Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership, motivation, work discipline, and employee performance as the dependent variable. The unit of analysis in this research is the employees of PT Pahala Bahari Nusantara Quality Control division. The total population is 80 people with the determination of the sample using the slovin formula which produces as many as 75 respondents. This study uses the analysis of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model to determine how much independent influence the dependent variable has through the intervening variables, carried out using the lisrel 8.8 program. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, questionnaires, data collection. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test), and the coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that it is partially known that leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Pahala Bahari Nusantara Division of Quality Control. Partially it is known that motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Pahala Bahari Nusantara. Partially work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously it is known that leadership, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Pahala Bahari Nusantara Division of Quality Control.

Abstract

Employee performance is a real attitude shown by employees as work performance that is produced according to their role in the company. High performance for employees will reduce absenteeism due to laziness, and make the work given or assigned to them more optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational culture, and communication on the performance of CV employees. Tanjidor. The type of research used is quantitative. With a population of CV.Tanjidor employees and sampling with saturated sampling technique with a sample of 84 respondents. The analysis technique for this research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Lisrel 8.80 program. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (K3) (X1), Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) (X2) dan Pelatihan (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas (Y) di Departemen Mold Manufacturing PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari Plant Cikarang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif, Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan data kuesioner terhadap 30 orang responden dari total populasi 30 orang karyawan Departemen Mold Manufacturing PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari Plant Cikarang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan metode sample jenuh. Hasil pengujian Uji t (signifikansi kolerasi) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22, untuk variabel Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja diperoleh nilai thitung = 3,290, variabel Alat Pelindung Diri diperoleh nilai thitung = 3,101, variabel Pelatihan diperoleh nilai thitung 3,121. Sementara ttabel yang diperoleh menggunakan nilai alpha (α=5%, diperoleh nilai sebesar 1,697). Nilai thitung lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel dimana H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja, Alat Pelindung Diri dan Pelatihan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Departemen Mold Manufacturing PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari Plant Cikarang. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan Uji Koefisien Determinasi menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22, dengan Output Model Summary dapat diketahui R Square variabel Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (X1), Alat Pelindung Diri (X2) dan Pelatihan (X3) sebesar 34,4% terhadap Produktivitas (Y), dengan nilai kontribusi untuk variabel Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (X1) sebesar 16,68% terhadap Produktivitas (Y), variabel Alat Pelindung Diri (X2) sebesar 9,61% terhadap Produktivitas (Y), dan variabel Pelatihan (X3) sebesar 8,17% terhadap Produktivitas (Y).

Abstract

Motivasi kerja memegang peran penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang baik akan memberikan pengaruh positif bagi organisasi sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Break System, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, semakin baik motivasi kerja maka semakin baik kinerja karyawan yang diterima. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, semakin meningkat lingkungan kerja maka akan meningkat kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Insentif sebagai sarana motivasi mendorong para pegawai untuk bekerja dengan kemampuan yang optimal, Pemberian insentif dimaksudkan agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan para pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapun variabel independen Insentif (X) dan variabel dependen Kinerja (Y). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Departemen Produksi di PT. Vastex Inti Mulia. Sampel yang digunakan dipenelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh di mana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan determinasi dapat dilihat bahwa nilai Adusted R2 adalah sebesar 0,907. Hal ini dapat menunjukkan besarnya peranan atau konstribusi bahwa variabel independen (X1) yaitu insentif dapat menjelaskan ataupun mempengaruhi variabel dependen (Y) kinerja karyawan sebesar 95,2%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji linearitas diperoleh nilai p value Sig sebesar 0.00 < 0.05. Hal ini menunjukan penerimaan H1 sehingga dapat disimpulkan hubungan variabel x dengan y linier.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment and Workload on Job Satisfaction Mediated by Reward at PT Module Intracs Yasatama Cikarang. Respondents of this study were 90 respondents and this study used a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 data processing application. The results of this study found that 1. Non-Physical Work Environment has no effect on Job Satisfaction, 2. Workload has no effect on Job Satisfaction, 3. Reward affects Job Satisfaction, 4. Non-Physical Work Environment has no effect on Reward, 5. Workload affects Reward, 6. Reward as a mediating variable has a role in strengthening the effect of Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction although it cannot be said to have a significant effect, 7. Reward as a mediating variable has a role in strengthening the effect of Workload on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) play an important role in the company, with employee performance influenced by fair compensation and a supportive work environment. A mismatch in these two aspects can trigger turnover intention. Compensation, motivation and job satisfaction are interrelated in improving performance, while good HR policies can reduce turnover and retain quality employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT. XY Plant Cibitung. Data was collected through a questionnaire with quantitative methods and a sample of 40 people. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. The research results show that compensation (sig 0.004), motivation (sig 0.038), and job satisfaction (sig 0.001) have a significant effect on employee turnover intention. To reduce turnover intention, companies are advised to increase compensation, provide good motivation, and manage employee job satisfaction.
