Abstract

NBO Prabumulih Store is a store that sells various kinds of men's and women's clothing, NBO Prabumulih Store is located in North Prabumulih District, precisely in Anak Petai Village. Currently, NBO Prabumulih Store does not have a cashier application for managing payment transactions, so the purpose of this study is to build a cashier application to facilitate payment transactions at NBO Prabumulih Store. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and literature studies, data sources consist of primary data and secondary data, while for the system development method using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, the system design tool used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The design of this application uses the PHP (Processor Hypertext) programming language, MySQL Database and Coding using Visual Studio Code

Abstract

Pengelolaan bursa kerja SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih belum tersistem dengan baik. Informasi lowongan yang dibagikan melalui link google form di group WhatsApp, sehingga pelamar harus mengisi data yang sama secara berulang-ulang untuk setiap perusahaan dan siswa yang tidak memiliki nomor WhatsApp pengurus tidak dapat mengakses informasi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah Sistem Informasi Bursa Kerja Pada SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih berbasis web untuk mempermudah petugas dalam pengelolaan data dan penyampaian informasi lowongan kepada alumni pencari kerja. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, sedangkan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan penulis adalah bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Development (RAD). Serta menggunakan alat bantu perancangan yaitu bahasa pemodelan UML untuk memudahkan desain aplikasi.

Abstract

Wedding Organizer is one of the service fields related to wedding parties to form all wedding preparation activities. This Wedding Organizer provides various needs needed by the bride and groom including tents, chairs, delivery boxes, wedding decorations, wedding dresses and various other wedding packages needed. In the Wedding Organizer Pelaminan Hantaran Aulia service, there is a problem with the promotion and ordering system that is carried out. Where the dissemination of information in offering or promoting Wedding Organizers is incomplete using social media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the queue service information system at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of Prabumulih City using the COBIT 5 framework. The background of this research lies in the need to improve efficiency and the quality of public services through a reliable information system. The research method employed is descriptive with a case study approach. Data were collected through surveys and interviews, then analyzed using relevant COBIT 5 domains. The findings reveal several weaknesses in the existing queue system, such as issues of reliability and efficiency. Based on these results, several improvement measures are recommended to enhance the performance and service quality of Disdukcapil. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of applying COBIT 5 in auditing and managing information systems for public service delivery.

Abstract

Administrative services in Jiwa Baru Village are still handled manually, causing delays, data errors, and inefficiency. This study aims to develop a web-based administrative information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. RAD was chosen for its speed and iterative approach involving active user participation. The system includes features for document requests and digital archiving. Data were collected through interviews and observations in Jiwa Baru Village. The system was evaluated using black-box testing. The results show that the system improves service efficiency, reduces errors, and provides easier data access for both village officials and residents. This system supports more modern and transparent public service delivery.

Abstract

Muara  Cipta  Baru  Housing  is  currently  still  conducting  marketing  manually  through  the  distribution  of  brochures  and  word-of-mouth,  resulting  in  limited  marketing  reach  and  less  effective  information  delivery.  To  improve  information  dissemination  and  make  things  simpler  for  prospective  buyers  to  acquire  data  regarding  house  types,  prices,  and  locations,  a  marketing  system  of  information  that  is  accesible  widely  and  quickly  is  required.  This  study  attempts  for  create  a  web-based  on  housing  advertising  system of information  utilizing  the  prototype  technique,  which  allows  the  system  development  process  to  be  carried  out  interactively  through  stages  of  requirement  communication,  rapid  design,  user  evaluation,  and  iterative  improvements  until  a  system  that  meets  needs  is  prodused.
