Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang kerentanan tanah di Kecamatan Adipala, Kabupaten Cilacap, menggunakan  data  rekaman  mikrotremor  untuk  dianalisa  menggunakan  metode  Horizontal  to vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR). Metode ini digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai frekuensi dominan tanah  (f0)  dan  amplitudo  dari  frekuensi  dominan  tersebut  (A0).  Nilai  f0  dan  A0  yang  diperoleh selanjutnya akan digunakan lagi untuk menghitung nilai kerentanan tanah (Kg) yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan atau ketahanan tanah terhadap gempa. Dari hasil penelitian yang mengambil 17 titik pengambilan data diperoleh bahwa Kecamatan Adipala memiliki nilai amplifikasi tanah antara 1-8 dan merupakan kawasan dengan resiko kerusakan tinggi apabila terjadi gempa.

Abstract

Jeruklegi landfill has leachate management system that still potential for leachate infiltration in subsurface. Leachate contamination may occur if landfill activity is continuous and have an impact to local society. Leachate contamination is an environmental pollution man-made minor disaster clasified. This research is an early prevention step by identifying disaster source. Identification is done by analyzing leachate distribution in subsurface using geoelectrical method with Wenner-Schlumberger array. The result of data acquisition is resistivity which is processed to apparent resistivity. Apparent resistivity was modelled by inversion method that shows leachate contamination near surface by resistivity not least at 1 ohm.m. Leachate contamination was not found over 20 meters based on the lack of resistivity difference. This was confirmed by chemical test of bore well water that match to hygiene and sanitation standards. Abstract

The karst mountain area in Buayan and Ayah subdistricts is a mountainous area that stretches from North to South and ends in the South coast region. In this area, many springs are found which are a source of clean water for residents. The existence of springs in the area is an indicator of the existence of underground rivers flowing under the mountainous area, this is also reinforced by the presence of interconnected caves and the existence of river flows in these caves. Analysis the presence of underground river flows in the Karst mountain area in the study area can be identified by looking at the type of rock formations that dominate the area. The density contrast shown through the residual gravity data also shows changes in rock formations related to the presence of water sources in the study area. GGMPlus data was obtained from forward modeling in order to get a residual map. This study shows that rock formations in the Karst area in the study area conform to the topographical shape.

Abstract

Kedai Kopi Makosan berdiri sejak tahun 2019 dibawah YABAKII Mart. Sejak berdirinya, Kedai Kopi Makosan belum memiliki perencanaan strategi yang terukur dan model bisnis, sehingga terkesan kurang berkembang dan berimbas pada omset yang kurang memuaskan. Rata-rata omset Kedai Kopi Makosan tiap bulannya berkisar Rp.2.000.000,-. Namun jumlah tersebut belum dapat mencukupi kebutuhan operasional sehari-hari dan juga honorarium untuk 4 karyawan Kedai Kopi Makosan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat strategi pengembangan bisnis Kedai Kopi Makosan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT, pembobotan matriks IFAS dan EFAS, analisis menggunakan BMC (Bussiness Model Canvas). Strategi yang dihasilkan dari analisis tersebut yaitu: (1) Meningkatkan kerjasama, (2) Meningkatkan kompetensi SDM, (3) Memaksimalkan metode pemasaran, (4) melakukan inovasi produk, (5) Relayout ruangan.

Abstract

Indonesia's economy is strongly supported by MSMEs which also play a strategic role in increasing the added value of agricultural products such as sweet potatoes, bananas, and cassava. The form of agricultural product management business that is often found is a variety of chips business, one of the business actors is MSME Nuri Snack. The number of various chip business actors, makes business competition and product sales fluctuate. There needs to be a business development strategy in order to survive and win the market. One of them is with SWOT and AHP analysis. SWOT analysis provides an overview of the condition of a business that allows 4 alternative businesses depicted through a quadrant diagram of SWOT analysis. There needs to be a decision-making method to help formulate the best strategy, namely using the AHP Method The results of the Priority Vector calculation from AHP are used as weight values in matrix weighting SWOT matrix weighting obtains IFAS values (X axis = 0.31249977) and EFAS (Y axis = 0.40458977.) which results in an Aggressive Quadrant 1 position with an alternative strategy S-O (using strength to seize the opportunities they have).

