Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan ten tang penjelasan/eksplanasi sejarah dan implikasinya dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran SKI di MI. Sebagai ilmu pengetahuan yang independen, sejarah memiliki metodologi yang berbeda. Karenanya, penjelasan sejarah berbeda dengan penjelasan ilmiah lainnya, meskipun secara konseptual mengadopsi teori sosial dan ilmu alam untuk mendukung penjelasannya. Kaidah-kaidah penjelasan sejarah meliputi; regularity, generalisasi, inferensi statistik, periodisasi, sejarah naratif dan multi interpretasi berimplikasi pada pengembangan model pembelajaran SKI di MI yang menuntut pendidik/guru memilih model pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada siswa (student centered). Sebab penjelasan sejarah merupakan rekonstruksi peristiwa sejarah yang memungkinkan guru memberikan materi pembelajaran mentah sehingga siswa harus dilibatkan untuk meracik, meramu, dan merakit pengetahuannya sendiri hingga ia mampu berfikir kritis dan menghayati nilai-nilai dari penjelasan sejarah yang dipelajarinya. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang tepat digunakan saat ini adalah Contextual Teaching and Learning karena model ini bersifat holistikyang melihat peserta didik tidak hanya dari sisi psikologi tetapi juga sosial dan neurofisik. Model ini juga mensyaratkan adanya pembelajaran yang integral, menyatukan pengalaman belajar di kelas dengan pengalaman sehari-hari peserta didik. Bottom of Form

Abstract

Menurut psikologi perkembangan anak-anak di sekolah dasar, setidaknya ada dua alasan utama pemanfaatan rangsang visual dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Pertama, stimulasi visual yang lebih menarik untuk memperkaya motitvasi anak dalam belajar, karena siswa akan menikmati proses ini, bahan-bahan yang dapat dijelaskan dengan mudah, metode akan bervariasi dan siswa selves akan melibatkan mereka dalam proses belajar-mengajar, tidak hanya mendengar pelajaran dari guru, tetapi juga mengamati, mencari atau mendemonstrasikan pesan dari ilustrasi. Kedua, stimulasi visual yang sesuai dengan perkembangan psikologis anak-anak di sekolah dasar karena media ini menjelaskan konsep abstrak menjadi konkrit dan menyederhanakan kerumitan pelajaran. Hal ini sangat pmti11g untuk proses belajar PAI yang kebanyakan terdiri dari bahan-bahan dmgan konsep  abstrak. Selain  itu  penggunaan  stimulasi  visual akan  memungkinkan guru membuat joyful learning sehingga  belajar siswa tidak  di bawah  tekanan  dan proses pembelajaran PAI  akan  produktif,  penuh kreativitas, aktivitas,   efektivitas dan kegembiraan.

Abstract

Learners are the object of education. So that students are considered as raw materials in the educational transformation process. As a result, he must be forged to develop his abilities and skills in various aspects, both cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. For the above development optimally, it must be supported by a synergistic education program. In relation to Islamic education, these factors must synergize and be integrated based on the texts, namely the Qur'an and Hadith. In terms of students, there are three things that are urgent to discuss, namely 1) the potential of students, 2) the needs of students, 3) the nature of students. Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of the Akademi Desa 4.0 program with the CIPP model at the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The focus of this research is elaborated into several research problem formulations, including: 1) How to evaluate the context of the Akademi Desa 4.0 program 2) How to evaluate the input of the Akademi Desa 4.0 program 3) How to evaluate the Akademi Desa 4.0 program process and 4) How to evaluate the Akademi Desa 4.0 program product. This research method uses qualitative research with the type of field research (field research) by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results of the study can be concluded that the evaluation results above indicate that, in terms of context, the Akademi Desa 4.0 program at the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration is indeed very much needed by the village, especially the community in managing themselves. In terms of input, the Akademi Desa 4.0 program has been prepared to meet the needs of the community and has been supported by human resources (HR), funding, and adequate infrastructure. In terms of the process, the Akademi Desa Work program 4.0 is carried out based on management functions, namely: planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating. In terms of products, in general, the programs at the Akademi Desa 4.0 can be said to have been achieved even though they have not been maximized, so there needs to be improvements in their implementation.

