Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the variable of Leadership and Intrinstic Motivation to the Employee Performance at Cooperative Boarding School Darussalam Kecamatan Kabun Rokan Hulu.The sampling method in this study using census methods, which all members of the population used as a sample, which amounted to 37 people. Data collection methods used were interviews, documentation and providing questionnaires to employees in accordance with the research conducted. Method of Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 17.0The results from this study showed that simultaneously Leadership variabel and Intrinsic Motivation significantly influence the Employee performance at Cooperative Boarding School Darussalam Darussalam Kecamatan Kabun Rokan Hulu. While partially leadership variables influence the performance of the performance, and as well as for intrinsic motivation variable partially influence on employee performance. From the research that has been conducted, the leaders of cooperative boarding school Darussalam should be able to direct the employee to work independently, must have a high level of patience, to be able to adjust to the employee and also to have a good communicating. From intrinsic motivation, cooperative boarding school Darussalam must give feedback, critics and appreciation to employees in order to achieve good performance.Keywords: Leadership, Intrinsic Motivation, Performance

Abstract

A risk is not an odd thing which is encountered in the business activities. Therefore, risk management is becoming a serious concern within the company. To anticipate the impact of risk on the company and in order to create the Firm Value, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) has been developed. ERM is not just aimed at the creation of value for the company, ERM is believed to be able to manage the risks facing the company better and integrated through the business organization. However, in 2008, the financial crisis in the United States become consideration of the impact of the implementation of ERM in the firm, particularly in the financial sector. An unsuccessful management of the firms in the financial sector could have a major impact on the economy of a country that resulted in the financial crisis occurred and many of those who argue that this is due to an irrelevant and improper implementation of ERM. In order to examine this, this research conducted on the financial sector in Indonesia, especially the listed banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the samples are 37 banking firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchanges to examining the differences Firm Value means between the banking firms which implement ERM and banking firm which do not implement ERM. The Results show that among the bank companies, there is no significant difference of the magnitude of the Firm Value of an existing company. In essence, the financial sector especially the banking industry in Indonesia, the implementation of ERM is not an appropriate solution of efforts to increase the value of the firm in order to increase the potential growth of the investment.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of Arabic language learning models applied to non-formal education, the method used to obtain data in this article is a literature review, the results of this article are useful as a reference for effective and efficient Arabic language learning for both formal and non-formal education. formal, this article also describes the appropriate approach to be taken in learning Arabic in the current era, this article also describes the steps that must be taken by teachers, educators, instructors and others, as a reference in adopting methods and techniques to achieve the goals desired Arabic language learning. It is hoped that the problems in learning Arabic both from a linguistic and non-linguistic perspective can be explained by carrying out further experiments and research. The author hopes that researchers, teachers and experts in Arabic language education will be able to continue researching, applying concepts to learning, as well as funding and budgeting. Arabic language learning project for this conceptualized model.

Abstract

أهداف هذ البحث هو (1) لمعرفة أنواع وأغراض أسلوب الخبر في قصيدة أبي إسحاق الإلبيري، (2) لمعرفة أنواع وأغراض أسلوب الإنشاء في قصيدة أبي إسحاق الإلبيري. واستخدم الباحث في هذا البحث الأساليب التاريخية أو الأساليب التاريخية. تتكون الطريقة التاريخية من جمع البيانات ونقد المصدر والتفسير وأخيراً التأريخ. أما مناهج البحث المستخدمة في هذا البحث فهي المنهج الجغرافي، والمنهج السوسيولوجي، والمنهج التربوي، والتربية التاريخية. والنتيجة من هذا البحث هو 1) أن 74 بيتا بأسلوب الخبر وهي بأن جميع الأنواع من أسلوب الخبر مستمل وأغراضه كذلك إما فائدة الخبر أو لازم الفائدة. الشاعر تارة يأتي بخبر إبتدائي أو طلبي أو إنكاري في أبياته. 2) أن 41 بيتا بأسلوب الإنشاء و هي بأن أنواع أسلوب الإنشاء المستعملة هي الطلبي وغير طلبي. والأغراض من إنشاء الطلبي المستعملة هي الأمر والنهي والاستفهام والتمني والنداء. وأغراض الإنشاء غير الطلبي المستعملة هي والتعجب و والترجي.

