Abstract

Formation Dielectric Ceramic from (ZnO-TiOJ System at 1450C SinteringTemperature and Their Characteristics, Synthesis of dielectric ceramics from (ZnO-TiOJ system at145&C and their characterization had been carried out. This investigation was done in order to knowthepossibility of the application of the ceramics for dielectric ceramics. The ceramics were produced bymixing powder ofZnO and Ti02 with the concentration in such away so that the concentration ofTiO?larger than thestoichiometric concentration ofZn2Ti04 andbysintering at I450"C. Characterization wascarriedout through XRD, microstructural and electrical analyses. The XRDand microstructure analysesshowed that the (ZnO-TiOJ system ceramics formed Zn2.xTi.x04 solid solution which accompanied bytheformation ofZn vacancy defect. No second phasefound in the ceramics. Lattice constant ofthe Zn2.xTii x04solid solution decreasedfollowing the increase ofthe concentration ofTi02 excess (expressed byx). The Ti02 excess affected the grain size of the Zn2.xTi, x04 ceramics although the effect was notsignificant. At high temperature, the excess of Ti02 increased the dielectric constant and dissipationfactor. The ceramicsproduced in this work had relatively low dielectric constant and loss tangent andgood stability in relation to temperature change, so they can be applied as ceramic substrate andcapasitor dielectric.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh metode Outdoor Study terhadap keterampilan menulis puisi siswa kelas IV SDN Leminggir Kecamatan Mojosari Kabupaten Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan Quasi Eksperiment Design. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Leminggir Kecamatan Mojosari Kabupaten Mojokerto. Sampel penelitiannya adalah kelas IV B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IV A sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan teknik tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji hipotesis data post-test kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diperoleh (2,337) > (2,02439) yang berarti diterima dan ditolak dengan kesimpulan yaitu adanya pengaruh metode Outdoor Study terhadap keterampilan menulis puisi siswa kelas IV SDN Leminggir Kecamatan Mojosari Kabupaten Mojokerto. Kata Kunci: metode outdoor study, keterampilan menulis puisi Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Outdoor Study method on poetry writing skills in IV grade of Leminggir Elementary School Mojosari District Mojokerto City. The type of this research is experimental research and used Quasi Eksperiment Design. The research design used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population of this research was fourth grade students at Leminggir Elementary SchoolMojosari District Mojokerto City. The research sampel was class IV B as the experimental class and class IV B as the control class. The retrival data techniques is observation and test. The analisys data techniques is validity test, reliability test, normality test, and hypothesis test.Based of the result from hypothesis test on post-test experimental class and control class data obtained (2,337) > (2,02439) which mean accepted and rejected and the conclusion is that there are influence of Outdoor Study method on poetry writing skills in IV grade of Leminggir Elementary School Mojosari District Mojokerto City. Abstract

Basic mandatory affairs or better known as Minimum Service Standards are the Government's efforts in realizing community welfare through service indicators that have been determined through policy regulations, namely Education, Health, Public Works, Public Housing, Trantibumlinmas and Social. However, there are still problems in the implementation of the policy because the policy implementing actors are still not optimal in the implementation of coordination which should be represented in the SPM implementation team which is legalized through a Regional Head Decree. Tanah Papua is an object of discussion in the effectiveness of the coordination team because there are still many provinces and districts/cities that have not formed SPM implementation teams, which can be a potential problem in implementing SPM in Tanah Papua. Transaction cost theory analysis is the basis of the research, supported by opinions from Provincial and District/City stakeholders according to factual conditions in Papua. The result of this policy paper is that a strong coordination commitment and reduced sectoral ego will optimally reduce transaction costs in SPM implementation, although transaction costs in coordination cannot be eliminated but can be reduced. The policy recommendations in this paper are that Regional Heads, Deputy Regional Heads and Regional Secretaries as well as Heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations who are members of the SPM implementation team in Papua can formulate SPM policies for the people in their areas.
