Abstract

Abstract Darunnajah Islamic boarding school Jakarta, as one of the leading Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, continues to strive to strengthen relationships of trust with consumers through effective education financing management. The background to this research includes the complexity of financial challenges faced by educational institutions in maintaining a balance between financial needs and consumer expectations for the quality of educational services. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and key stakeholders at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, Jakarta, as well as analysis of documents related to education financing management. The research results show that the Darunnajah Jakarta Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in implementing a careful and adaptive education financing management strategy. These steps include diversification of funding sources, efficient financial management, and transparent policy implementation. In this way, this institution is able to strengthen consumer trust and maintain its reputation as a quality educational institution. Abstract

The domestic LCL (Less than Container Load) cargo loading process via sea freight plays a crucial role in logistics and goods transportation in Indonesia. PT Kitrans Jakarta, as a company specializing in this sector, faces various challenges in monitoring and managing cargo loading. This journal provides an in-depth discussion of the loading process, monitoring mechanisms, and factors influencing the efficiency and effectiveness of LCL shipments. Data reveals that Indonesia's LCL shipping market is experiencing significant growth, with an estimated annual volume increase of 10% (Indonesian Logistics Association, 2022). Through case studies and statistical analyses, this journal identifies best practices in cargo loading supervision and offers recommendations to enhance the operational performance of PT Kitrans. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for other logistics companies in optimizing the LCL cargo loading and monitoring process in Indonesia

Abstract

Background: PT. XYZ faces challenges in ensuring customer and crew satisfaction, as well as inaccuracies in logging ship arrivals and departures, leading to increased waiting costs. As a representative of Ben Line Agencies, PT. XYZ acknowledges the maritime industry's potential and is dedicated to fostering robust cooperation to promote national sector growth.Purpose: The findings indicate that both agency services and business strategy have positive results for customer loyalty at PT. XYZ Ben Line Agencies Indonesia Representative.Design/Methodology/Approach: The research makes a method with quantitative analysis, using main data through questionnaires delivered to 77 customer respondents who are agents of PT. XYZ, specifically at the Jakarta branch of Ben Line shipping. The findings indicate a positive result of agency services on customer satisfaction at PT. XYZ, as well as a notable positive effect of business strategy on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, both factors together significantly influence customer satisfaction at PT. XYZ Ben Line Agencies Indonesia.Findings/Result: The agency services at PT. XYZ, representing Ben Line Agencies Indonesia, have a notable and substantial impact on customer loyalty. This implies that effective agency services are likely to make sure loyalty significantly. Understanding this influence is crucial for assessing the service reach in fulfilling user requirements.Conclusion: We recommend that PT XYZ concentrate on enhancing the response speed of the support team or customer service. This could involve improving communication processes, providing further training for the support team, or implementing systems that accelerate responses to customer needs.Originality/Value (State of the Art): A strong and significant impact of business strategy on customer satisfaction has been observed at PT. XYZ, a representative of Ben Line Agencies Indonesia. This relationship is crucial for assessing business success. An effective business strategy encompasses several factors, including competitive pricing, relevant product or service development, and efficient supply chain management. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to build a model of the phenomenon and research gap in increasing learning outcomes that can be increased with teacher professional competence in Islamic Religious Education lessons at SD Islam Darunnajah Jakarta. The study used a descriptive quantitative method with a cause and effect method. The population of the study was 206 students in grades 5 and 6 of SD Islam Darunnajah. Sampling using the SEM model was at least 5-10 times the number of indicators, so that the sample was 96 respondents. Data analysis used SmartPLS. The results of the study showed that teacher professional competence had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. While the R-Square value was 0.402, which means that learning outcomes were influenced by professional competence by 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% were influenced by other variables. The need for ongoing training to develop teacher creativity in designing learning strategies is very important. School management support, such as adequate resources and a forum for sharing experiences between teachers, will strengthen this effort. With these steps, it is expected that teacher professionalism will increase, giving a positive impact to students and educational institutions.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Arab merupakan upaya penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi sekaligus memahami literatur keislaman seperti Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan pembelajaran bahasa Arab terhadap 10 mahasiswa Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara mahasiswa serta menumbuhkan kecintaan mereka terhadap bahasa Arab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pelatihan dimulai dengan pretest untuk mengukur kemampuan awal mahasiswa, diikuti dengan pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan diakhiri dengan posttest untuk mengevaluasi hasil pelatihan. Data tambahan juga diperoleh melalui angket kepuasan peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan berbicara mahasiswa, yang ditunjukkan melalui perbandingan skor pretest dan posttest. Namun, beberapa kendala ditemukan, seperti keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan yang mengurangi efektivitas pelatihan dan kurangnya cakupan materi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, disarankan agar durasi pelatihan diperpanjang dan materi pembelajaran dikembangkan lebih interaktif. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang efektif bagi mahasiswa USIM, dengan potensi penerapan yang lebih luas di berbagai institusi pendidikan tinggi. Selain itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan pembelajaran bahasa Arab dapat berjalan secara optimal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The implementation of the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model in educational infrastructure development at Indonesian universities has had a significant impact on the quality of educational facilities and resource management. This model involves the private sector in the financing, construction, operation, and management of educational facilities, aiming to reduce dependence on government funding. This study aims to analyze the mechanisms of implementing the BOT model in Indonesian universities, the challenges faced, and its impact on the quality of educational infrastructure and student learning experiences. The method used in this study was a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews and document analysis from various parties involved in BOT projects at universities. The results indicate that the BOT model is effective in improving educational infrastructure by reducing the burden on the public budget and improving the quality of facilities that support learning activities. However, key challenges in implementing this model include financing, risk management, and coordination between relevant parties. The successful implementation of the BOT model depends on careful planning, clear communication between the private sector, the government, and universities, and stable regulations that support private investment. In addition, careful risk management and the use of educational technology such as a Learning Management System (LMS) contribute positively to the student learning experience. This study concludes that implementing the BOT model can provide a long-term solution to address educational infrastructure deficiencies in Indonesia. However, its success requires close collaboration between the public and private sectors. Transparent management and proper planning will ensure that the BOT model can contribute to improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia, supporting the development of student competencies in this digital era.