Abstract

Salah satu makanan ringan yang populer di masyarakat adalah kacang sangrai. UKM Surya Enjang Kacang Abadi merupakan salah satu produsen kacang kulit sangrai di Kabupaten Cilacap yang didirikan oleh Bapak Ponimin sejak tahun 1997. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UKM Surya Enjang Kacang Abadi adalah pola permintaan konsumen kacang sangrai yang kurang stabil karena dipengaruhi oleh waktu-waktu tertentu. Penelitian Tujuan ini dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UKM Surya Enjang Kacang Abadi dengan memberikan rekomendasi dalam mengembangkan variasi rasa produk kacang sangrai yang sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen untuk stabilisasi permintaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kano dan QFD. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan rekomendasi pengembangan produk kacang sangrai yang sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen. Pengembangan variasi rasa yang direkomendasikan berdasarkan nilai important rating dari yang tertinggi adalah rasa karamel (161,91), rasa susu (125,91), rasa madu (113,91), rasa asin bawang (112,72), dan rasa jahe (97,91). Sedangkan untuk rekomendasi aroma kacang sangrai dengan urutan nilai important rating tertinggi adalah aroma kayu manis (42,37), aroma lada (40,18), aroma bawang (36,53), dan aroma serai (32,16). Dengan adanya rekomendasi pengembangan produk yang telah didapatkan oleh penulis melalui penelitian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan stabilitas permintaan produk kacang sangrai pada UKM Surya Enjang Kacang Abadi.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Produk, Kano, QFD, HoQ, Kacang Sangrai

Abstract

The financial management at MTs Asy Syaafiiyyah Kuwarasan that has been implemented so far is based on the type of expenditure and display of total costs at the end of the school year. This model of financial management has weaknesses in monitoring the achievement of work program indicators per time, and results in empty budgets in certain periods, which has an impact on other activities. Management's lack of understanding of financial governance causes overlapping financial reporting systems, which makes it difficult to review priority needs. The aim of carrying out this service is to provide a new understanding to madrasa administrators about the importance of managing financial reports using grouping activities per time using the Gantt Chart display in MS Project and monthly reports using MS Excel. The method used is a group discussion forum with the madrasah management and periodic review of the method for filling out the financial report template. The resulting template in Excel which is compiled based on RKAM (Madrasah Activity Plan and Budget) data produces a reporting display that is easier to analyze and provides an overview of the magnitude of the flow of money coming in and out of the madrasah. Through this template, it becomes easier for madrasah managers to display expenditure and income flows to external parties who need them. More transparent and accountable reporting by combining income information from BOS funds and committees is also one of the advantages of using this template. Through training activities and assistance in preparing financial report templates, madrasah managers gain a new understanding of management.

Abstract

The application of statistical methods in seismicity analysis can provide a robust description of the relationship between earthquake magnitude and frequency in each region. This statistical relationship is formulated using the Gutenberg-Richter law, which continues to be developed through empirical and analytical studies of earthquakes in many regions. This study aims to analyze two significant earthquakes that affected the island of Java in 2006: the destructive Yogyakarta earthquake on 27 May 2006 and the Pangandaran earthquake on 17 July 2006. Both events were generated by active subduction mechanisms on the southern side of the island, where earthquakes of various magnitudes occur periodically. Through a temporal and spatial analysis of the b-value, this study compares different earthquake catalogs and analyzes the seismic vulnerability of Java by calculating the deformation caused by the 2006 earthquakes. The calculated b-values from the USGS and IRISDMC earthquake catalogs are 1.38 ± 0.04 and 0.92 ± 0.01, respectively. The magnitude of completeness (Mc) values are 4.9 for the USGS catalog and 4.3 for the IRISDMC catalog. The earthquake data span from 2002 to 2010. Deformation calculations using the IRISDMC data for 2006 show that the Pangandaran earthquake resulted in a surface rupture length of 140.60 km, a rupture area of 3,235.94 km², and a displacement of 7.96 m.
