Abstract

This study develops the LSTM modeling to predict time series data of air quality in the city of Bandung from the parameters PM10, ISPU, temperature, and humidity. Modeling LSTM with 4 hidden layers, the number of batch sizes that is 32, the optimizer is adam, value of epoch is 1000, and the loss function using Mean Squared Error. The LSTM modeling results show that the network has a fairly good performance in predicting training and testing. The modeling produces a fairly good prediction accuracy for 3 parameters (temperature, humidity, ISPU). This is indicated by the predicted RMSE value which is smaller than the standard deviation value of the dataset test. However, the prediction results generated from the four test parameters based on the order of the best are the prediction of humidity, temperature, ISPU, and PM10 with unfavorable predictive results. Penelitian ini mengembangkan pemodelan LSTM untuk memprediksi data time series, yaitu kualitas udara di kota Bandung, dari parameter PM10, ISPU, suhu, dan kelembaban. Pemodelan LSTM dengan 4 hidden layer, penentuan jumlah batch size yaitu 32, penentuan optimizer adalah adam, epoch senilai 1000, dan penentuan fungsi loss menggunakan mean squared error. Hasil pemodelan LSTM menunjukkan bahwa jaringan memiliki kinerja yang cukup baik pada prediksi training dan testing. Pemodelan menghasilkan keakuratan prediksi yang cukup baik untuk 3 parameter (suhu, kelembaban, ISPU).Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai RMSE prediksi yang lebih kecil dari nilai standar deviasi uji dataset. Namun, hasil prediksi yang dihasilkan dari keempat parameter pengujian berdasarkan urutan dari yang paling baik yaitu prediksi kelembaban, suhu, ISPU, dan PM10 dengan hasil prediksi yang kurang baik.

Abstract

Assessing community resilience is challenging due to the complexity of influencing factors. Various frameworks and models, such as the PEOPLES framework, have been developed for both theoretical and practical applications. In dealing with uncertainty, selecting the right model is crucial. While probabilistic approaches are common, they can be insufficient. Fuzzy logic, as an uncertainty model, offers a solution. This study explores community resilience in Bekasi City using fuzzification and trapezoidal membership functions for input variables categorized as low, medium, and high. The output uses triangular membership functions with four degrees: low, medium, high, and very high, ranging from 43-129. Fuzzy rule formulation applies the "minimal" function with 2,187 basic rules. The test results show high accuracy, with predictions for six regional segments matching expert assessments.

Abstract

Research that addresses soil nutrient prediction with NIR mostly uses PLS algorithms. The advent of machine learning (ML) has resulted in automated learning methods to find the optimal model. Preprocessing in the development of prediction models is an important part. Spectrum preprocessing aims to eliminate uninformative sources of variance. Research on the best preprocessing methods is often determined through trial-and-error. The preprocessing approach compares a number of preprocessing operations but this method is less efficient. This research proposes the application of ML to find the best combination of preprocessing operations quickly and simultaneously. Preprocessing test results using 11 operators resulted in 2,112 combinations. The use of preprocessing techniques can improve the performance of all algorithms (RF, SVR, PLS, LR, and MLP). K soil element testing has the lowest error in LR, Mg, Ca, P, and pH soil element testing using MLP has the best performance and in N soil element testing the best performance in RF.

Abstract

The Development and Operations (DevOps) method is develops tasks that are operationalized by IT staff including server management. DevOps is a server, coding, and tester bridge so that it can be activated automatically so that the programmer does not need to do it repeatedly. Server management is still mostly done manually by doing repetitive settings on one server and another server so that it is inefficient and requires a relatively long time, the solution by adding several employees will increase the work of making users and user management on all servers, the occurrence of human errors and burdens costs for the company. Ansible is one type of configuration management tools that can be used for the infrastructure management process from a manual program to an automatic. In this study the implementation and testing of Ansibel was done in server management. Ansibel can configure and manage user account settings on all servers automatically.

Abstract

Security is a crucial aspect in industrial environments, including at PT. NOK Indonesia, a company engaged in manufacturing. To ensure the safety of data, systems, and workers, an efficient and modern security system is essential. As technology advances, solutions such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and the Internet of Things (IoT) have become increasingly adopted. RFID enables fast, reliable, and contactless identification, making it highly suitable for automatic door access systems. Currently, PT. NOK Indonesia still relies on a manual key system, which presents risks such as lost keys and inefficient access control. This study aims to design and develop a prototype of an automatic door access system using RFID sensors to enhance security. The research methods include observation, interviews, prototype development, and a series of tests, (such as speed response, solenoid function, buzzer response to registered and unregistered cards, testing with card protectors, and response distance measurements). The system was built using Arduino Uno, an RFID Reader, and programmed with Arduino IDE. Testing results show the system can read RFID cards in under 0.5 seconds and accurately log all access attempts. Integrating RFID and IoT improves both security and operational efficiency, replacing manual systems with a safer, more convenient, and reliable solution.

