Abstract

Erosi adalah proses pengikisan lapisan tanah yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh alih fungsi lahan yang awalnya berupa hutan, menjadi lahan yang digunakan sebagai kebun, sawah, dan perumahan penduduk. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan degradasi lahan dan menurunkan daya serap air pada tanah. Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Lae Kombih adalah salah satu daerah yang berpotensi terjadinya erosi. Sub DAS Lae Kombih berhulu di Sungai Sicike-cike, Desa Jambu Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat Sumut dan bermuara di Sungai Lae Soraya yang berlokasi di Desa Binanga Kecamatan Runding Kota Subulussalam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung besarnya laju erosi yang terjadi pada Sub DAS Lae Kombih. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation) untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi erosi jangka panjang yang terjadi pada Sub DAS Lae Kombih. Metode USLE memperhitungkan faktor erosivitas hujan (R), faktor erodibilitas tanah (K), faktor panjang-kemiringan lereng (LS), faktor tanaman penutup tanah, dan pengelolaan lahan (CP) terhadap erosi. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan besarnya jumlah erosi yaitu 227,117 ton/ha/thn. Berdasarkan hasil erosi tersebut, erosi pada Sub DAS Lae Kombih diklasifikasikan pada erosi kelas IV yang dikategorikan pada tingkat erosi berat dengan laju erosi 180 – 480 ton/ha/thn. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan tentang analisa erosi yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode USLE.

Abstract

Ruas Jalan Lipat Kajang yang terletak di Kota Subussalam Kecamatan Simpang Kanan merupakan salah satu jalan kolektor berdasarkan fungsinya. Ruas jalan tersebut sudah mengalami penurunan pelayanan karena telah mengalami kerusakan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pengecekan dan penilaian perkerasan. Tujuan di adakan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besar lendutan balik pada struktur perkerasan jalan, dan merencanakan tebal lapis tambah (overlay) berdasarkan metode lendutan menggunakan alat Benkelman Beam dengan umur rencana 10 tahun. Pengolahan data mengacu pada metode Manual Desain Perkerasan (MDP) 2017. Untuk pengambilan data lapangan berpedoman pada SNI 2416-2011-BB. Berdasarkan pengujian ini didapat nilai lendutan balik rata- rata (dR) sebesar 0,108 segmen I, LHR sebesar 1,96x106 ESA5 dan hasil analisis perhitungan overlay didapatkan untuk segmen I sebesar 10 mm untuk deformasi permanen dan 90 mm tebal maksimun overlay untuk mencegah retak lelah (fatigue).Benkelman Beam, Overlay, Reverse Deflection

Abstract

Krueng Meureudu adalah sungai yang terletak di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya yang seringkali terjadi permasalahan banjir disebabkan oleh curah hujan yang tinggi setiap musim hujan. Mengingat bahayanya bencana banjir yang terjadi di Krueng Meureudu, maka perlu dilakukan analisis debit banjir pada periode ulang tertentu. Penelitian analisis debit banjir dilakukan berdasarkan data curah hujan berupa metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis SCS (Soil Conservation Service) dan metode Melchior. Data hujan yang digunakan adalah data hujan tahun 2012-2021 dari 4 stasiun hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui debit banjir yang terjadi di Krueng Meureudu dengan periode ulang 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, dan 100 tahun. Hasil analisis debit banjir dengan metode HSS SCS didapat debit banjir dengan berbagai periode ulang yakni: Q2 = 770,03 m3/det, Q5 = 1281,24 m3/det, Q10 = 1635,79 m3/det, Q25 = 2090,94 m3/det, Q50 = 2432,89 m3/det, dan Q100 = 2775,24 m3/det. Metode Melchior menghasilkan debit banjir dengan berbagai periode ulang yakni: Q2 = 526,3 m3/det, Q5 = 733,94 m3/det, Q10 = 871,39 m3/det, Q25 = 1044,93 m3/det, Q50 = 1173,89 m3/det, dan Q100 = 1302,27 m3/det.