Abstract

Writing is one of the productive communication skills in the language. This is the process by which someone changes the language code from spoken language to written text. The writing skill has two divisions: calligraphy, dictation, and composition. Dictation is one of the important subjects in teaching the Arabic language. Hence, dictation is the basis for success in writing skill. Teaching dictation looks at how to write correct Arabic grammar. Dictation is considered a person's ability to write letters in the Arabic language. Dictation is a basic learning skill in writing that requires a special method to master it. The method used is the quantitative method with an experimental method design with a post-test. The design for this research is the true experimental design with the type of posttest method (posttest only control group). The researcher takes a sample of forty-eight students from the second semester of middle school. This number is divided into two groups, group A and group B, and the researcher takes these two groups because group A is the experimental group and group B is the control group. From this, the researcher makes 24 students in the experimental class and 24 students in the control class. As for analyzing the data using a statistical method, SPSS 18, and the population size was 56 and 48 people were sampled. The result on the effect of the crossword language game is the reciprocal hypothesis, that is, the result in the t-test is 4.51 greater, while the result in the t-table is 02.01063.

Abstract

Class climate is one of the factors that affect Arabic language learning, especially listening proficiency. This factor will become a bigger problem when not given full attention to it. This research presents the results of an empirical study on the correlation of classroom climate with listening proficiency. This study aims to determine the correlation between classroom climate and Arabic listening proficiency in class IX Tsanawiyah MTs Sabilul Mukminin Tanjung Anom Deli Serdang students. This research is a type of research using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique to test the hypothesis is done by statistical calculation of spearman rank correlation. Will this research answer the hypothesis of this study? This will be answered after the researcher analyzes the data using spearman rank correlation statistics because the data in this study is ordinal scale.

Abstract

Hubungan sosial merupakan interaksi antara individu atau kelompok yang terjadi dalam konteks sosial. Ini mencakup cara individu saling berkomunikasi, bertindak, dan mempengaruhi satu sama lain dalam berbagai situasi sosial. Panti sosial merupakan lembaga yang berperan penting dalam memberikan perlindungan, perawatan, dan pendidikan bagi anak-anak yang kehilangan pengasuhan orang tua. Dalam penelitian ini kami ingin mengetahui lebih lanjut tentang dinamika interaksi sosial yang terjadi antara Warga Binaan Sosial dan Staf dalam lingkungan Panti Sosial Asuhan Anak Putra Utama 3. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh wawasan yang komprehensif akan interaksi sosial yang terjadi di dalam panti, serta untuk memahami persepsi serta pengalaman penghuni dan staf terkait dengan dinamika ini. Dan dapat mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi interaksi sosial, tantangan yang dihadapi, dan peluang untuk meningkatkan hubungan sosial yang positif antara penghuni dan staf. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Creswell mengatakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif adalah pendekatan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau menjelaskan fenomena secara rinci dan mendalam. Pendekatan ini berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap konteks, perspektif, dan pengalaman individu atau kelompok yang terlibat dalam penelitian. Lokasi penelitian yang dijadikan objek kajian ini adalah Panti Sosial Asuhan Anak Putra Utama 3 Duren Sawit yang berlokasi Jl. Swadaya Raya No.100, RT.3/RW.5, Duren Sawit, Kec. Duren Sawit, Kota Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta. Terdapat hubungan sosial yang positif antara warga binaan sosial dan staf di Panti Sosial Anak Asuhan Putra Utama 3. Warga binaan sosial merasakan keakraban, perasaan nyaman, dan dukungan emosional yang penting yang diberikan oleh staf.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of the Al-Fatih Islamic Elementary School and find out the curriculum used. In this research the author uses historical methods or historical methods. The historical method consists of data collection, source criticism, interpretation and finally historiography. The research approaches used in this research are the geographical approach, sociological approach, educational approach and historical education. The results of this research are 1) Al-Fatih Islamic Elementary School or abbreviated as SD I Al-Fatih was founded in 2014 and is located at Jln. Medan-Tanjung Morawa Gg. Darmo KM. 13.5 Hamlet VII Bangun Sari Village. From the first year to the fourth year, namely 2014-2017, the principal was Ustad Indra Rustam, M.Ag. Then from 2018 until now, the principal was Ustad Ahmad Solihin, S.HI. and received accreditation in 2019 with accreditation B. Currently this school has 276 students. 2) the curriculum used at this Islamic Elementary School is Curriculum 13 and focuses on the Tahfid program, which is mandatory in every class. The number of subjects is 16 lessons, namely: a) Tahfidz, b) Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK), c) Arabic, d) Hadith, e) Aqidah Akhlak, f) Indonesian, g) Mathematics, h) Fiqh , i) Qur'an Hadith, j) Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn), k) Arts and Culture, l) History of Islamic Culture (SKI), m) Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS), n) English, o) Social Sciences (IPS), and p) Social Sciences (IPA).

