Abstract

Belakang : Supervisi merupakan bagian dari manajemen keperawatan khususnya pengarahan dan pengawasan. Namun, pelaksanaannya di RSJD Sungai Bangkong masih belum optimal, ini disebabkan belum adanya pengawasan serta kebijakan resmi tentang supervisi sehingga hal ini dapat menurunkan mutu layanan asuhan keperawatan yang di berikan.Tujuan : Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerapan supervisi keperawatan di rumah sakit jiwa daerah sungai bangkong provinsi kalimantan barat. Metodologi : Penelitian ini dengan desain kualitatif deskriptif pendekatan fenomenologi, diambil dengan purposive sampling pada lima responden perawat yang dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil wawancara dianalisis menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman. Hasil : Penelitian ini teridentifikasi empat tema yang memengaruhi penerapan supervisi keperawatan yaitu pemahaman tentang unsur pokok supervisi, pengalaman supervisi, pengembangan staff dan hambatan pelaksanaan supervisi. Kesimpulan : Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan supervisi yang pertama faktor pemahaman tentang unsur pokok supervisi, faktor pengalaman supervisi yang dapat menjadi acuan dalam melaksanakan supervisi selanjutnya, faktor pengembangan staff yang di dapat melalui pelatihan serta pemberian reward, dan faktor hambatan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi dikarenakan belum ada peraturan resmi supervisi yang mengikat dari manajemen, oleh sebab itu diperlukan terbentuknya regulasi dari pimpinan rumah sakit untuk pelaksanaan supervisi karena dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Kata kunci          : faktor-faktor penerapan, hambatan,  supervisi keperawatan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of research was to find out: 1) how the availability of learning source of Pancasila and Civic Education subject is used by the 10th grade of SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura, 3) whether or not the material in Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source used by the 10th grade has met the qualification of Pancasila and Civic Education scholarship, and 3) how the facility of Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source is used by the 10th grade of SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura. This research employed a qualitative method. The type of research used was a descriptive qualitative research. The data sources obtained were informant, place, event, and document. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling one. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, document analysis, and focus group discussion. Data validation was carried out using data and method triangulations. Considering the result of research, the following conclusions are: First, the availibity of Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source has not been adequate that available just: (1) book consisting of Students Worksheet, Student Book and Teacher Book, and (2) material that intended website. Second, Analysis of material existing in Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source showed that particularly the content of Archipelago Insight material had not met the qualification of Pancasila and Civic Education scholarship because the material existing provides civic knowledge and civic disposition only, while civic skill had not been met completely yet as intellectual skill component only has been met while participatory skill component had not been met. Third, learning source used consisted of: 1) book consisting of Students Worksheet, Student Book and Teacher Book, and (2) material that intended website, in the sense that all students can use them as they neither need special skill to operate nor long preparation and other complicated supporting tool.      Keywords: Learning Source Analysis, Pancasila and Civic Education

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesia's education system transformed with the introduction of the "Kurikulum Merdeka." However, its implementation remains limited. To support this, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo conducted a community service program (PKM) by developing an online report card web application at MTs Tarbiyatul Wathon Gresik. The target audience is school leaders and teachers. The methods used include lectures, discussions, and tutorials. The results show that the web application successfully facilitated the entry and monitoring of student grades, allowing data import from Excel to the application, and enabling easy printing of mid-term report cards. This application improves efficiency, organization, and flexibility in managing student grades, contributing positively to the educational transformation in the digital era.

Abstract

Oral and dental health is an integral part of general health, yet high treatment costs and limited availability of dentists, especially in non-urban areas, often lead the public to delay examinations until complaints worsen. This research aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of providing early indications of oral and dental diseases quickly, accurately, and accessibly through a self-screening mechanism. This web application provides an expert system developed using Python (Flask) and designed with login/logout features for data security, as well as storing user information and diagnosis results in a database. The system utilizes the Forward Chaining method as the primary inference engine to process user-inputted symptoms, and integrates Certainty Factor to calculate and determine the confidence level of the diagnosis results. Testing has demonstrated ease of use, where users only need to answer symptom questions with "yes" or "no" to obtain a disease diagnosis and relevant treatment suggestions. Performance analysis based on trials with 40 simulated data shows the system achieved an accuracy rate of 85%, making it a reliable tool for initial screening.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is the computer science sector which facilitates computers in performing tasks traditionally performed by humans. One of the interesting applications of ai is a system of experts, designed to mimic an expert's thinking and knowledge. In this study, a web-based expert system was developed to diagnose stunted potential in children of an early age by employing advanced methodologies of chaining. The purpose of this system is to increase public awareness and help parents recognize early stunting signs, thus enabling timely intervention. The system is developed with a cascading approach to ensure that each stage of development is implemented by a planned approach. Test results show that the system has a high diagnostic accuracy level, so it can be relied upon as an aid in a stunted risk assessment.