Abstract

Bendungan Tiro terletak di Kecamatan Tiro Truseb, Kabupaten Pidie. Dengan luas DAS sebesar ±175,14 km2 dan luas genangan pada ketinggian +122 m sebesar ± 116,5 ha. Sebuah bendungan pada umumnya memiliki pelimpah yang berfungsi untuk mengeluarkan debit air yang berlebih disaat bendungan tidak mampu menampung aliran yang masuk. Disaat terjadi banjir, bendungan mengalirkan debit banjir tersebut melalui pelimpah (spillway). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi penelusuran banjir yang terjadi pada pelimpah Bendungan Tiro, dengan menggunakan data inflow dari limpasan dasar dengan metode Mock dan limpasan langsung yang dihitung dengan metode HSS Nakayasu. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh limpasan dasar ( Qbase ) sebesar 3,80 m3/det dan debit banjir rencana pada periode ulang 1000 tahun yaitu Q1000 = 2442,89 m3/det. Penelusuran banjir dihitung dengan menggunakan metode level pool routing. Pada debit banjir rencana periode ulang 1000 tahun dengan debit sebesar 2442,89 m3/det yang terjadi pada jam ke 5, dilakukan penelusuran banjir dengan lebar rencana pelimpah sebesar 20 m dan koefisien pelimpah 2,1 diketahui bahwa pelimpah dapat mereduksi aliran keluar menjadi 452,64 m3/det dan memperlambat terjadinya aliran puncak pada jam ke 12. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan rujukan dalam perencanaan mitigasi banjir di sekitar Bendungan Tiro.

Abstract

Teurebeh Irrigation scheme is one of the promising irrigation areas in Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province. It is also one of the buffers in the agricultural sector, covering 750 hectares of agricultural area. However, the construction has shrunk over time, and the evaluation at the end of 2020 classified it as "Poor Performance and Requiring Attention." This study aims to determine the handling priority for the irrigation networks at the Teurebeh Irrigation scheme. Data on irrigation network inventory was used as input. The determination of handling priority was conducted using the MannWhitney method. The ranking for determining the priority of irrigation assets is based on the condition and function of the irrigation assets. ArcGIS and Google Earth software were used to determine the condition and handling of all assets. The results show that the handling priority levels are between the primary and secondary channels. The priority for handling irrigation structure in the secondary channel is for two tapping structures, and one divider structure are ranked 1 to 3. They must be fixed immediately as severe to moderately damaged conditions are not functioning correctly. Furthermore, the priority for handling irrigation structure in the primary channel is for two bridges, and one divider structure are within priority 1 to 3. The Mann-Whitney test on the proposed hypothesis comparing the urgency level between the two channels is insignificant, indicating no significant difference between the handling of primary and secondary channels, as both have similar conditions and functions. The results are expected to contribute to decision-making at the Irrigation Department in designing proposals for renovating irrigation networks.

Abstract

Floods often hit Aceh Province, especially in Aceh Besar District, Jeumpet Ajuen Village, Darul Imarah District. The main cause of flooding is high rainfall intensity which causes drainage channels to be unable to accommodate water discharge. This study aims to determine the flood discharge, the existing capacity of the channel, and the condition of the drainage channel based on the flood discharge and the existing capacity. The channel under review is the primary channel in Jeumpet Ajuen Village. Primary data was obtained through direct measurement of drainage channel dimensions, while secondary data was in the form of maximum daily rainfall from three rainfall stations in Aceh Besar District. The method used is the modified rational method for hydrological analysis and the HEC-RAS 6.0 application for hydraulic analysis. Data on planned flood discharge and existing dimensions were inputted into HEC-RAS. The discharges entered were discharges with a return period of 5 years and 10 years. HEC-RAS results showed that all review points experienced runoff, especially the left channel with runoff ranging from 0,99 meters to 3,65 meters for a 10-year return period. The existing capacity of the drainage channel is greater than the planned flood discharge, which is Qs = 14,797 m3/det greater than Qt = 9,248 m3/det. However, the existing capacity experiences runoff because the channel discharge is very large for the existing channel dimensions.

Abstract

Gampong Luthu Lamweu is located in Sukamakmur District, Aceh Besar Regency. This village is one of the villages in Aceh Besar that is facing stunting problem. Poor sanitation has linked to the incidence of stunting in children. Good sanitation not only prevents infectious diseases but also helps ensure the children to have a healthy environment to grow and develop optimally, thereby reducing the risk of stunting. Based on the census conducted in 2020, Gampong Luthu Lamweu consists of 142 families where 61% of the community are included in KK Prasejahtera, which means that the community experiences difficulties in meeting their basic living needs. Based on observations at Gampong Luthu Lamweu, there are several sanitation facilities and infrastructure in inadequate condition, such as clean water facilities and damaged drainage, as well as poor toilets. This could be a reason that contributes to health problems in the village. It is necessary to provide adequate facilities and infrastructure, but public education needs to be carried out as an effort to educate the public about the importance of sanitation and personal hygiene as well as practical ways to maintain cleanliness. This needs to be accompanied by improvements from the government to improve sanitation facilities in Gampong Luthu Lamweu so that it can support the government's program to reduce stunting rates.

