Abstract

The purpose of the research to be achieved is to determine to what extent the influence of motivation, compensation, and work environment on the performance of PT employees. Asia Hoda Indonesia. To test and prove research hypotheses using spss application version 26. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is shown by the calculated F value of 103.850 > the table of 3.183, and the signification value of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that motivation, compensation, and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between Price, Location, Quality, Promotion, Technology and Layout on the Business Growth of Fajar Funiture Kayu Jati Cikarang Bekasi Store. The research method used in this study is using quantitative research methods. The sampling used in this study is using the Probability Sampling method and the type of sampling uses simple random sampling. The results showed that prices and promotions had a significant and partial positive effect on the business growth of Toko Fajar Funiture Kayu Jati Cikarang Bekasi. Location, product quality, technology and layout do not have a partial effect on the business growth of Toko Fajar Funiture Kayu Jati Cikarang Bekasi. Independent variables have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the business growth of Toko Fajar Funiture Kayu Jati Cikarang Bekasi.

Abstract

Komunikasi yang baik dapat dilakukan jika guru,murid dan guru dan kepala sekolah serta seluruh personil yang berhubungan dengan sekolah saling mengerti, akan pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif dan baik. Guru atau dosen yang mengajar terkadang tidak mempunyai bakat atau punya keterbatasan yang rendah dalam hal berkomunikasi yang baik dan efektif. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini, agar guru dan siswa dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan komunikasi yang efektif yng berkaitan dengan Gaya Komunikasi Guru Terhadap Prestasi Akademik Siswa disekolah. Kegiatan akan diadakan pada awal Januari sampai dengan Maret 2023. Peserta adalah siswa SD IT AL-Fatimiya Karawang. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah para guru dan siswa lebih terbantu dengan adanya Pelatihan Gaya Komunikasi Guru Terhadap Prestasi Akademik Siswa dan kegiatan peningkatan komunikasi yang baik dan efektif. Siswa lebih merasa dihargai dan diperhatikan,karena masalah belajar dapat diatasi dengan baik.
