Purpose: The principal objective of this study is to identify the factors that might influence the inclination towards eco-friendly purchases while considering the incorporation of renewable energy via Solar Power Generation Systems (PLTS). Research Methodology: A comprehensive data analysis was conducted using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) facilitated by the SMART PLS. This study targets household electricity consumers in Palembang, Indonesia. Results: The findings indicate that Environmental Knowledge has a significant impact on Green Purchase Intention, whereas green product awareness plays a notable role in influencing green purchase intention. Moreover, it was found that attitude did not significantly affect Green Purchase Intention. Green Product Awareness has a substantial effect on green purchase intentions. Notably, this study establishes that Environmental Knowledge does not impact Green Purchase Intention through attitude, indicating partial mediation. The findings of this study emphasize the critical role of Environmental Knowledge and Green Product Awareness in shaping green purchase intentions among electricity consumers in Palembang, Indonesia. Limitations: Fostering an environment that is conducive to enhancing environmental literacy and promoting awareness of green products is imperative. Contribution: This research explores the various elements that impact the likelihood of making eco-conscious purchases, particularly in relation to embracing renewable energy technologies.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of work environment and work culture on morale, the indirect effect of work environment and work culture on morale through Maybank Finance Sumatra Regional employees' work motivation as an intervening variable. Respondents in this study were taken using a census. The total population for filling out the questionnaire is 159 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that work environment and work culture have an effect on motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on morale, work motivation and work culture have a positive effect on morale, work environment has a positive influence on morale through motivation as an intervening variable, work culture has has a positive effect on the morale of Maybank Finance Regional Sumatra through work motivation as an intervening variable. This proves that work motivation is an intervening variable or a good intermediary variable for the influence of the work environment on morale. A comfortable and conducive work environment can influence employees to be more motivated in improving the quality and quantity of their performance to be more effective and efficient.

PT. Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang dalam hal program pengembangan kompetensi selama ini telah dilaksanakan namun belum memenuhi target sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan, masih adanya pegawai yang kurang memiliki kemampuan dalam menganalisis, lambatnya dalam mengambil keputusan, kurang lancarnya berkomunikasi dan kurang memiliki keberanian dalam mengambil inisiatif serta kinerja pegawai PT Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang adalah hanya memperoleh nilai “Cukup”. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT Jamkrindo Cabang Palembang baik yang syariah maupun konvensional sebanyak 109 orang. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh dimana semua orang pegawai sebanyak 109 orang digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi berganda menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang dan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang.PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office in terms of competency development programs have been implemented but have not met the target as planned, there are still employees who lack the ability to analyze, slow in making decisions, lack of fluency in communication and lack of courage in taking initiatives and the performance of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office employees is only getting a "Fair" score. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office. The population in this study were employees of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch both sharia and conventional as many as 109 people. The sample used is saturated sampling where all 109 employees are used as samples. The data analysis technique is multiple regression using SEM PLS. The results showed that the compensation variable directly had a significant effect on the performance of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office employees and the non-physical work environment variable directly had a significant effect on the performance of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office employees. The conclusion shows that the variables of compensation and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office.

This study aims to see how the quality of services is influenced by factors of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment in providing services at Siloam Sriwijaya hospital, emotional intelligence is a person's ability to regulate their emotional life with intelligence, and Organizational Commitment is a situation where an individual takes sides with the organization and his goals and desires . The population studied in this study is the kariawan of Siloam Swiwijaya Hospital who perform direct services to hospital patients. This study used multiple regression analysis by adding the tt test and the F test. From the results of the respondent data analysts obtained were "Influential and Significant" which means that both variables of emotional intelligence and Organizational Commitment are Influential and Significant to the Quality of Service at Sriwijaya Palembang Hospital

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk tahun 2020 sebanyak 894 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Division Strategic Planning & Corporate Performance Management, Division Sales, Division Marketing dan Division Logistic yaitu sebanyak 107 karyawan yang didapatkan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, demikian pula kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Kepuasan kerja perlu dioptimalkan terutama dalam hal pemberian gaji karyawan dan kesempatan promosi. Dengan sesuaianya harapan karyawan dan realita di organisasi serta stres kerja yang bisa dikelola dengan baik maka dapat mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi karyawan.

The performance of the South Sumatra Provincial Government is reflected in the quality of innovation, program development, public services, and administrative processes related to the task and function of improving people's welfare. Performance productivity is measured by reducing poverty, increasing economic growth, and increasing local income. One of the improvements in performance is the work of middle level management in addition to the work of other levels of top management and low management. This study will answer the question of what factors can significantly to improve the performance of the government of South Sumatra Province. This paper will examine the factors of self-efficacy and affective commitment which are seen as determinants of improving the performance of the government of South Sumatra province, because it is one of the advantages of human resources and is a productive added value. However, previous studies on self-efficacy and affective commitment provide evidence that these two factors produce inconsistent research findings or gaps. Therefore empirically recommends that the effect of self-efficacy and affective commitment to improve performance requires further research to be justified. To resolve the gap of self-efficacy and affective commitment to the performance of the government of South Sumatra province, researchers adopted the theory of goal setting with the concept of competitive leadership with good organizational indicators, applying technology, sustainable work programs, and developing wider networks as a result of efficacy self and affective commitment can henceforth be used to improve organizational performance. The sample was used 108 respondents who held administrative positions with SEM LISREL 9.30 data processing. This conceptual model is expected to prove thatcompetitive shared leadership that is influenced by self-affication and affective commitment significantly improves the performance of the government of South Sumatra province.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence by analyzing the effect of work stress and work environment on employee performance at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk Plant Tanjung Api-api Palembang. The sample in this study were employees of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk Plant Tanjung Api-Api Palembang with a population of 169 people. The sampling technique in this study was random sampling as many as 119 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk Plant Tanjung Api-Api Palembang. Suggestions that can be submitted include 1) Need to evaluate in providing a workload that is in accordance with the jobdesk and responsibilities; 2) It is necessary to renew the room arrangement for the convenience of being in the workspace; 3) It is necessary to evaluate the addition of the number of human resources to reduce high stress due to workloads that exceed responsibilities

The current digital era, start-up companies in the information technology (IT) sector face challenges in retaining quality employees. Employee retention is crucial because a company's success depends on their ability to retain top talent. However, high employee turnover rates can disrupt operational consistency and long-term growth. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence employee retention in start-up companies in the information technology sector. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the factors that influence employee retention in startup companies in the information technology sector are very important because valuable and competent employees are the main asset in creating and maintaining a company's competitive advantage. Factors that influence employee retention include employee engagement, communication, compensation, leadership, career development, training and development, work flexibility, job satisfaction, and performance appraisal.
