Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions that are very much needed by the community need to be maintained for their sustainability. The sustainability of the pesantren is determined by how well the existing employees are able to perform. This article examines how to improve performance in Islamic boarding schools, resulting in improved employee performance. Using PLS analysis software with saturated sampling method. Forging employees has a positive and insignificant effect on performance, meaning that the placement process must be adjusted to the competence of employees, so that it will give birth to good performance. Employee placement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, this means that the placement will increase organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the existence of organizational commitment will result in increased employee performance. Organizational commitment is capable of mediating between the placement of employees on employee performance, the placement will give birth to organizational commitment and will have implications for increasing employee performance.

Abstract

Pemerataan pendidikan perlu dipikirkan bersama, mahasiswa yang memiliki prestasi harus menjadikan prioritas untuk mendapatkan beasiswa yang digelontorkan. Sehingga beasiswa yang didapat akan menjadi motivasi untuk giat belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian beasiswa terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian kali ini berjumlah 31 mahasiswa penerima beasiswa dari Yayasan Assalam Fill Alamin. Teknik analisis menggunakan software Smart-PLS dengan outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawah pemberian beasiswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Universitas Darunnajah dengan nilai t-statistik 15,516 > 1,967 dan nilai p value 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan pemberian beasiswa mampu memberikan pengaruh sebesar 63,5% kepada motivasi belajar mahasiswa, dan 36,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions are needed by the community, but their existence requires good management for the sustainability of the Islamic boarding school itself. This sustainability can be realized by improving the performance of employees in a pesantren, with improved performance it will have an effect on the sustainability of the pesantren itself. This good performance can be obtained by providing workloads that are adjusted to their competence. In addition, good performance can be influenced by high employee motivation. The research sample consisted of 33 employees using smart PLS data analysis. with the results of research 1) workload has no significant effect on employee performance. 2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) Work motivation is capable of mediating between workload and employee performance.

Abstract

The Islamic boarding school was born from the big idea of ​​its founder. Making this big idea come true must be done by highly motivated human resources. Motivation as a driver for human resources to want to work by using all their abilities at work. Motivation can be created through various activities carried out by institutions, one of which is in-house training. The training carried out will increase motivation, thereby creating enthusiasm in carrying out activities so that it will have an impact on achieving the institution's targets. This research aims to determine the effect of in-house training carried out by institutions on the work motivation of training participants. The research was conducted on IHT Directors participants at the beginning of the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 61 participants. Research using smart PLS software. The research results show that in-house training has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. These results can be seen from the t-statistic value of 8.270 which is greater than the t-table of 1.960 and the p-value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.050. And the R-Square value is 0.315 or 31.5% of work motivation variables can be influenced by IHT, while 68.5% of work motivation variables are influenced by other variables that have not been studied

Abstract

The reliability of the employees of the Serang District Hospital in terms of the results of the employee's performance. Performance results that prioritize the quality and quantity of their work can increase performance. Employee performance can be increased by placing employees in accordance with the knowledge possessed by employees. Discipline of employees who are able to carry out their duties with agreed procedures is able to elevate employee performance. Compensation given and in accordance with the results of employee performance can elevate employee performance. The research aims to see whether employee performance can be influenced by good placement, increasing discipline, and providing compensation according to work results. The novelty of this study is that placement and compensation are not able to influence employee performance at Serang District Hospital. Research limits itself to employees' assumptions about placement, discipline and placement that have an impact on employee work. The research was conducted on 30 employees of the Serang District Hospital, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were then analyzed using the Smart PLS method. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Placement has no effect on employee performance, 2) Discipline has an effect on employee performance 3) Compensation has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai mampu ditinggikan dengan dilaksanakannya efektivitas pelatihan secara terus menerus sesuai dengan kebutuhan pesantren dan pegawai, pelatihan mampu meninggikan komitmen pegawai, begitu juga dengan kompetensi pegawai mampu meninggikan komitmen yang bisa meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor kinerja pegawai yang dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas pelatihan dan kompetensi, komitmen pegawai sebagai variabel intervening. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah komitmen pegawai belum mampu memediasi antara kompetensi dan kinerja pegawai. Selain itu kebaruan yang lainnya belum ditemuan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahasa mengenai efektivitas pelatihan, kompetensi, komitmen dan kinerja pegawai di Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah Blok Serang. Penelitian ini membatasi pada persepsi pegawai tentang efektivitas pelatihan, kompetensi dan komitmen pegawai yang berdampak pada kerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan pada 50 orang pegawai di pesantren yang saat ini masih mengikuti pendidikan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pembagian kuesioner yang selanjutnya di analisa menggunakan metode PLS. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Efektivitas pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen  pegawai, 2) Efektivitas pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai 3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen pegawai 4) Komitmen pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Realizing the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools is now the main agenda. This can be achieved by building a business that focuses on customer needs and preferences. Business continuity can also be guaranteed by continuing to improve the quality of services provided. The existence of research phenomena and gaps regarding different research results intrigued the author to test these variables at Darunnajah Fried Chicken. Quantitative research method with 100 respondents using smart PLS 4.1.0.2 data analysis. From the research days it was found that price has no effect on customer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality is able to mediate between price and customer satisfaction. Service quality and price can influence customer satisfaction by 28.1%, while the remainder (71.9%) is influenced by variables not studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to build a model of the phenomenon and research gap in increasing learning outcomes that can be increased with teacher professional competence in Islamic Religious Education lessons at SD Islam Darunnajah Jakarta. The study used a descriptive quantitative method with a cause and effect method. The population of the study was 206 students in grades 5 and 6 of SD Islam Darunnajah. Sampling using the SEM model was at least 5-10 times the number of indicators, so that the sample was 96 respondents. Data analysis used SmartPLS. The results of the study showed that teacher professional competence had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. While the R-Square value was 0.402, which means that learning outcomes were influenced by professional competence by 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% were influenced by other variables. The need for ongoing training to develop teacher creativity in designing learning strategies is very important. School management support, such as adequate resources and a forum for sharing experiences between teachers, will strengthen this effort. With these steps, it is expected that teacher professionalism will increase, giving a positive impact to students and educational institutions.
