Abstract

A penghulu has a position or role that is unusual or even very important in all stages of implementing the village government towards the welfare of its citizens. The existence of a penghulu is one of the most respected and respected individuals in the community. In the library, the lord of the kadi or the Penghulu has a big role in the progress of libraries based on social inclusion. Libraries based on social inclusion are included in one of the approaches to assist in services provided by libraries that have the principle of improving the quality of life and the welfare of its citizens in society. This study has a goal in the study, namely to explore the position of the penghulu in terms of improving Bintang Cemerlang library services based on social inclusion. The type of research used in this study is research with a qualitative approach using qualitative descriptive methods. The qualitative descriptive method was used to examine the actual (natural) state of the object in the Maredan Barat Village area, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The method used in collecting information in this study is in the form of documentation, observation, and interviews. The way to analyze the information in this study is in the form of a technique that analyzes the data qualitatively. The conclusion from this study shows that the role of the penghulu in improving Bintang Cemerlang library services based on social inclusion in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency has been carried out optimally. This matter can be reviewed in the sub-focus of motivator, facilitator, and mobilizer. In this sub-focus, the penghulu seeks to motivate the community through improving library facilities and infrastructure, as well as facilitating the library staff and the community to participate in the training provided. Penghulu participates in mobilizing the community to participate in improving library services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara usia, cabang olahraga, dan performa kekuatan otot lengan serta otot perut pada atlet muda di Unibersitas Bina Bangsa Getsempena. Kekuatan otot merupakan aspek fundamental dalam mendukung performa atletik, terutama dalam cabang olahraga yang menuntut daya tahan dan kekuatan fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Sampel terdiri dari 24 atlet berusia 19–20 tahun dari berbagai cabang olahraga, yaitu voli, futsal, dan atletik, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengukuran terdiri dari tes push-up (untuk kekuatan otot lengan) dan sit-up (untuk kekuatan otot perut), masing-masing dilakukan selama 60 detik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atlet dari cabang voli dan atletik memiliki skor lebih tinggi dalam kedua tes dibandingkan atlet dari cabang futsal. Rata-rata push-up tertinggi ditemukan pada atlet voli dan atletik (47 kali), sedangkan sit-up tertinggi pada atlet atletik (53 kali). Analisis korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara cabang olahraga dengan kekuatan otot, namun tidak ditemukan hubungan yang kuat antara usia dengan performa otot. Secara umum, atlet dengan kemampuan push-up tinggi juga memiliki kemampuan sit-up yang baik, menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan antara kekuatan otot lengan dan perut. Hasil ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelatih dalam menyusun program latihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan fisik spesifik berdasarkan cabang olahraga. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya latihan terstruktur dan spesifik untuk menunjang performa optimal atlet muda

Abstract

Moral education in early childhood is a crucial foundation in character building. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of storytelling in developing morality among young children. This study employs a literature review as the primary method by analyzing national and international sources from the last ten years. The findings reveal that storytelling is effective in instilling moral values such as empathy, honesty, responsibility, and respect, especially when supported by appropriate media such as puppets, folktales, or interactive digital platforms. The internalization of moral values occurs through children's emotional engagement with the story and its characters. The study concludes that storytelling is a strategic approach in early childhood character education and has the potential to be integrated into culturally and technologically-based learning curricula.

Abstract

Islam is a comprehensive religion that regulates not only worship but also social and economic aspects of human life. Islamic economic law emerged as a reaction to the conventional system that prioritizes profit while often neglecting moral and spiritual dimensions. Through an examination of Islamic legal sources such as the Qur’an, Sunnah, Ijma’, and Qiyas, this study emphasizes that every economic activity in Islam must be grounded in justice, benefit, and balance. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach based on literature studies from classical and modern works in Islamic economics, the research reveals that Islamic rationality is ethical and socially oriented, differing from secular rationality which focuses only on material gain. The integration between law and rationality shows that Islam provides an economic paradigm that is intellectually logical as well as spiritual, enabling the creation of an ethical, just, and prosperous economic system for humanity.
