Abstract

Ketidakstabilan harga beras premium sebagai komoditas pangan pokok memerlukan solusi prediksi yang akurat untuk membantu perencanaan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma Machine Learning, yaitu Regresi Linier, untuk memprediksi kenaikan harga beras premium. Model dilatih menggunakan data historis harga dan dievaluasi kinerjanya dengan metrik MAE (0.244), MSE (0.092), dan R-squared (0.893), menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang cukup baik dalam memprediksi harga. Selanjutnya, model yang berhasil dikembangkan diimplementasikan ke dalam aplikasi web interaktif berbasis Streamlit. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk memasukkan tanggal dan secara langsung mendapatkan prediksi harga beras premium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Regresi Linier efektif dalam memprediksi harga beras premium, dan implementasi ke dalam aplikasi Streamlit berhasil menyediakan alat prediksi yang mudah diakses. Meskipun demikian, penelitian lanjutan dapat berfokus pada peningkatan akurasi model dan eksplorasi algoritma Machine Learning lainnya untuk prediksi harga komoditas

Abstract

Pengelolaan data siswa dan proses pendaftaran siswa merupakan aspek penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Dalam era digital, penggunaan teknologi informasi menjadi krusial untuk menjaga kualitas dan efisiensi pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan sistem administrasi sekolah berbasis web menggunakan nestjs menjadi solusi yang efisien dan efektif. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan sistem informasi administrasi sekolah berbasis web dengan pendekatan RAD untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas data siswa, dan kemampuan menyesuaikan sistem dengan perubahan yang terus-menerus. Metode RAD terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan persyaratan, workshop perancangan RAD, dan pelaksanaan. Hasil pengujian aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini layak digunakan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan demikian, pengembangan sistem informasi administrasi sekolah berbasis web menggunakan nestjs diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi inovatif dan efisien dalam mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan data siswa dan proses pendaftaran siswa.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of a color detection system in images using the Python programming language and the Computer Vision library. The primary aim is to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of color detection, a critical component in the realm of automated systems and artificial intelligence. Leveraging Python's versatility and the specialized features of the Computer Vision library, the study conducts experiment to evaluate the proposed system's reliability across diverse image contexts and lighting conditions. The literature review encompasses fundamental color detection concepts, recent advancements in Computer Vision, and practical applications from prior relevant research. The anticipated outcome of this research is a substantial contribution to advancing our understanding of color detection within image processing, with potential implications for a more reliable and widely applicable system

Abstract

Information systems play an important role in facilitating human work across various sectors, including companies, government agencies, organizations, and healthcare services. In the healthcare sector, particularly in clinics, information systems help manage service processes and administrative tasks more effectively and efficiently. However, patient services at Sritina Clinic are still not optimal, resulting in relatively low service quality. This condition highlights the need to develop a better and more user-friendly system to improve overall performance. The main problem addressed in this study is how to design and build a website-based Clinic Service Information System that can make service activities easier, faster, and more efficient. The system is expected to streamline administrative processes, reduce errors in data management, and improve the quality of patient services. The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based clinic information system that enhances healthcare services for the community in a more practical, quick, and efficient manner. The results show that the developed website can provide essential clinical service information, including patient data, polyclinic data, patient medical records, and polyclinic queue data, thereby supporting improved service quality at Sritina Clinic.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based Internet of Things (IoT) system for real-time monitoring of single-phase electrical parameters and energy consumption. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller and a PZEM-004T sensor to measure voltage, current, power, frequency, energy consumption, and power factor, with data displayed on a web dashboard. Integration with the n8n platform enables automatic Telegram notifications when electrical parameters exceed predefined thresholds. Testing results indicate that the system provides accurate measurements with an average error below 5%, in accordance with IEC 13B-23 standards, and effectively detects abnormal electrical conditions. The implementation of this system facilitates efficient monitoring and recording of electrical energy usage, while supporting energy efficiency efforts and preventing potential equipment damage.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the competence of vocational school students in the field of cyber security through training activities and the effective use of learning technology. Vocational school students as prospective skilled workers need to be equipped with basic cybersecurity competencies to protect personal data and understand cyber risks. The method of implementing activities includes coordination with the school, module development, and intensive training using lecture, discussion, practicum, and demonstration methods. In addition, this activity utilizes information technology such as digital simulations for phishing and malware threats, as well as password strength testing tools. The results of the service showed that the activities carried out ran smoothly and had a positive impact in improving students' understanding and competence of cyber security threats. This service is expected to produce graduates who have critical thinking, creative, and problem-solving skills who are ready to enter the world of work

Abstract

The increasing demand for intelligent computing systems, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT), has resulted in a significant rise in energy consumption, which poses both environmental and economic challenges. The high computational power required by these systems, coupled with the continuous operation of data centers and connected devices, has led to inefficiencies in energy usage. This paper explores the integration of real time analytics and self adaptive control mechanisms to optimize energy consumption in intelligent systems. By employing advanced software tools for real time monitoring, dynamic adjustments based on workload conditions, and adaptive algorithms for energy optimization, significant reductions in power usage were achieved without compromising system performance. The optimized architecture dynamically adjusts system parameters such as processor frequency, task scheduling, and voltage to ensure efficient energy consumption during varying operational demands. The results show a 24% reduction in energy usage during low demand periods, demonstrating the potential of real time energy management strategies. The study also compares the optimized architecture with conventional static systems, highlighting the benefits of dynamic energy management, including improved performance balance, reduced environmental impact, and lower operational costs. These findings suggest that the integration of energy efficient practices in software design, particularly through real time analytics and self adaptive mechanisms, offers a sustainable solution for modern computing systems. Future research could focus on improving self adaptive systems, incorporating renewable energy sources, and expanding the approach to other intelligent systems, such as autonomous vehicles or large scale smart grids. The practical applications of this research are vast, particularly in large scale applications such as data centers and cloud computing, where energy efficiency is critical for sustainability.
