoring of telecommunication tower locations, and enhanced supervision of this crucial infrastructure. By combining Android technology and GIS features, it is expected that this application can become an effective tool in supporting the monitoring and control of telecommunication towers in Cimahi City. The methodology used in designing this system is the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, which consists of seven stages: Requirement Definition, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, Maintenance, and Evaluation. This application is built using Flutter version 3.10.6. From the results of the conducted User Acceptance Test (UAT), the average parameter scores are as follows: user interface (85.6%), application performance (88.4%), application functionality (88.4%), application security (80%), and final feedback (91.4%). The overall test result is 86.7%.

Abstract

Telecommunication tower management information system is a crucial data processing system for telecommunication tower fee collection, given the importance of having an efficient and integrated system. However, the Department of Communication and Informatics of Cimahi City still lacks an integrated system, resulting in a slower telecommunication tower fee collection process. To address this issue, a Website named Telecommunication Tower Supervision and Control Management Information System (Wasdal) was developed as an integrated system to facilitate the fee collection process and generate fee collection reports. The methodology employed in this research is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the Website is constructed using Laravel framework, Bootstrap, and MySQL database. The implementation results reveal that the overall built management information system Website meets user requirements. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) outcomes indicate average parameter scores of design (78%), features (79.20%), user satisfaction (80.60%), with an overall testing score of 81.3%.

Abstract

PT. Baluse Perkasa Indonesia sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan brankas. PT. Baluse Perkasa Indonesia pertama kali didirikan di Kota Bekasi, seiring dengan berkembangnya PT. Baluse Perkasa Indonesia membuka galeri di kawasan Cakung, Jakarta Timur, untuk mendukung penjualan brankas dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Persaingan semakin cepat karena terdapat beberapa bidang usaha sejenis, ditambah lagi PT. Baluse Perkasa Indonesia masih menggunakan sistem konvensional, baik saat melakukan transaksi, mengolah data perusahaan, hingga proses pemasaran produk yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Mengingat persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, diperlukan sistem informasi penjualan untuk memudahkan pelaksanaan berbagai kegiatan penjualan di PT. Baluse Perkasa Indonesia. Penelitian terapan digunakan sebagai metode penelitian, dengan tahapan mulai dari perencanaan, pengumpulan data, analisis, perancangan, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk menunjang produktivitas dalam sebuah perusahaan, serta memudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan transaksi atau melihat berbagai informasi terkait produk yang tersedia di PT. Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to provide understanding to the community, especially in Hilisondrekha Village, South Nias Regency, about how to make compost fertilizer from organic waste and the technology used in processing it. The method used in this activity is the lecture method in the form of socialization with participants consisting of the Hilisondrekha Village community. This activity was carried out at the Hilisondrekha Village Hall, South Nias Regency on Friday 17 May 2024. The results obtained from this service in Hilisondrekha Village were that the community was able to process organic waste into organic fertilizer. Activities to utilize technology to process community organic waste have been carried out well. One of the most important factors in processing organic waste into compost is that it can preserve the village environment and is beneficial for community plants. The conclusion of this service activity is that people can make their own fertilizer and sort organic waste from non-organic waste.

Abstract

This research presents a novel examination of the dual impacts of digital transformation and AI risks on the quality of financial services, with a particular focus on their interplay and the role of external regulatory factors. Unlike previous studies, this research offers a detailed quantitative analysis while integrating regulatory challenges and financial literacy as critical moderating factors. A survey of 84 respondents, including risk managers, IT managers, and executives from financial institutions, was conducted to analyze the specific effects of digital transformation and AI-related risks. The findings indicate that digital transformation negatively affects service quality, while AI risks positively impact operational efficiency and data analysis accuracy. However, these two variables explain only a small portion of the variance in service quality, suggesting that other factors, such as regulatory frameworks and financial literacy, play a significant role. The study recommends enhancing technological preparedness, implementing AI risk mitigation strategies, and addressing external factors to optimize service quality in the digital era.