هدف البحث لمعرفة تأثير استخدام اللعبة اللغوية "كرة المفردات" على استيعاب المفردات في الصف الأول في معهد دار المخلصين سي رامباه بداغاي. والمنهجية المستخدمة هي بمدخل الكمي بالنوع التجريبي مع التصميم مع تصميم البحث True Eksperimental النوع Posttest-Only Contro Design . وطريقة تحليل البيانات هي طريقة الإحصائية و باستخدام برنامج .SPSS 22 ووُجدت النتيجة في استخدام لعبة "كرة المفردات" في الفصل التجريبي بتقدير"جيد جدا" بمعدل النتيجة 75،81. ودرجة قدرة الطلاب بغير استخدام لعبة كرة المفردات في الفصل الضابطي بتقدير "جيد" بمعدل النتيجة 46،75. وجدت الباحثة أن النتيجة 3،306 أكبر من النتيجة وفي معيار 5 في نتيجة 5 % هي 2،069 وفي معيار 1 في نتيجة 1 % هي 2،807. ولذلك يكون فرض التبادلية Alternatif (Ha) مقبولة والعدمية Nihil (Ho) مردودة. فالخلاصة أن الفرض التبادلية Alternatif (Ha) مقبولة والعدمية Nihil (Ho) مردودة.

Abstract

Judi online digital telah menjadi salah satu tantangan serius di era digital yang berkembang pesat. Dengan kemudahan akses internet dan perangkat pintar, masyarakat di berbagai kalangan, termasuk di Komplek Graha Indah Pamulang 2, semakin rentan terhadap bahaya judi online. Aktivitas ini tidak hanya berdampak buruk pada individu pelakunya, seperti kecanduan dan kehancuran finansial, tetapi juga memicu dampak sosial yang lebih luas, seperti konflik keluarga, menurunnya produktivitas, dan gangguan kesejahteraan komunitas. Oleh karena itu, edukasi mengenai bahaya judi online menjadi langkah strategis untuk mencegah dampak negatif yang dapat merusak tatanan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap risiko yang ditimbulkan oleh judi online sekaligus memberikan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang konkret. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, kegiatan ini melibatkan sosialisasi langsung, diskusi kelompok, dan penyebaran media edukasi berupa pamflet digital dan video informatif. Berbagai materi yang disampaikan mencakup pengenalan terhadap modus operandi judi online, dampaknya terhadap individu dan keluarga, serta strategi untuk melindungi diri, seperti pengelolaan keuangan yang bijak dan pemanfaatan teknologi secara positif. Respon masyarakat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman terhadap risiko yang dihadapi, serta kesediaan untuk mengadopsi langkah-langkah pencegahan tersebut. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi merupakan salah satu cara efektif untuk mengurangi risiko penyebaran judi online di lingkungan masyarakat. Selain memberikan pengetahuan, edukasi ini juga membangun kesadaran kolektif untuk melawan pengaruh negatif judi online secara bersama-sama. Rekomendasi utama dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya kerjasama yang lebih erat antara masyarakat, tokoh setempat, lembaga pendidikan, dan pemerintah untuk menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung pencegahan judi online secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, masyarakat diharapkan dapat hidup dalam lingkungan yang lebih sehat, produktif, dan harmonis tanpa ancaman dari bahaya judi online.
