Abstract

A field experiment on aphid predation was. conducted at Lebah Bulus,Jakarta, Indonesia, using a predator bettle, Chilomenes sexmaculata, to obtain information of the beetles feeding performance to its prey, Aphis medicaginia. The experiment was done using an exclussion methode. The result indicates that the aphid population in the caged pods increased remarhabiy up to maximum number when the alate individuals uiere produced. While the aphid populations on the uncaged pods increased tiery slightly due to contineus predc tion by the beetles. The difference between the aphid lumber on the caged and uncaged pods indicates thenumber of theaphids eaten by the beetles.

Abstract

Various biological aspects o/Telenomus sp.(Hymenoptera: Scelionidae) an eggs parasite of the rice stem borer Scirpophaga incertulas (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) was conducted in the Pest Laboratory for Crop Institute, Bogor, Indonesia.The results showed that the parasite is solitary in habit and mainly live in eggs of the rice stem borer.The arfu Telenomus could maintain longer life span (3.4 days) in the cage and produced a large number of progenies (29.4 individuals) when they were given food of 10% honey solution compared to those which were given only water (2.1 days of life span, and 22.4 individual progenies).The parasite life span and the number of progenies were the least (1.8 days of life span, and 18.8 individual progenies) when they were treated without any food.The number of progeny was also the greatest when they were provided with one day old of stem borer eggs (45.87 individuals), while the number of progeny declined when they were provided with 2 days (36.93 individual progenies) and 3 days (24.87 individual progenies) old stem borer eggs respectively. Pairs of day old parasites are able to parasite more host eggs compared to that of successive days old parasites.The sex ratimf 2$ : 2$ produced more progenies compared to that with the sex ratio IS : 2$ and 2$ : lQ.Parthenogenetic reproduction in arfu Telenomus parasite being tested resulted in the male progenies only.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation and change management on the performance of investigators at the Ditreskrimum Polda Bali in implementing the Electronic Investigation Management (E-MP) application. The research focuses on understanding the extent to which these factors affect investigative effectiveness and identifying key drivers of investigator performance improvement in a digital system. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected from 128 investigators at Ditreskrimum Polda Bali through questionnaires and analyzed using multinomial logistic regression. The analysis included the Likelihood Ratio Test, Wald Test, and Pseudo R-Square to assess model significance and explanatory power. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was applied to address multicollinearity and enhance regression model stability. The findings indicate that digital transformation and change management significantly influence investigator performance. The Nagelkerke R-Square value of 0.866 suggests that the model explains 86.6% of variability in investigator performance. Furthermore, the Likelihood Ratio Test results confirm that predictor variables have a significant impact on the dependent variable with a p-value < 0.05. the regression equation is as follows ln(P(Y=0)P(Y=1))=β0+β1X1+β2X2. In conclusion, effective implementation of digital transformation and change management positively contributes to improved investigator performance in the use of E-MP. Therefore, enhancing digital technology training and strengthening change management strategies are highly recommended to optimize the utilization of E-MP in investigative environments.

Abstract

Pendidikan tidak terlepas dari pentingnya peran guru. Guru dalam pendidikan tidak hanya berperan sebagai pengajar ataupun pendidik melainkan juga guru memiliki multi peran seperti, pengajar dan pendidik, guru sebagai fasilitator dan mediator, pembimbing dan motivator, pengelola pembelajaran dan sumber belajar, orangtua dan teladan, serta evaluator dan demonstrator. Namun pada kenyataannya tidak semua guru dapat menjalankan perannya dengan baik dalam proses pembelajaran misalnya penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang di gunakan guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran bahwa sebagaian guru hanya menggunakan salah satu metode saja dalam hal ini ceramah dll atau metode mengajar yang hanya berpatokan pada buku, Selain itu dalam proses pembelajaran guru dituntut dapat memanfaatkan media pembelajaran secara optimal, sehingga akan mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran dan tujuan yang akan dicapai akan tetapi tidak semua guru dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran selama proses pembelajaran hal ini juga dikarenakan keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang di sediakan sekolah. Sebagai pengelola kelas, hendaknya guru mampu mengelola kelas sebagai lingkungan belajar serta merupakan aspek dari lingkungan sekolah yang perlu diorganisir namun terkadang guru hanya melaksanakan tugasnya yaitu mengajar tanpa memperhatikan pengelolaan kelas yang baik. Selain itu guru juga sebagai model dan teladan bagi peserta didik, guru hendakknya menjadi panutan siswa dalam bertindak sehingga terciptanya tujuan pembelajaran salah. Guru mampu mengusahakan sumber belajar yang berguna serta dapat menunjang pencapaian tujuan dan proses belajar mengajar, baik yang berupa narasumber, buku teks, majalah ataupun surat kabar. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam pembelajaran mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA Muhammadiyah Maumere dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA Muhammadiyah Maumere. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk memahami fenomana yang terjadi secara holistik dengan deskripsi dalam bentuk kata kata dan bahasa pada sautu konteks alamiah dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode ilmiah dengan teknik reduksi data, triangulasi serta menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana guru dalam menjalankan perannya tidak hanya sebagai pengajar atau pendidik semata, akan tetapi dalam menjalankan tugasnya guru memiliki multi peran seperti: Seperti guru sebagai fasilitator dan mediator, pembimbing dan motivator, pengelola pembelajaran dan sumber belajar, orangtua dan teladan, serta evaluator dan demonstrator. Hasil penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bagaimana proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran ekonomi mulai dari perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran hingga pada kegiatan penilaian proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

In order to enhance the reliability and economic feasibility of power systems, this research presents a hybrid control method for the optimal design of hybrid renewable energy sources (RES), including fuel cells, solar photovoltaic (PV), and wind power. Optimization of the power system to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime is achieved using the side blotched lizard optimization with multi-objective artificial tree algorithm (SBL MAT). The research intends to reduce costs in wind, PV, and FC scenarios and make it reliable for load delivery at a low cost and high level of dependability. While a mathematical model of SBL behavior demonstrates the need to discover and implement global optimizing approaches, the MAT algorithm resolves the supervised classification challenge. Possible benefits of the proposed technology include increased reliability and decreased maintenance costs for electrical systems. The proposed approach enables cost-effective and reliable load generation from PV, wind, and fuel cell systems, regardless of the volatility of the weather. Using MATLAB/Simulink, the assessment of parameters like recall, specificity, accuracy and precision is carried out and the results were 99.91%, 99.85%, 99.65%, and 99.325%, respectively. The parameters loss of load expectation (LOLE) and loss of energy expectation (LOEE) are calculated for analysis using both current and future technology.
