Abstract

Kabupaten Bekasi memiliki salah satu kawasan industri yang terbesar di Indonesia yaitu Kawasan Industri Jababeka Cikarang yang telah memberikan fasilitas angkutan karyawan bagi tenaga kerjanya. Namun kenyataannya angkutan karyawan yang ada belum bisa mengakomodir seluruh karyawan yang ada di kawasan industri tersebut khususnya Kawasan Industri Jababeka I Cikarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting kinerja operasional dan pelayanan angkutan karyawan, mengetahui tingkat kepuasan dan kepentingan menurut persepsi pengguna jasa, serta membuat rekomendasi guna peningkatan pelayanan angkutan karyawan di kawasan industri Jababeka I Cikarang. Kajian ini menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu ada 2 jalan utama yang dilalui angkutan karyawan yaitu jalan tol dan jalan biasa,ada 9 rute dengan jumlah armada sebanyak 120 yang melayani 14 perusahaan di Kawasan Industri Jababeka I Cikarang. Dari hasil analisis dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis terdapat 10 variabel sebagai prioritas utama perbaikan (Kuadran I). Kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linier hasilnya hanya ada 7 variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelayanan angkutan karyawan dengan R 2 = 0,934 dan persamaan regresi linier berganda : Y = 2,034 + 1,621X2 + 1,039X4 + 1,311X5 + 0,829 X6 + 1,046X7 + 1,877X8 + 1,619X10. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa 3 variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelayanan angkutan karyawan yaitu yang pertama variabel X8 (Fasilitas Kebersihan( Tong Sampah)), yang kedua variabel X2 (Keterampilan Mengemudikan Kendaraan), dan yang ketiga variabel X10 (Umur Kendaraan).

Abstract

Perubahan intensitas penggunaan lahan di kawasan perkotaan membuat banyaknya muncul fenomena pembangunan kota – kota mandiri. Kota mandiri pada kawasan perkotaan seperti kawasan Pakuwon memicu munculnya perubahan pada pola pergerakan perjalanan seperti bangkitan dan tarikan perjalanan. Keberadaan Pakuwon Mall yang berada di Jalan Pakuwon Indah sebagai salah satu mall terbesar di Indonesia serta Pakuwon City dalam pengembangan sebagai kota mandiri dimana salah satunya yaitu memberikan dampak yang cukup besar pada jalan utama tersebut. Sehingga, perubahan pola pergerakan tersebut mempengaruhi kinerja transportasi pada wilayah sekitar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan lahan terhadap bangkitan dan tarikan pergerakan di sekitar Kawasan Pakuwon tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan mengidentifkasi kondisi tata guna lahan dan transportasi pada kawasan tersebut, kemudian dilakukan analisis bangkitan dan tarikan, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja transportasi di Kawasan kota mandiri tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola penggunaan lahan di wilayah studi adalah mixed use area dan cenderung berbentuk linear mengikuti pola jaringan jalan. Setiap tata guna lahan akan menimbulkan pola bangkitan dan tarikan yang berbeda, bangkitan pergerakan yang ditimbulkan sangat besar dimana bangkitan yang dihasilkan untuk Pakuwon City sebesar 153,728 smp/jam dan Pakuwon Mall sebesar 177,080 smp/jam sedangkan tarikan yang dihasilkan untuk Pakuwon City sebesar 153,583 smp/jam dan Pakuwon Mall sebesar 150,492 smp/jam, sehingga Pakuwon City dan Pakuwon Mall berpengaruh terhadap kinerja lalu lintas di sekitar.

Abstract

Accidents often occur with several influencing factors and often repeat at a point which is often referred to as an accident-prone area. Accident-prone areas must be supported by the design of a road equipment geographic information system to make it easier to find out road equipment around the place. Balangan Regency is one of the areas in the province of South Kalimantan, it is in a strategic position because it is a crossing route between regions and the route to the province of East Kalimantan. To improve service to existing traffic, one of the efforts made is to improve the quality of road equipment. The problems that occur in the data and management system at the Balangan Regency Transportation Office can now be said to be bad and not up to date. In addition, there are many roads that are not equipped with signs and in accident-prone areas do not have adequate road equipment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the need for signs on roads in Balangan Regency and the needs for road equipment in accident-prone areas. The results of the analysis are displayed using the Geographic Information System method in the ArcGIS 10.3 application, the results of which are to facilitate the Department of Transportation in carrying out maintenance and decision making in planning road equipment as an effort to improve transportation services and safety in Balangan Regency.

Abstract

The Jatimulya Bekasi LRT station has an important role as a public transportation hub, and the surrounding pedestrian facilities need to be assessed to meet the needs of users. Dissatisfaction with pedestrian facilities can hinder the success of the public transportation system. This study aims to assess satisfaction with pedestrian facilities at the station. The method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), which groups service attributes based on importance and performance. Assessments were carried out on 24 facility attributes in accordance with the Minimum Service Standards, including pedestrian paths, crossing facilities, surveillance cameras, security officers, waiting areas, and facilities for the disabled. The results of the analysis showed that 84.4% of service attributes had met expectations, while 15.6% still needed improvement. The four attributes that need immediate improvement are crossing facilities, CCTV security systems, waiting areas for advanced transport, and pedestrian path design. Recommendations for improvement include improving crossing facilities, installing CCTV and adequate lighting, providing comfortable waiting areas with shade facilities, and designing pedestrian lanes that separate vehicles and pedestrians to ensure smooth traffic and safety.

Abstract

Kota Malang menghadapi tantangan transportasi perkotaan yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini sebagai respons terhadap permasalahan transportasi di Kota Malang, dengan tujuan utama merancang rute Busway Terpadu yang efektif dan efisien sebagai solusi Angkutan Umum Massal (SAUM) yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan metodologis campuran. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui analisis pola pergerakan penduduk, tata ruang kota, dan kondisi infrastruktur jalan. Selain itu, survei primer dilakukan untuk menangkap preferensi dan kebutuhan masyarakat terkait transportasi umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 60,6 persen responden menyatakan minat yang besar untuk menggunakan layanan angkutan umum massal. Minat ini bergantung pada pemenuhan kebutuhan dan standar pelayanan yang diharapkan pengguna transportasi umum. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap angkutan umum massal merupakan potensi keberhasilan implementasi sistem Busway Terpadu. Rute terpilih, Skenario II, menunjukkan keunggulan berdasarkan kriteria evaluasi yang ditetapkan, menjadikannya alternatif yang paling layak untuk meningkatkan konektivitas dan efisiensi transportasi antara Lawang dan Kepanjen.