Abstract

The low quality of human resources and inadequate facilities in madrasas are new problems for educational institutions based on an integrated curriculum. If these conditions continue to be allowed, then the goals of Islamic education will experience obstacles. This qualitative research was conducted to analyze the integrated curriculum management, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of its implementation at MA Al-Mumtaz Gunungkidul Special Region of Yogyakarta. Based on reliable sources of document data and sources, through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews, inductive analysis was carried out to find meaningful final findings of research results. The results show that at MA Al-Mumtaz, 3 integrated curricula have been implemented, namely, the National curriculum, the Islamic Boarding School curriculum, and the Entrepreneurship curriculum. Management principles are also implemented, starting from curriculum planning by the Pondok Pesantren component at the beginning of each new school year. The implementation of the curriculum is assigned to the coordinators of the education sub-section with its members to students. The implementation of the curriculum is based on the autonomy of the foundation, an integrated curriculum system, a curriculum modification system, and the primacy of affective assessment. Supervision is carried out at the beginning, middle, and end of the school year. Its strengths are the one-way command system, the creation of independent human resources, and the consistency of regulations at MA Al-Mumtaz. Meanwhile, its weaknesses are found in organizing educators and education personnel, as well as community acceptance.

Abstract

The Land of Papua is synonymous with a non-Muslim population, and it is not uncommon for some people to think that there is no Muslim community in Papua. This assumption is increasingly supported by the inauguration of the capital city of West Papua, Manokwari as a city of the Bible. But on the contrary, the fact is that Islam entered the land of Papua since 1512, even before the entry of other religions. Therefore, in this study research will be conducted regarding the popularity of hadrah art as an Islamic art in Papua which can be used as evidence of the rapid development of Islamic civilization in Papua today. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. In collecting data using direct observation in the field, survey media in the form of questionnaires and by using literature studies on previous research. From the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the existence of hadrah arts in Papua, especially the city of Manokwari is currently very popular, this is indicated by the many hadrah competitions and festivals being held, the many sholawat majlis which involve hadrah music as accompaniment to the Prophet's sholawat verses, and even the existence of hadrah as an extracurricular activity in educational institutions. The presence of this research is expected to increase one's knowledge of the development of Islam in the land of Papua, one of which is in the field of hadrah art as an Islamic art.

Abstract

Abstrack The success of educational institutions depends on the quality of their resources, including teaching and educational staff which are managed in a measurable manner and must enforce good cooperation, motivate each other with peers, and provide ideas that can improve performance in order to build the competence of pesantren supervisors. This study aims to determine the development of the supervisor's performance through human resource management in the MBS Palopo modern Islamic boarding school. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation and interview techniques with the director of the pesantren, supervisors and educators of the pesantren located at the Modern Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Palopo Islamic Boarding School. The results of the study show that the development of the supervisor's performance at the MBS Palopo Islamic boarding school is first, education and training. The MBS Palopo Islamic Boarding School provides education and training to coaches as a form of development and adjustment to their duties. The training is conducted both online and offline and covers various aspects such as learning methodology and improving language skills. Second, mutation. The MBS Palopo Islamic Boarding School carried out a mutation in order to provide opportunities and motivate the coaches. With mutations, coaches can develop themselves and learn new things and experience challenges in different assignments. Third, facilitation and motivation. The MBS Palopo Islamic Boarding School provides facilities to supervisors to improve the quality of performance. These facilities include support in procuring teaching materials, technology facilities, as well as regular coaching and supervision. With the efforts to develop the performance of the supervisors, it is hoped that the supervisors can improve the quality of performance in managing Islamic boarding schools and make a positive contribution to the progress of these educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze prophetic communication as a moral education strategy at the Central Ruqyah Aswaja Family Foundation, to analyze the application of prophetic communication as a moral education strategy at the Ruqyah Aswaja Central Family Foundation, and to analyze prophetic communication strategy as a moral education strategy at the Ruqyah Aswaja Central Family Foundation. . Misunderstanding in communication is a problem that occurs today. These problems include innuendo, insults, degrading the self-esteem of others. Therefore, it is necessary to apply prophetic messages based on moral education. This research is a qualitative type of field research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show three things. First, prophetic communication as a moral education strategy, namely the values ​​of humanization, liberation, and transcendence. Second, the application of prophetic communication as a moral education strategy can be seen from the implementation of activities or learning, ruqyah training, implementation of ruqyah activities, implementation of lectures, routines (dhikr). The three strategies used in the application of prophetic communication as a moral education strategy using tazkiyatun nafs are takhalli, tahalli and tajalli.

Abstract

This study analyzes the challenges and opportunities in developing the competencies of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers in the 21st century, focusing on using technology in learning. In the digital era, PAI teachers need to improve digital literacy and relevant pedagogical competencies. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-critical approach, collecting data from various academic sources regarding the competencies of PAI teachers in the 21st century. The results of this study indicate that the main challenges include limited digital literacy, teachers' reluctance to change traditional teaching methods, and minimal access to technology-based training. However, there are great opportunities for competency development through access to digital educational resources and online training programs. This study emphasizes the importance of digital literacy for teachers and their role as facilitators in creating an interactive and responsive learning environment to students' needs. By implementing an innovative approach to learning, it is hoped that the PAI teaching process will be more effective and relevant for students in the digital era. These findings provide recommendations for education policies to improve teacher training and technology integration in the PAI curriculum.