Abstract

Online learning is one of the learning alternatives that can reach many students. However, whether online learning can increase students’ interest in learning, this is the focus of this research, how much influance online learning has on students’ interenst in learning. Using descriptive quantitative approach involving 68 student of Darunnajah University. The survey collection technique uses goole form with analysis of survey result using smartPLS. The results showed that online learning has a significant positive effect on student interest in learning, seen from the t-statistic value of 14,006 greater than the t-tabel of 1,967 and the p value of 0,000 smaller than 0,05. Meanwhile, the effect of online learning on student interest in learning is 57,8%, while the rest is influanced by variables not examined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peta laut dalam rangka pengembangan Kawasan Pelabuhan Batam Bintan Karimun (BKK) dan sekitarnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peta laut sebagai alat bantu navigasi bagi para pelaut membutuhkan informasi yang akurat dan update yang diperoleh dari survei hidrografi dan data lainnya sebagai bagian dari jaminan keselamatan pengguna peta laut. Batam, Bintan, Karimun (BBK) merupakan beberapa pulau besar dalam gugusan Kepulauan Riau, yang terletak di alur pelayaran penting internasional yaitu selat Malaka dan Selat Singapura. Beberapa pelabuhan di wilayah Kepulaun Riau yang diperbolehkan untuk bongkar muat barang export dan import antara lain hanya: Batu Ampar, Sekupang, Kabil, Loban (Bintan), Parit Rompak (Karimun), yang melalui Selat Singapura, Selat Riau, Selat Durian, Selat Dempo, Selat Combol, Selat Gelam. Beberapa peta laut yang meliputi pelabuhan penting di Batam dan sekitarnya sudah tersedia dengan sekala pendekat dan beberapa sekala besar, diantaranya :Batu Ampar, Sekupang, Karimun, Kabil. Sumber data yang bervariasi dengan presentase terbesar adalah data dalam kurun waktu 10-30 tahun yang lalu. Sebagian survei hidrografi untuk pembangunan dermaga di Batam dilakukan oleh si pemilik secara parsial. Melihat kenyataan tersebut, menuntut ketersediaan peta-peta sekala pelabuhan/sandar dan survei hidrografi periodik dan terintegrasi di Batam, Bintan, Karimun dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Teacher job satisfaction is one of the factors that must be considered, if teachers feel satisfied at work, it will create an atmosphere full of togetherness, have the same responsibilities, a good communication climate, and also high morale so that school goals can be achieved optimally. But on the other hand, if teachers do not feel satisfied, it will create an atmosphere that is rigid, boring, and low team spirit. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed to 66 teachers at MTs Darunnajah Jakarta as a sample of this study. From the results of research and calculations, it can be seen that there is a significant influence between principal supervision (X1) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) with a contribution between variables X1 to Y of 59.2%. The influence between subject teacher deliberations (X2) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) amounted to 62.5%. Based on the results of the coefficients of determination X1 and X2 on Y, it is simultaneously obtained at 0,752. This means that there is an influence between X1 and X2 to Y by 75.2% of the regression equation Ý = R2 × 100% or 0.752 × 100% = 75,2% while the remaining 24.8% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of capacity building in pesantren management, focusing on strengthening human resources, institutional development, and the adaptation of curriculum and technology in line with 21st-century developments. For data analysis techniques, a thematic analysis approach is used. Data obtained from interviews, observations, and documents will be analyzed to identify the main themes related to the implementation of capacity building. This process involves coding the data, categorizing information, and interpreting the findings in the context of the research objectives. The results of the study show that strengthening human resources through training and workshops is crucial for improving the managerial skills of pesantren administrators. In addition, the adaptation of a technology-based curriculum is also a key factor in improving the quality of education in pesantren, allowing students to be better prepared to face global and digital world challenges. Overall, this study concludes that systematic and sustainable capacity building in pesantren will strengthen institutional capacity, improve competitiveness, and maintain the relevance of pesantren in facing the challenges of modern times. The proper implementation of capacity building will enable pesantren not only to serve as centers for religious education but also as adaptive, innovative educational institutions capable of contributing to the socio-economic development of the community.
