Abstract

Abstract One of the most rapid and consistent business developments is the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) business. More and more local and foreign products are emerging. Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) fills an industry. One of them is that there are several areas in Indonesia that have abundant water resources such as the Umbulan spring in the Winongan District, Pasuruan Regency, which is one of the few with the world's best springs which has been a bone of contention since the Dutch era until now. with the existence of many water resources, not only the community wants to manage it, the company also includes AMDK Malika, AMDK Santri, and AMDK AQUA. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze a variable halal label, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions for malika mineral water in the Winongan sub-district. The population in this study are consumers of malika mineral water in the Winongan district. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. partially halal label has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously the halal label, brand image, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Halal Label, Brand Image, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of the management at the Malang Raya Commissariat. This study uses the type of explanatory research with quantitative methods. The population in this study was a member of the Malang Raya Commissariat of Tanaszaha Organization. The sampling method in this study uses probability sampling with a type of proportionalate stratified random sampling technique, in this study the sample amounted to 54 respondents through the Google Form in accordance with the formula used, namely the Slovin formula. Data analysis in this study uses the assistance of SPSS 25.0 analysis aims to test the influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of the management. In this study results in work motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of the management, work disciplines have a positive and significant significant effect on the performance of the management, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the management and for the influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment The performance of the management of Tanaszahha Commissariat Malang Raya is 74.2% and the remaining 25.8% is influenced by other variables that are not in the study. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Management Performance

Abstract

Abstract Ice cream is a cold food made from milk which is widely consumed by the public as a thirst quenching snack. In this modern era and people's large purchasing power, ice cream entrepreneurs in Indonesia are competing to market their products, they create uniqueness starting from the process of making ice cream to the choices of flavors available. Especially with climatic conditions that affect consumer buying interest, such as Indonesia with a tropical climate. One of them is Ice Cream Mixue which was able to attract many consumers at the beginning of its presence. Mixue strives to create quality products and have more value than other products. It has been proven that since the beginning of 2022 until now, Mixue has managed to expand its outlets to remote areas of Malang. Entrepreneurs compete competitively in maintaining their companies, one of the factors is repurchase. therefore to increase the supporting factors of interest in repurchasing ice cream mixue such as price, brand image, and product quality. This research was conducted to determine the effect of price, brand image and product quality on repeat purchases. The study population was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Malang Islamic University who had bought ice cream mixue. This study uses 80 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS with multiple linear analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the variable price, brand image and product quality simultaneously influence the repurchase of Mixue ice cream. Keywords: Repurchase, Price, Brand Image And Product Quality.

Abstract

Abstract The role of employees is a driving factor for company goals. So that various companies strive to create optimal employee performance. With analysis factors that can encourage optimal employee performance, namely work experience and work ability. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of work experience and work ability on employee performance in the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Malang. The population in this study were all employees at Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Malang. In this study, we take the number of samples using Slovin's formula and get the calculation results with 64 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study show that simultaneously and partially work experience and work ability have a significant effect on employee performance in the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Malang. Keywords: Work experience, Work ability, and Performance

Abstract

Abstract Mobile banking is an application developed by banks to serve customers 24 hours a day. BRImo is a mobile banking application created by a bank from Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and feature availability on interest in using the BRImo application. explanatory research with a quantitative approach is used as the type of this research. 90 FEB UNISMA students class of 2019 is used as sample. Methods of the data collection using a questionnaire. While the method of data analysis using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security have a significant effect on interest in using the BRImo application. Meanwhile, feature availability has no effect and is not significant on interest in using the BRImo application. Keywords: Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Perceived of security, and Availability of features

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, brand love, brand trust and product quality on the decision to purchase ventella shoes in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019-2020. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 110 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that simultaneously brand image, brand love, brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Likewise partially brand image, brand love, brand trust, and product quality have a positive and significant effect. Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Love, Brand Trust, Product Quality, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, performance allowances, and work motivation on employee performance in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batu City.By using a sample of 48 people. Data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.This study also indicates that the results of the study show that simultaneously the variables of leadership style, performance allowances, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batu City.Based on the results of partial testing (t test) the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the performance allowance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batu City. Keywords: Leadership Style, Performance Benefits, and Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract  This research aimed to identify the effect of promotion via Instagram, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are promotion via Instagram, product quality, and price, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents who were Erigo consumers in Tajinan Malang District. The data collected using a questionnaire. The analysis method using a instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using the help of SPSS 25.0 computer software. The results of this study indicate that promotion via Instagram has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and promotion via Instagram, product quality, and price simultaneously have a significant positive affect on purchasing decisions. Keyword: promotion via Instagram, product quality, price, and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract Seeing the high potential value of the development of the Cake & Bakery Industry, of course this will have an impact on high demand and the emergence of new players from this industry. One such company is Citra Kendedes cake & bakery Malang. The purpose of research with this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to find out and analyze product quality, brand image, and price on consumer loyalty, either simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique, in which the sample selected was the respondent who purchased the product at the store more than once and also consumed the bakery product. Determining the number of samples using the Malhotra formula which then found a number of 100 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study product quality, brand image, and price simultaneously and partially have an influence on consumer loyalty. Keywords : Product Quality, Brand Image, Price, and Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of marketing strategy implementation, creative product innovation, and market orientation on the marketing performance of Food and Beverage MSMEs in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. Sampling in this study used Probability Sampling, which is a random sampling technique, where each member of the population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The data analysis methods used in this study are data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient test (Adjusted R2). Based on the research results in the multiple linear regression analysis test, it is known that the application of marketing strategy and orientation has a positive effect while creative product innovation has a negative effect and in the f test results it is known that the application of marketing strategy, creative product innovation, and market orientation simultaneously has a significant effect on the marketing performance of Eating and Drinking MSMEs in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. However, in the t test it is known that the application of marketing strategies and market orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance while creative product innovation has an insignificant effect.  Keywords : Marketing Strategy Implementation, Creative Product Innovation, Market Orientation, Marketing Performance
