Abstract

The purpose of this reseach were to determine: (a) Motivation, Discipline of Spiritual Intelligence and Employees productivity, (b) How the influence of Motivation, Discipline and Spiritual Intelligence on Employees productivity together. (c) How is the effect of motivation, discipline and spiritual intelligence on employees productivity partially at PT PLN (Persero) Tasikmalaya City and Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is the census method. The study found that: (a) The motivation variable is in the good category, and discipline, spiritual intelligence and employee employees productivity are in the very good category. (b) Together, there is a significant influence between motivation, discipline, spiritual intelligence on employee employees productivity. (c) Partially there is a significant positive effect between motivation, discipline, spiritual intelligence on employees productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the effectiveness of color recognition activities in enhancing the cognitive abilities of early childhood children at RA Syifaul Qalbi Jumantono. Children are expected to be able to recognize various colors, conduct color mixing experiments, and produce other colors. They should be able to name primary and mixed colors, state the results of color mixing, and recount the color mixing process. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method with classroom action research. Data was collected through observation of children's activities during the sessions, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the application of experimental methods in color recognition at RA Syifaul Qalbi Jumantono was successful. The achievements according to the lesson plans and syllabi were acceptable to teachers and students in conducting activities involving color mixing experiments using materials such as bond paper, colored water, and straws. Activities were carried out using planning and implementation systems. This finding emphasizes the significant role of color recognition activities in the cognitive development of early childhood. The practical implication of this research underscores the importance of incorporating color recognition stimulating activities into the early childhood education curriculum to strengthen their cognitive development.

Abstract

Permainan bulutangkis merupakan olahraga raket yang dimainkan 2 orang lawan (buat tunggal) atau dua pasang (buat ganda), yang mengambil posisi berlawanan di bidang lapangan yang dibagi dua oleh sebuah jaring (net) dimana raket menjadi tongkatnya dan shuttlecock sebagai objek pukulannya.. Tujuan permainan bulutangkis artinya berusaha mengembalikan shuttlecock ke bidang permainan lawan, mengupayakan lawan kesulitan untuk mengembalikan shuttlecock serta memenangkan permainan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan desain kuantitatif dan kuasi-empiris untuk mendemonstrasikan eksperimen sistematis dan berdasarkan fakta mengenai pengaruh latihan kaki terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan pemain bulutangkis. Sampel yg digunakan ialah atlet putra PB Kusuma sebanyak 18 orang. Program perlakuan atau treatment dilakukan dengan frekuensi 3 sesi dalam seminggu selama 6 minggu. Hasil pre-test oleh Shapiro Wilk mengembalikan data normal. Pre-test menggunakan memakai uji Levene diperoleh data asal populasi yg sama/seragam. Perhitungan uji impak menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan (α = lima%) diperoleh yang akan terjadi nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 buat kelincahan dan kecepatan. Kesimpulan yang didapat berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik yaitu latihan footwork berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan pemain bulu tangkis PB Kusuma.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the competence of automotive workshop MSMEs in mastering microcontroller-based starter system technology, enabling them to adapt to the era of vehicle digitalization. The program was carried out through several stages: identification of training needs, delivery of basic theory on microcontrollers and starter systems, practical sessions in module assembly and programming, followed by mentoring and evaluation. The results of the evaluation showed an 85% increase in participants’ understanding of the digital starter system concept, an 80% improvement in module assembly and programming skills, and a 75% increase in readiness to apply innovative starter systems in workshop services. The novelty of this activity lies in the development of a more applicable digital starter system model tailored to the needs of small-scale workshops. The implementation emphasized a participatory, practice-based approach using learning by doing. Participants, mainly workshop owners and technicians, were guided step by step from component recognition, software operation with Arduino IDE, to the prototyping of functional microcontroller-based starter systems. To ensure sustainability, the program also provided training modules, video tutorials, and online mentoring, allowing participants to continue practicing independently after the training. Beyond improving technical competence, this activity also fostered an innovative mindset among participants, making them more confident to provide modern, technology-oriented services. In the long term, the program is expected to enhance the competitiveness of automotive MSMEs, strengthen customer trust, and build collaborative networks between higher education institutions and local workshops in supporting vocational education and digital transformation.