Abstract

Bencana alam banjir dapat terjadi karena limpasan air sungai yang keluar dari alur sungai saat kapasitas sungai tidak mampu menampung aliran yang terjadi. Banjir akibat luapan air sungai juga terjadi di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Tripa, Aceh. Banjir yang terus berulang menimbulkan keresahan bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar daerah Sungai Krueng Tripa. Maka dari itu diperlukan kajian untuk melihat sebaran genangan banjir akibat dari meluapnya Sungai Krueng Tripa. Dalam menetapkan sebaran genangan banjir diperlukan analisis banjir rencana dengan metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis Soil Conservation Service (SCS) yang menghasilkan nilai debit banjir maksimum pada periode ulang 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, dan 100 tahun ialah sebesar 1273,35 m/dt, 2092,41 m/dt, 2670,03 m/dt, 3361,64 m/dt, 4036,57 m/dt, dan 4664,72 m/dt. Hasil perhitungan debit banjir di-input kedalam software HEC-RAS 2D dengan aliran unsteady flow dan menghasilkan luasan sebaran genangan banjir pada setiap periode ulang sebesar 41,29 km, 68,14 km, 86,66 km, 108,35 km, 128,58 km, dan 142,54 km. Pembentukan peta genangan banjir dibantu dengan software ArcGIS 10.8.2. Validasi genangan banjir hasil pemodelan HEC-RAS dengan titik sebaran banjir didapatkan persentase genangan banjir pada setiap periode ulang menggenangi 3,45%, 27,59%, 46,55%, 77,59%, 82,76%, dan 91,38% titik sebaran banjir di DAS Tripa.

Abstract

Abstract The Peusangan Watershed is a watershed located in Aceh Province. According to data from the Aceh Irrigation Agency, the downstream area of ​​the Peusangan Watershed frequently experiences flooding, resulting in environmental damage and significant economic losses. Flood management efforts that have been undertaken include the construction of retaining walls. Furthermore, studies are needed to assess the inundation conditions, including flood inundation modeling using HEC-RAS 2D unsteady flow software and ArcGIS 10.5 for mapping the affected areas. The modeling results indicate that the flood inundation areas for return periods of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 years are, respectively, 37,38 km², 78,13 km², 95,17 km², 112,82 km², 120,67 km², and 126,28 km². The model validation of flood distribution points for each return period was 28,57%, 66,67%, 71,43%, 76,19%, 90,48%, and 90,48%, respectively. The mapping results based on the classification of downstream sub-districts with return periods of 2, 5, 10, and 25 years inundated two sub-districts, namely Peusangan Selatan Sub-district and Peusangan Siblah Krueng Sub-district, while the return periods of 50 and 100 years inundated three sub-districts, including Peusangan Sub-district. Abstract

Sinabang Ferry Port serves as a vital transportation hub connecting Simeulue Island with the mainland Sumatra, especially in serving remote and underdeveloped areas. As passenger traffic increases, evaluating service quality becomes crucial to support port management improvements and increase user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the level of service at Sinabang Ferry Port based on user satisfaction and identify service attributes that need to be prioritized for quality improvement. The data were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method with five dimensions of service quality, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The number of respondents was set at 156 people using the Slovin formula based on the average weekly number of passengers. The results showed that the level of user satisfaction with Sinabang Ferry Port services obtained an average level of suitability (LoS) score of 85,13%, indicating that user may dissatisfaction with port services and the need for improvements. The attributes that need to be prioritized (Quadrant I) include facilities for people with disabilities, pregnant women, and the elderly, information about terminal layout, departures and arrivals, and the availability of security equipment, such as CCTV. Furthermore, the tangibles, reliability, and assurance dimensions require significant attention to enhance service quality. These results provide essential insights for port authorities in formulating targeted and sustainable strategies to strengthen ferry service management and support regional accessibility.