Abstract

Abstract: Kemajuan Artificial Intelligence (AI) membawa dampak positif yang signifikan pada proses administrasi. Pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi ChatGPT dan Fliki AI di Kelurahan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi AI untuk memudahkan dalam pekerjaan harian serta membantu staff kelurahan yang kesulitan dalam membuat video untuk informasi dan sosialisasi ke masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dari perencanaan kegiatan, penyiapan materi dan modul, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan praktik serta evaluasi. Pelatihan penggunaan ChatGPT dilaksanakan pada hari pertama dengan semua peserta bisa membuat akun dan menggunakan aplikasi dengan baik. Pada hari kedua pelatihan membuat video dari teks menggunakan Fliki AI awalnya 60% peserta mengalami kesulitan dalam praktek namun setelah mencoba membuat 3 konten akhirnya semua peserta memahami. Walaupun hanya 10% peserta yang pernah mencoba aplikasi ChatGPT dan semua peserta belum pernah tahu Fliki AI namun semua peserta sangat antusias dan setelah pelatihan menyatakan bahwa kedua aplikasi sangat mudah digunakan dan bermanfaat dalam tugas harian.

Abstract

Bumi Perkemahan Taman Bincarung merupakan kawasan hutan milik Perum perhutani yang dikelola oleh Kelompok Usaha Perhutani Sosial (KUPS) Taman Bincarung. Walaupun sudah lama keberadaannya namun jumlah pengunjung belum berkembang secara optimal, selain permasalahan akses jalan juga disebabkan kurangnya marketing, pengelolaan yang kovensional, dan lainnya. Pada kegiatan pemberdayaan berbasis masyarakat ini diusulkan pengelolaan kawasan bumi perkemahan melalui pendekatan arsitektur ekologis dan manajemen berbasis digital. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pelatihan 6 modul yang meliputi manajemen operasional dan tata kelola, manajemen keuangan, digital marketing, capacity bulding, penggunaan aplikasi desain, dan character building. Pembuatan dan pelatihan tiga aplikasi yang terdiri dari website, aplikasi manajemen Buper dan keuangan. Serta konsultasi dalam desain rencana pengembangan Buper. Kegiatan ini telah memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam tata kelola, dokumentasi dan digital marketing sehingga diharapkan segera berdampak pada kemajuan bumi perkemahan Taman Bincarung.

Abstract

Hama burung pipit merupakan musuh petani dan sulit dikendalikan populasinya. Selama ini pengusirannya menggunakan cara mekanis dengan peralatan tertentu dan tenaga manusia. Pengusiran hama burung pada penelitian sebelumnya untuk deteksi hama menggunakan sensor Passive Infra Red (PIR), sensor ultrasonic, dan Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) serta outputnya berupa gerakan dari motor servo, suara dari kaleng, dan gelombang frekuensi tertentu. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan sensor gerak RCWL Microwave yang memiliki akurasi lebih baik dan outpunya selain gerakan dari motor servo, suara kaleng dari motor DC dan frekuensi dari ultrasonic, juga dilengkapi tembakan laser hijau ke hama burung. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Arduino Nano ATMega 328, Sensor gerak, Motor Servo, Motor DC, Speaker Ultrasonic, Modul Laser, Power Bank Panel Surya, Modul SIM 800 L. Sistem dapat akses jarak jauh menggunakan aplikasi berbasis desktop dan android. Pengujian yang dihasilkan bahwa sensor gerak dapat mendeteksi dengan baik kumpulan burung, laser hijau masih terlihat pada siang hari, motor servo dapat bergeser hingga 90°, dan speaker ultrasonic berfungsi. Sistem ini akan bekerja optimal jika hama burung dalam bentuk kumpulan dengan lebih dari 5 ekor burung.

Abstract

Entropi adalah besaran yang mengukur ketidakpastian variabel acak, dan ini adalah besaran yang merupakan kunci dalam konsep teori informasi. Entropi adalah ukuran ketidakpastian. Konsep entropi dimulai dengan terminologi yang disebut konten informasi. Shannon Entropy sering dinyatakan sebagai asal mula ukuran informasi yang digunakan dalam beberapa aplikasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan balanced dan unbalanced spin whell dengan nilai q = 1,000001 diperoleh entropi Shannon, Renyi dan informasi pada balanced spin wheels masing-masing 2.079442, 2.079442, 2.079439 dan pada unbalanced spin wheels masing-masing juga 1.936798, 1.936798, 1.936796 jadi nilainya dari entropi dan informasi akan cenderung shanon entropi ketika        q → 1.
