Abstract

Media pembelajaran yang berkualitas akan menghasilkan minat belajar yang tinggi dan daya fikir yang kreatif, terutama pada anak usia dini. Pada dasarnya usia anak prasekolah atau yang disebut “golden age”, sangat peka dan sensitif terhadap terhadap keinginan mengenal benda dan objek-objek baru yang ada disekitarnya baik melalui penglihatan maupun pendengaran. Pada usia ini anak sangat membutuhkan pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang mudah, menarik dan mengandung unsure game (permainan) sehingga akan menumbuhkan minat belajar bagi anak usia pra sekolah terutama dalam pengenalan huruf dan angka. Selama ini sistem pembelajaran di taman kanak-kanak secara umum masih menggunakan sistem konvensional yang masih menggunakan media peraga kertas gambar dan papan tulis yang mengakibatkan siswa sering merasa bosan dan motivasi belajarnya berkurang. Untuk mengatasi hal ini maka perlu dilakukan sosialisasi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis mobile learning kepada guru-guru yang mengajar di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) maupun Taman Kanak-kanak (TK). Sehinga metode belajar yang diterapkan untuk murid lebih kreatif, inovatif dan inteaktif. Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini, diharapkan minat belajar siswa PAUD dan TK akan semakin meningkat dan mutu pembelajaran akan semakin tinggi.

Abstract

In today's era of open information, society's need for information is increasingly urgent and important. This encourages various elements of society to demand their basic rights, especially the right to obtain information. The public's need for information is a basic right for every person in order to develop their personal qualities and in order to live their social life. Social media or what is also known as social networking is part of new media. It is clear that the interactive content in new media is very high, thus allowing a lot of misuse in conveying information and messages which results in misinformation among fellow social media users and even gives rise to misguided understandings (hoaxes) and hate speech. For this reason, policy and intelligence are needed in using social media so that the information sent and received is quality information and not misleading. By carrying out socialization and counseling wisely and intelligently using social media among the community, it is hoped that it can help the community (especially in Simanindo Village, Simanindo sub-district, Samosir Regency) in using good, healthy and high-quality social media.

Abstract

Sumatra Theological College (STT) is one of the educational institutions that provides scholarships to students every year. This is of course with the aim to ease the burden of student education costs. At the beginning of each semester of the new school year, STT Sumatra selects students who are eligible for scholarships. This selection process requires accuracy and time, because student data will be compared with the scholarship criteria one by one. The purpose of this scholarship is to help students obtain proper educational services in tertiary institutions. Selection of scholarship recipients is carried out by a scholarship selection committee. The process of determining scholarship recipients goes through several stages and uses conventional methods. Several problems were found including the long time in the process of selecting scholarships for the underprivileged, difficulties in determining scholarship recipients. .So we need an application that can help determine scholarship recipients. Then a decision support application for determining underprivileged scholarship recipients was designed. The aim is to assist the decision-making process in determining scholarship recipients. This decision support application for scholarship recipients uses the Fuzzy Logic method as a method that will process the results of student assessments which will produce a ranking from the largest to the smallest, with this method decision making becomes easier.

Abstract

The AHP method is a way to break down complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy. The AHP method was first proposed by Thomas L. Saaty, a simple and efficient method for identifying solutions from a set of alternatives. In this study, all applicants for assistance obtained based on a predetermined quota are entitled to receive assistance with a size that matches the weight obtained from the AHP. The method used to solve this research problem uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The programming language used is Visual Basic, which is useful for processing data into information, and Cristal Report as a medium for reporting. This decision support system seeks priority recipients of financial assistance for victims of natural disasters. The application of the decision support system seeks solutions in determining the provision of financial assistance to victims of natural disasters with criteria for the category of casualties, damage categories, building types, and land status categories.
