Abstract

The purpose of the research to be achieved is to determine to what extent the influence of motivation, compensation, and work environment on the performance of PT employees. Asia Hoda Indonesia. To test and prove research hypotheses using spss application version 26. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is shown by the calculated F value of 103.850 > the table of 3.183, and the signification value of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that motivation, compensation, and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation, Workload, and work environment on Employee Performance at PT Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Break System, the research method used is quantitative with a sample of 56 respondents at PT Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Break System. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The results showed that partial work motivation (X1) had a significant positive influence on performance, the better the work motivation, the better the performance received. The workload variable (X2) has a significant positive influence on performance, the more the workload increases, the more it will improve employee performance. The work environment variable (X3) has a significant positive effect on performance, the more the work environment increases, the more it will improve employee performance. Simultaneously, there is a significant positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kompensasi tehadap kepuasan kerja dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja karyawan BIMBA AIUEO Unit Kota Mega Regency. Jumlah populasi yang ada dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 104 orang dengan penentuan jumlah menggunakan rumus slovin yan menghasilkan 140 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa model Sructural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh independent terhadap variabel dependent melalui variabel intervening, dilakukan dengan menggunakan program lisrel 8.8. Uji penelitian ini berhasil menyimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir, kompensasi, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan Karir, Kompensasi, Kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian untuk variabel komitmen menjadi mediator antara variabel Pengembangan Karir dan Kinerja. Dan variabel komitmen menjadi mediator antara variabel Kompensasi terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of training, career development and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Surteckariya Indonesia production department. The population in this study are employees of PT. Surteckariya Indonesia is part of the production team, with a total of 80 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique, namely a sampling technique using the entire population as a sample. Thus the number of samples in this study were 80 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that training has no positive effect on employee performance, career development has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Surteckariya Indonesia production department.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline and teamwork on employee performance at the GTV Hotel and Apartment. This research consists of four variables, namely Work Environment (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Teamwork (X3) on Employee Performance (Y). This study used a sample of 75 employees. This research used data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, questionnaires. The data analysis method used is Lisrel for Windows. The results of the analysis state that: (1) the work environment has no positive and significant impact on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, (3) teamwork has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The type of research used is the quantitative method, Approach The research used in this study is descriptive analysis using questionnaire data on 80 respondents from a total population of 80 employees in the production division of PT. Megasari Makmur 1. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with saturated sample method. Test results Test t (correlation significance) using the LISREL application version 8.80.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how the influence of skills, communication and work experience partially and simultaneously on job opportunities. And which variables are the most dominant that affect job opportunities for urbanized residents in Taman Cikarang Indah 2 Block D Housing. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires shown to urbanized residents in Taman Cikarang Indah 2 Block D Housing which amounted to 100 respondents, sampling in this study using purposive sampling techniques. The data processing method uses multiple linear regression methods. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative, namely because this research data is in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics so that a conclusion can be obtained from the results of the study.

Abstract

This research was conducted and carried out to determine the effect of leadership style, competence, motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Jinheung Electric Indonesia in the era of the co-19 pandemic. The next objective is to find out the company's actions in improving the performance of PT Jinheung Electric Indonesia's employees in the era of the co-19 pandemic, and the final goal is to find out the concepts used to improve the performance of PT Jinheung Electric Indonesia's employees in the era of the co-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative, which means the data used for the population and research sample. The population used is all employees who work at PT Jinheung Electric Indonesia, totaling 250 employees as the research population because it is a place where researchers work and there are still many problems related to the work productivity of its employees. The technical data collection applied and carried out in this study was carried out through observation, questionnaires and other methods. The data analysis methods used in data processing in this study include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of training on employee performance at PT.Sianso Sukses Sejahtera, 2) the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT.Sianso Sukses Sejahtera, 3) the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT.Sianso Sukses Sejahtera, 4) the effect of training, compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT.Sianso Sukses Sejahetera. The population of this research is 70 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis was used with multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between training, compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT. Sianso Sukses Sejahtera, because t count (32.463) is greater than t table (2.052) so that H1 is accepted. Then training and motivation have a very strong positive influence (r value of 0.235) and have an influence contribution of 59% on employee performance at PT.Sianso Sukses Sejahtera. While the remaining 41% is influenced by other factors.
