This research aims to research Services and Handling of Maternal Emergencies in Hospitals Based on Law.This research is qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. The data required in the research was collected through in-depth interviews with informants/subjects whose criteria had been selected using purposive sampling by the researcher. The conclusion of this material highlights the importance of understanding the legal basis that regulates maternal emergency services and management in hospitals, both from the perspective of the responsibilities of health institutions and the rights and protection of patients. With the Minister of Health Regulation Number 21 of 2021 concerning the implementation of health services during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, childbirth and the post-natal period, contraceptive services and sexual health services. Article 16 paragraph (1) which reads "delivery is carried out in a health service facility", it is hoped that the birth that is carried out must be handled directly by a medical team and in a health facility to reduce maternal and infant mortality. However, from the data obtained there are still several villages where births take place in non-health facilities, so that with births still taking place in non-health facilities, the implementation of Minister of Health Regulation Number 21 of 2021 is still not optimal. By complying with applicable regulations and following best practices in Maternal health services are expected to improve the safety and welfare of pregnant women and unborn babies.

Designing and developing systems capable of monitoring ground tremors in real-time and providing early warning before major earthquakes occur, increasing speed and accuracy in detecting potential earthquakes. This technology is known as an Internet of Things (IoT)-based earthquake monitoring and early detection system that uses motion sensors. To detect seismic activity, the system uses several motion sensors connected to the Internet of Things network. These motion sensors measure changes in ground vibration and transmit the data to a central server, which will process it to detect possible earthquakes. This research uses a methodology consisting of several stages. First, primary data is collected from motion sensors located in various earthquake-prone locations. This data is sent to a central server over the internet network. Furthermore, digital signal processing algorithms are used to analyze data to distinguish normal ground tremors from those that can signal earthquakes. This algorithm was created to identify suspicious changes in the intensity and frequency of ground vibrations. The system then sends a warning or notification to the user's device, such as a smartphone or computer, if a potential earthquake is detected. According to BMKG (Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency) Earthquake intensity scale (GIS) states the impact caused by earthquakes. This scale is arranged more simply by having only five levels, namely I-V, where each level has its own meaning, level I is marked with white and level II is marked with green and level III is marked with yellow and level IV is marked with orange and the last level V is marked with red, and each level has its own meaning. The results show that the designed system can detect vibrations with high accuracy and provide early warning within seconds after suspicious seismic activity is detected. In addition, this system has a speed of sending data from the sensor to the server and good performance in the use of the internet network. IoT-based motion sensors allow for broader and decentralized monitoring of earthquakes. So, this Internet of Things-based earthquake monitoring and early detection system can be a good solution to improve earthquake disaster preparedness. By applying these technologies in different earthquake-prone areas, they can help spread and respond to potential earthquakes more quickly

This research discusses hadith musicalization as an innovation in delivering religious messages that combines elements of music and hadith text. Hadith musicalization aims to facilitate understanding, increase retention, and attract the interest of the public, especially the younger generation, through various musical genres and digital platforms in understanding the moral and ethical messages contained in a hadith. As for the context of hadith science, the emphasis of musicalization is given to the importance of maintaining the authenticity and validity of the hadith, as well as paying attention to the sanad, matan, and scientific aspects related to at-Tahammul wal Adā'. Although there is debate regarding the ruling of music in Islam, moderate views from scholars such as Yusuf al-Qardawi support the use of music for positive purposes, as long as it does not contradict the Shari'ah. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to explore the potential, challenges, and relevance of hadith musicalization in da'wah and education, as well as highlighting the importance of ethics and scholarship in the development of music-based da'wah content. The results of the study are expected to enrich the scientific treasury and provide ethical guidance for da'wah content creators in the digital era.

Desa Meteseh, Kecamatan Boja, Kabupaten Kendal, memiliki potensi pangan lokal yang melimpah, khususnya pisang dan singkong, yang seharusnya menjadi penopang gizi dan ekonomi lokal. Namun, potensi ini belum termanfaatkan optimal, ditandai dengan rendahnya konsumsi sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan untuk gizi anak serta minimnya pemanfaatan dalam sektor UMKM. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilaksanakan program "Cerdik Gizi X Konsumsi Sehat Pangan Lokal" dengan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Tujuan utamanya adalah meningkatkan pemanfaatan pangan lokal melalui inovasi PMT seperti "Singpis Gemoy" untuk perbaikan gizi, sekaligus mendorong pengembangan UMKM setempat. Program ini juga berfokus pada diseminasi edukasi terpadu mengenai pangan, gizi, dan PMT kepada ibu balita, siswa SD, dan pelaku UMKM. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah dapat meningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui pengetahuan gizi yang lebih baik, optimalisasi konsumsi pangan lokal, dan penguatan kemandirian UMKM, menjadikan kegiatan ini sebagai percontohan yang berkelanjutan di sektor pangan dan gizi.

The development of the times and the rapid flow of globalization and the development of information technology are challenges in children's education and parenting. One of the things that needs to be taught to children is discipline. Disciplinary character needs to be cultivated because it affects attitudes, morals, respect for time, and other people. The role of parents is needed in fostering children's disciplinary character, such as in providing examples and implementing disciplinary rules. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase parents' understanding of the importance of implementing parenting patterns that teach discipline to children. The method of implementing this community service activity is carried out by presenting material to parents of grade 5 & 6 students of Yayasan Al-Azhar Sendanghaji Kec. Merakurak Tuban. The result of the community service activity is that student guardians better understand the importance of implementing parenting that teaches discipline through exemplary behavior from parents to children.

Penggunaan data pribadi di era digital berkembang pesat, menimbulkan tantangan etika komunikasi terkait privasi dan kepercayaan. Kajian sistematis ini mengidentifikasi kesenjangan antara etika komunikasi dan praktik pengumpulan serta pemanfaatan data pribadi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tinjauan sistematis terhadap tiga artikel dari Google Scholar (2020-Juni 2025), penelitian menemukan kesenjangan etika paling sering terjadi pada masalah persetujuan (consent), dimana data dikumpulkan tanpa persetujuan eksplisit. Dalam pemanfaatan data, muncul kontradiksi antara manfaat ekonomi dengan risiko pelanggaran privasi. Prinsip deontologis menyoroti pelanggaran kewajiban moral, prinsip teleologis mengungkap dampak negatif tidak seimbang, dan etika kebajikan menunjukkan kurangnya integritas pengelola data. Kesenjangan ini mencerminkan ketidaksesuaian antara inovasi teknologi dengan kematangan etika dan regulasi. Kajian menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan kerangka etika komunikasi lebih kuat dan pendidikan data untuk ekosistem digital bertanggung jawab.
